• Lia (8/5): Superbe terrasse mais bruyant la nuit - L'appartement est charmant et bien situé. La terrasse est vraiment fabuleuse avec une jolie vue sur les toits. Le fait d'avoir deux salles de bain est très pratique. Impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour dormir tant l'impression d'être au milieu d'un match de football était forte. Même les fenêtres fermées le bruit permanent de la fête qui dure toute la nuit nous a empêché de dormir et ce les 3 nuits de notre séjour.

• Christian (9/5): Super-duper beliggenhed - Beliggenheden kunne egentlig ikke være bedre, meget central beliggenhed, men uden for meget larm. De 78 trin op til lejligheden, som bliver nævnt så mange gange burde ikke være et problem for nogenlunde unge og raske mennesker iden alt for meget bagage. For at kunne give 10 point især for rengøringen, manglede der lidt. Typisk for disse steder, der bliver udlejet af firmaer er, at bruseren har de klassiske beskidte hjørner pga af beskidt kalk, der ikke bliver fjernet, da det koster for meget tid. Også underkanten på toiletbrættet var beskidt oc gult af ikke fjernet urinsten. Slangen til bruseren manlede pakningerne, således at en stordel af vandet løber ved siden af, klassisk for en ejendom, som ikke bliver hyppigt tilset af ejeren.

• Angie (6/5): Clean, comfortable and central location. - We enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace, and the apartment location was excellent. Our host Giovanni was always helpful and available. A small welcome pack would have been appreciated. We booked this particular apartment because it had a bathtub, but unfortunately the water wouldn’t remain in the bathtub! Next time we will travel with a lighter suitcase due to the 78 steps!
• Angenard (10/5): Séjour parfait ! - L'emplacement est incroyable : proche des commodités (restaurants, commerces...) et des sites d'intérêt pour tout faire à pied tout en étant au calme. L'appartement est équipé avec beaucoup de goût et de cachet et offre tout le confort nécessaire (3 couchages, 2 toilettes salle d'eau/ salle de bain). L'éclairage chromatique dans la salle de bain et sur la terrasse apporte un petit "plus" original. La terrasse avec sa vue dégagée est exceptionnelle. Merci à Giovanni pour la qualité des échanges (check-in à distance très fluide), sa disponibilité, les informations utiles apportées... Rien ! Bénéficier d'une vue aussi incroyable vaut bien quelques marches et un peu d'effort. En plus, cela permet de profiter de la gastronomie locale sans trop de scrupules !

• Kirsti (10/5): - The location was amazing, the apartment comfortable and well appointed, and the hosts gracious and responsive. We are already talking about booking again as we had such a lovely time. We would recommend this accommodation highly. Be advised of the 77 steps to get to the apartment, however. We did find rubbish removal a tad confusing.

• Alice (7/5): Great location, lots of potential but some drawbacks - Beautifully styled apartment with great terrace. Great air conditioning and location Unfortunately this place smelled really bad of cigarette smoke or something similar which really dimmed the experience. There is also a low ceiling in one of the bedrooms which caused some bad head bumps. The 78 stairs weren’t great either but were a great warmup for the Duomo climb.

• Lyubomir (10/5): Exceptional - We had an amazing stay. The apartment was very clean, cozy and well-decorated. It was spacious enough and provided everything we needed including a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace and the view are exceptional - you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening there for hours. Giovanni was very nice to communicate with. He was always available whenever we had questions. There is also a guestbook with lots of hints and ideas. Definitely a place I would love to stay again.

