• Teresa (9/5): Sentirsi a casa ad Arezzo... - Un mini appartamento veramente delizioso. Un guscio in cui ritrovarsi e sentirsi a casa. Le foto corrispondono totalmente, molto bella la vista sulla SS. Annunziata, il che la dice lunga anche sulla centralità. Dotato di ogni comfort in quanto a suppellettili, ci è piaciuto trovare in frigo anche un prosecchino complimentary. La colazione essenziale ma comunque curata per un B&B che non serve alimenti freschi.. Anche se non conosciuto di persona, il proprietario è stato presente ed attento e ci ha guidati benissimo. Torneremo senz'altro. Perchè la perfezione non esiste, ed un difetto (uno!) bisogna sempre trovarlo, suggerirei di installare accanto al water un doccino bidet. Potrebbe risultare piuttosto utile.

• COLIN (10/5): - A charmingly rennovated apartment in an old building, close to everything. Good views, small kitchen facilities but enough to do some basic cooking. Its got one of those tiled ceilings....the roof of the bedroom is the underside of the roof tiles i think, Pretty and cool. As the name makes clear, it is 'piccolo'. If you travel with lots of luggage, need a lot of wardrobe space or like or need a large bathroom then it may not be for you. It was a quick trip this time but i hope to come back to Arezzo and the piccolo Garibaldi. PS If you are thinking: Arezzo....is it worth it?; the answer is YES!! Skip the more famous and tourist spoiled places..... Arezzo....sounds great, is great.

Pulitissimo, ben attrezzato, con l'angolo per la colazione e la macchina del caffè oltre che la classica moka!! A due passi dal centro.Comodo il check-in in autonomia e l'unica cosa da tener presente è che le scale per arrivare all'appartamento, essendo in un palazzo storico, sono un po ripide e irregolari( non adatte a persone con problemi di deambulazione, ad esempio se con me c'erano i miei genitori sarebbe stato un po difficoltoso salire e scendere). Per tutto il resto è assolutamente consigliabile tenendo conto dell'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

• Davide (9/5): - L'appartamento è nuovissimo, appena ristrutturato e arredato con intelligenza: gli spazi non sono ampi ma c'è praticamente tutto il necessario per un soggiorno breve. Ottima pulizia e anche la fornitura di asciugamani e coperte, il materasso è perfetto. La posizione centralissima offre una bella vista sulla cupola della chiesa della Santissima Annunziata dalla camera da letto. Inoltre l'host, Alessandro, è chiaro nelle indicazioni e facile da contattare. Difficile da dire, forse l'unica pecca è lo spazio un po' angusto, penalizzato nella zona giorno dalla presenza di una sola finestra. Giusto per cercare il pelo nell'uovo...

Riscaldamento con split regolabile anche si arriva a tarda sera, doccia calda ben funzionate, macchina del caffe e tisane e snack a disposizione. Piccole migliorie: mensola accanto al letto, gamcino per asciugamani in bagno.

Si percepisce subito quanto amore e attenzione siano stati messi nell’accogliere gli ospiti: tutto è pensato per farci sentire coccolati. L’atmosfera è calda e accogliente e il proprietario molto disponibile. Nulla è lasciato al caso e ogni piccola attenzione fa capire quanto sia importante per lui offrire un’esperienza speciale. • Daniela (9/5): Pretty much a perfect stay, if I come back to Arezzo would definitely stay here again! - Everything looks exactly like on the pictures and it was perfectly clean. It also seems to be very new. Kitchen has basic equipment and even a stove with 4 cooking plates, not just 2. Some sweet snacks, tea and coffee were provided which was really nice. There was enough space to fit in my bicycle! The communication with the owner is nice, he is very attentive to questions and responds super quickly. The location is in walking distance from the train station and nicely located in the old town. There is a very nice shop round the corner (Salumeria and ristorante Mazzoni) where you will find really delicious panini with porchetta and other things. It would be great to have an electric kettle to boil water for the tea, it is a bit impractical to do it in a pot.

Il condizionatore non funzionava benissimo ed era molto rumoroso.

• Maria Rita (7/5): Piccolo ma Grazioso. - Appartamento piccolo nel complesso molto carino. Posizione strategica tra stazione e centro storico, situata dentro uno stabile abbastanza tranquillo. Gradito il piccolo angolo snack. Il bagno minuscolo con doccia unica, non comodissimo ma per una notte va bene. Letto matrimoniale ahimè un po' scomodo sicuramente sarebbe ora di cambiare il materasso. La pecca è stata con il riscaldamento. Non ci sono termosifoni, sono presenti due condizionatori che provando ad accenderli erano bloccati/non regolati bene. Alessandro il proprietario è stato però molto disponibile ad aiutarci e sistemare da remoto il tutto.

Un bijoux, piccino, ma attrezzato con tutto ciò che occorre; letto comodissimo, posizione ottima, ed un passo dal Museo Nazionale d'Arte Medioevale e Moderna; e soprattutto Alessandro, l'host, molto accogliente, gentile, pronto a venire incontro a tutte le richieste. There was a nice tea selection when we arrived and little goodies for breakfast which was a nice surprise! The bathroom is a bit small but wasn’t an issue for us, but the room does get very wet when the shower is on.

Pity I stayed there only 1 night. In close proximity fo the railways station and to the center. There were also croissants and small snacks for breakfast which is very nice. I liked it and rate it with he highest score. Communication with the owner was very easy and fast. Thank you! It would be good if there was a kettle to boil the water to make tea.
• Dirk (10/5): Splendid little flat - Uncommonly well renovated flat in a solid old building. Just walking up the broad stairs is a historical act. Inside all is new, with great attention to architectural details, natural materials, etc. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave and breakfast /snack supplies were waiting for me. Two AC units. I counted at least 12 power outlets distributed around the rooms. Nice view from the bedroom window. Owner responded to messages quickly. Toilet is perhaps a touch narrow for those who are heavy set. Distance from the station should you have luggage. Nothing of any significance.
