Zgrada u dobrom stanju i sigurna za boravak, iako su susjedi bili malo bučni. Voljeli bismo jedino da objekt sadrži i jednokratne papuče.

W środku czyściutko, łatwe zameldowanie a w dodatku sprawny kontakt z właścicielem :) bardzo blisko do różnych atrakcji i na plus to że od razu obok jest dworzec kolejowy z którego można dojechać wygodnie na lotnisko. • Olga (10/5): Palermo jest niesamowite - Apartament położony w samym centrum, więc przede wszystkim to lokalizacja była niesamowitym plusem. 5 minut na Palermo Centrale, z którego można wszędzie dojechać, ale też miałyśmy wrażenie, że gdzie nie chciałyśmy dojść, była to bardzo prosta droga z apartamentu i z powrotem (a chodziłyśmy naprawdę dużo). Apartament czysty, wygodne łóżko. Mimo że apartament jest w centrum i wychodząc z niego jest ruchliwa ulica, to w apartamencie nic nie słychać, bardzo spokojnie w nocy, zero hałasu. Super kontakt z właścicielami, pomocni i bardzo jasne instrukcje zameldowania. Mało światła w apartamencie, ale z drugiej strony, to plus podczas snu. Z łazienki faktycznie wydobywa się nieprzyjemny zapach, czasami mniej, czasami bardziej intensywny, ale to również zrozumiałe.

Kontakt z właścicielami dobry ,choć Pani Właścicielka mogłaby szybciej wysłać instrukcje a w zasadzie kod do skrzynki na klucze bo przyjechaliśmy bardzo późno , dobrze że byliśmy ze znajomymi którzy otrzymali wcześniej taki kod więc przynajmniej wiedzieliśmy czego brakuje .Polecam , warto zatrzymać się w tym obiekcie . The water puschet for to clean the po also running to the floor. The bathroom is wet always When we wash the hand the water cane out on the floor. No place for handwas stuff. Stain in all shower door. My girl bed was not to sleep but just sit. Defect. The only thing is good the place in central and alot cot everywhere in the gate near the street. In all no Star no good comment. , I write all and rhis is no Star no good comment. Cuisine petite mais tout à fait fonctionnelle, TV avec netflix sympa, rien à signaler de négatif sur la salle de bain (malgré certains commentaires que j’avais lu à ce propos avant reservation). Petite terrasse agréable et bonne localisation pour visiter les différentes attractions touristiques (dont le marché Ballaro que nous avons adoré). Le fait d’avoir besoin de la clef de l’immeuble pour l’électricité. Mon compagnon est allé se balader pendant que je travaillais un moment sur mon PC, et j’ai donc dû travailler dans le noir complet car je n’avais plus d’électricité. Pas pratique.

Awful smell from the bathroom, especially when it rained but again, this seems to be a thing in most cities. We stayed in the two bed apartment, and it was perfect for us to explore the island. We stayed for the guts of four weeks and the only thing missing is a washing machine. Bit noisy at night but again being located beside the station it is going to be the way.

• Cinzia Carrer (7/5): Buona posizione ma difficile parcheggiare - Stanza spaziosa con terrazzino attrezzato con poltroncine anche se la veduta non era interessante. Viene indicato che c'è il parcheggio libero in strada. Effettivamente è così ma la posizione è talmente affollata che è stato impossibile trovare un parcheggio e, dopo aver girato attorno per lungo tempo, abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'auto a più di un km di distanza.

You have to enter the flat, close the door, close the lock by key (in darkness), next remove keys from door lock and insert other key in the special lock for activation of the light inside... Extremely uncomfortable procedure. Terrible smelt in the bathroom. No space near kitchen owen. Not enough space even for coffee-maker.

• Wenye (1/5): 不推荐入住！ - 距离车站非常近，出行方便 房主回复较积极 住的两房，公寓整体很小。尤其小房间小到打不开行李。且小房间由于位置在锅炉旁，吵到无法入睡！ 洗手间异味严重，稍关门片刻，就丑的熏天。且排风不能手动控制，也是吵的不行。 毛巾、床品看起来都很脏，毛巾可以不用，但床上的毯子不能不盖，但一看就是没洗干净或者从来没洗过。 取电和钥匙固定在一起，进屋反锁房门后，要开手电筒才能开门。出房门也是同理，这种设计真的很不合理！ 在入住之初，房东说请像对待自己的房子一样对待这套公寓。可我家没那么糟糕……

• Amir (10/5): Clean and spacious apartment at the heart of Palermo - The apartment was quite big, with two rooms, a hall, and a kitchen. It was also very clean and had a nice basic kitchen. The location is very good too, it is less than 5 minutes walk from central bus station, where you get off the from the airport shuttle, also you can reach to other cities or to the beach easily from this station. Also, it is 10-15 minutes walk to major touristy areas, such as the Palermo cathedral. However, there is not too much noise in the apartment and you can have a good sleep. There is also a nice local fruit and fish market 2 minutes away from the place, however, they like to overprice tourists if you give them the opportunity. Honestly, nothing to complain, considering the price.

The Ballarò market is a short walk away and the main train and bus stations are also a few minutes walk away. Many important places and sights are within walking distance. The hosts are simply fantastic. I highly recommend this accommodation. It will be our first choice when we next visit Palermo. There can always be something better, but the price-value ratio is great

• Youssef (9/5): Very nice stay overall. The apartment has all one needs for a trip and the hosts are responsive and friendly. - The host is very nice and friendly. They allowed an early check-in and the communication was always smooth. The apartment was as described and we had no issues. While the location is very central, it seemed a bit sketchy at night. This is said, we were never bothered by anyone during the stay. It is also close to the central station which makes travelling easy.

The property is in a prime location — the city center is within walking distance, Mercato Ballarò is just two blocks away, and Teatro Massimo di Palermo, Fontana Pretoria, Chiesa e Monastero di Santa Caterina d'Alessandria are only a 16-minute walk. 2) Free parking nearby We had no issues finding free parking just one block from the property — and our car remained completely safe and unscratched throughout the stay. 1) Bathroom odor The bathroom had a noticeable sewer smell, which seems to be a common issue in many Sicilian accommodations. 2) Dirty and unsettling surroundings The surrounding area was quite dirty, with people wandering around, which might feel uncomfortable or intimidating for solo travelers or all-female groups. However, we were out late at night and did not encounter any problems. 3) Communication with the owner While check-in and check-out were smooth, communication during the stay could have been better. The owner often came across as defensive rather than helpful. - We reported that the water went out twice and were sent a video to fix it ourselves. Although the fix was simple, it was frustrating after a long day of travel, as guests had to wait for water to return before taking showers and using toilet. The water system was fully replaced the following day after it went out 2 times early in the morning. - Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for four guests over a two-days stay. When we inquired about it, the owner explained that only “starter supplies” are provided and that guests are expected to purchase the rest — which felt a bit unreasonable for basic supply. - We also let the owner know the wine opener was broken (we used our own), just to ensure it be replaced for future guests. Unfortunately, he seemed offended — first implying we had broken it, then reacting as though we were making a personal criticism.