• Natasha (8/5): A comfortable, clean apartment with nice decor, and a nice terrace with views of the city. - The location was fantastic and walkable to everything. There was plenty of food and amenities in the surrounding area. As long as you are comfortable climbing a lot of stairs to the top floor you are rewarded with a comfortable, clean apartment with nice decor, and a nice terrace with views of the city. It was a perfect place for us to crash at the end of our long days. We really enjoyed how clean the apartment was. We did not really use the kitchen to cook and did not spend much time at the apartment during the day. Giovanni was very quick and responsive whenever we had a question, but we never met him or talked on the phone. There was a recommendation book and emergency contact book. This accommodation is for the independent type of traveler that makes their own plans and does not need a warm reception, sociableness, or the full hospitality experience. I really liked the accommodation. The only cumbersome thing was that the water in the shower would fluctuate from hot to cold to warm and back in a short period of time.
• Arefeh (10/5): Memorable stay in Firenze! - The apartment was very clean, beautiful, and tastefully decorated. The host provided detailed guidance and was always available to assist. There were plenty of towels and bedding for all of us, and all the necessary furniture and appliances were available. It’s great for a short stay as everything is provided, including the ability to do laundry. It's on the 4th floor without an elevator, which can be a bit annoying. However, considering the central location and great accessibility, it’s understandable that finding a newer building in the area is unlikely, so this can be overlooked.
• Floriane (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed for a full month at Badesse Terrace and I don't regret my choice one bit. The location is ideal, the apartment is cosy and made me feel at home immediately, it is well equiped and very clean. The view from the terrace is splendid, the check in and check out went very smoothly. I have only positive things to say about and would recommend it with my eyes closed: for a perfect stay in Florence, Badesse Terrace is the way to go! /
• Mcnamara (9/5): Family had a wonderful stay at a cute place in Florence. - I thought the host was extremely organized and the guest book with all the information was super helpful. I was very impressed by the book. It was detailed with places to eat, shop and many miscellaneous places around Florence. The place is very clean and it’s a comfortable place to enjoy your time in Florence. The process to get inside was very easy and the host is very quick to answer any questions or concerns. The host has a sign up for contacting emergency services (phone numbers) which is nice when your from another country and don’t know the standard phone numbers. The host left floor slippers which was very handy…the place also has an iron & ironing board, and a washing machine with hangers to hang clothes to dry. The beds were comfortably and the sheets and pillows were nice. Theres a music player to listen to some tunes and the place has some fancy lights that change colors in the bathrooms which were fun for my daughter to enjoy! There were 77 steps from the front door at the street to the front door of the apartment. It’s a lot, but if you don’t have any issues with stairs —- it’s well worth it! The bathroom and bedroom doors shut very tightly. They were difficult to get in/out a few times. Maybe the owner could put door stoppers next to them to prevent them from closing all the way. We panicked a few time when it took awhile to open. The hot water took a long time to start in the shower, but I was doing a load of laundry at the same time so that could have been the reason.

• Angela (10/5): Great apartment in excellent location with fantastic host - would definitely stay here again. - The location was great and apartment overall was great. I booked it due to the roof terrace which was fantastic - lovely to sit on for a coffee in the morning and some drinks and snacks in the evening. The 78 steps up, but we knew this when we booked and the terrace was worth it!
• Dorothy (9/5): In general, it’s a nice place to stay for a few days in Florence. - The location is great and very convenient to get anywhere. It’s also quiet at night, we could have a nice sleep. And the decorations of the apartment are pleasant. It doesn’t have the elevator in the building, so you have to take the luggage, suitcase and bags to go upstairs which makes you really exhausted. And it was very difficult to open the doors of the bedroom and bathroom, the door handles have problem.

Adequately equipped with everything you need to make your stay - Location, terrace, 2 bedrooms + 2 baths, views for The terrace and bedrooms, clean & comfortable beds, adequate room Noise & partying from street level can be heard until the early morning
• Jason (10/5): Exceptional - The property has an excellent location that is within walking distance of the major sites, grocery store and restaurants. The apartment is furnished very nicely with personalized decor more than a rental. The balcony and the views are amazing. The bath tub is a very large with plenty of hot water which is unusual in european rentals. Most of all Giovanni provided excellent service by meeting us at the room,assisting with bags and arranging our taxi to the airport. We will definitely stay here again. The stairs are pretty intense with luggage. If you are older or have any mobility issues just something to consider. But we thought it was worth the climb.
• Deb (10/5): Lovely accommodations, clean and tidy and comfortable! - We loved our stay at Badesse Terrace. The location was perfect. So close to everything that we planned to see. The apartment was clean and tidy. A lovely place to return to at the end of a busy day. The terrace was the draw for us (two couples) and we used it every night to share a glass of wine and go over our day.

Very comfortable, quiet, cleaned, with two bedrooms and a living room with plenty of light, two comfortable and clean bathrooms, and a very large and pleasant terrace to drink your morning coffee. The kitchen is very functional. A coffee machine is missing. There are many stairs up to the fourth floor. It is difficult for those who have a lot of luggage to carry or those who have health problems.
• Stephenseymore (7/5): Many, many stairs but a great view. - Loved the views and amenities but most of all the location in Florence. The host was attentive, and we could tell he wanted our stay to be great. Easy checking process. Parking was close by and an easy process too. We loved the outside porch. We didn't realize the amount of stairs it took to reach the apartment. It was 4 floors up, which also included another short staircase in front of the door. Once we left for the day, we stayed out to avoid the climb.

• Chris (9/5): Great location, very clean and a really helpful host. - Great location, very clean and a really nice view. Only thing I would say is be prepared for the 79 steps up to the apartment. I would really recommend this property. The 79 steps to the apartment but still worth every step.
