- Seabata (5/5): Fair hotel, a shadow of it’s former glory if you judge their foyer - The location was what i needed. Friendliness of some of the staff was very warming given I stayed weekly since June. Aging hotel amenities that seems forgotten by management, toilet flushing system that’s difficult to operate to bedside lamps many not functioning as well as they should to AC’s that are more fans as they don’t get cool/ warm. Lastly, management that’s out of reach with guest.

- Seabata (5/5): Fair but indeed a few of hostess that tried each time to be helpful and accommodating - Value for money especially seeing that one had to use the facility from June - November 2025. The facility however needs a serious makeover , plumbing needs urgent attention, but just the general upkeep of what used to be the epitome of hospitality a few decades ago. Just small but impactful improvements around fittings, bedside lamps that many don’t work. Bath tubs with shower screens a total mess. You shower and there’s is a pool of water every time. AC many are just fans blowing the air , neither cold nor warm in chilly nights Poor upkeep of the facility, i used countless rooms throughout my stay from June to November and yet similar problems,

It was unclean and overpriced! - The parking seemed safe and there was a guard. 1.The hallways were quite unclean and could do with a sweep. 2. The bathroom was overly due for a renovation and the water came out brown &unclean. Zinc had a permanent brown stain. 3. The furniture pieces are old and desk was peeling. 4.The walls weren’t thick enough and we could hear flush and the water system when rooms nearby used bathroom. It was honestly very bad and quite overpriced!

It was a busy weekend but had one receptionist working. No house keeping. Couldn't get a mere iron. The staff wasn't helpful no one answered the phone for room service, reception, the service was not just bad it was non-existent.

The toilet was not flushing but maintainance was there in 5 minutes to sort out the problem. The water was not hot in the room. We waited 10 minutes for the bar to open even though it was supposed to be open 2 hours earlier.
