Special shout out to Flora who had the property in spotless condition, it genuinely felt like walking through a show home. Fantastic. No complaints. Perfect accommodation.

• Francesco (10/5): An ideal place in Bute 10/10 - The property is a fantastic 3 bedroom house on the seafront with all you need for a wonderful holiday. The host is incredibly helpful and the house is extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated and has that “home away from home” feeling. Absolutely ideal for dog owners as everything is provided. The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. Nothing!
• sarah (9/5): Beautiful property in a great location and amazing sea views! - Beautifully decorated house full of home comforts with fantastic sea views! Great location - walking distance to shops and restaurants. A great place to stay and explore this beautiful island. I think a larger table and chairs in the kitchen would work better so that meals can be eaten in there. Probably not a problem for most but I was travelling with my elderly parents and it was difficult for them to carry their drinks/meals etc down the stairs to the dining table.
• Laura (10/5): Relax and unwind in a quailty property in the perfect location. - It was a perfect location on the edge of town with a beautiful sea view overlooking the promenade and harbour. At low tide you have access to the beach. It is a stroll into town. The accommodation was furnished to a very high standard. The consistent decor theme and furnishings ran throughout the property with fixtures and fittings of a very high quality. What a treat the kitchen was for self catering... a joseph joseph herb drawer with every herb and spice you could need, bosch double oven, double fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, quality crockery and cutlery, melamine dinner service, jugs and quailty acrylic glasses for alfresco dining and safe for little ones. The back garden has a decking area with seating, an electic grill to bbq and a rotarty dryer. Attention to detail was impeccable, tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, milk & cordial sachets. Dogs are very welcome at this house with beds, blankets, towels, bowls, leads and treats. All scrupuliosly clean. No odour from previous 4 legged visitors. All credit to the housekeeper. The housekeeper takes pride of maintaining this holiday house to a very high standard. All of the beds are extremely comfortable, sturdy wooden frames with luxurious mattresses and dusk bedding, finished with throws and matching cushions. The wardrobes in the bedroons have shelving and hanging space. There is a cloakroom for outdoor coats and shoes in the hallway. The family bathroom and en suite shower room have quality toiletries and all fixtures and fittings are to a high standard...loved the Laura Ashley room spray. Excellent communication with the owner. Just perfect to relax and enjoy a true home from home holiday home. Everything was perfect.
• Jessica (10/5): We will be back! Amazing place in the heart of Rothesay. - Gorgeous property - completely renovated to the highest standard. There’s been some proper love and care gone into this house. Good quality bed sheets and linen and lovely toiletries - luxury! The host was probably one of the best I’ve had - she communicates via WhatsApp and is super helpful and friendly, even going out her way to give recommendations on the island. The ferry was cancelled and Barbara allowed us to stay an extra night which was so kind of her. Nothing - it was perfect.

• Carole (9/5): Great accommodation in a beautiful setting on the Isle of Bute - This self catering property is of the highest specification and decoration. Its location overlooking the bay is ideal for accessing Rothesey and nearby points of interest. A bus stop is also closeby. The owner was very helpful in offering recommendations of places to visit and places to eat. Wouldn't hesitate in staying again. There is very little that could have improved the facility.

The host went out of their way to make it a special stay. The outdoor space well equipped too. Highly recommend. The garden space is a wonderful asset and evident work in progress. The host shared the 3rd bedroom was small, rest of the house compensates for this minimal space.

House was Immaculate and the owners have paid attention to every detail with lots of extras. Didn't want to leave had an amazing holiday the Best accommodation I have been to in Rothesay by far.
