I think the room can do with an air-conditioning unit. the summer is really hot and the winter really cold. the facilities are very well run and very keep and realy goof standard

Denise (10/5): Beautiful vintage farm accommodation - The guest house is on a farm, but still at the outskirts of town. We loved the location, the beautiful vintage look, comfortable bed, modern bathroom and unique garden with nursery also on the grounds. We enjoyed the breakfast they offered. There are fans available but no air conditioning. We did not need an air conditioner when we were there, but I think it can get hot in the summer.

Jennifer (10/5): Traditional Farm House with a modern twist! - Amazing communal kitchen - better than home. Exceptional fittings all round - real class. A mix of old fashioned farm house with modern conveniences. Nothing. Maybe a new sponge in the kitchen :).

Sheilagh (9/5): Amazing stopover on the flower route. - The house is very spacious with beautifully restored, comfortable furniture. It has a state of the art kitchen with a large table, where you can prepare and enjoy your own meals. This is great because the lodge restaurants were fully booked with tour bus guests. Buy your own food or order from the adjacent nursery kitchen to reheat at night. The bedrooms and en-suite were also very good. A lovely outdoor area adds to the venue.

Wilf (7/5): A comfortable stopover in Vanrhynsdorp - Kokerboom House is a sprawling dwelling on what appears to be a working farm..The house is large, and classily, traditionally decorated. It is spotlessly clean. We booked the lowest priced room, and it was quite small. The bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom was lovely. We were probably the only guests that night. When we arrived in the afternoon, the hostess directed us to our room, but didn't introduce herself, engage or welcome us. We did not see anyone for the rest of our stay, including our departure the next morning.
