• Nancy (9/5): Mountain cabin in Maryborough - The cabin was cozy, well-appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The cabin was well-thought out when building. Very well done and thoughtful (supplying milk, bread,,,,, 3:00 check in worked for us but may be late for some people.

The bed was very small for 2 people and dipped on both sides so you had to lay closer to the middle

• Susannah (10/5): An absolute gem of a place for our overnight stay. - We really enjoyed our overnight stay in the Churchill Cabin. It was quiet, cosy and very comfortable. A lovely addition was the front veranda with seating to relax and look out onto the enclosed garden. A very welcoming and safe space for our Maltese terrier to enjoy. There was not anything that we did not like about this lovely property.

• Suzie (10/5): We were surprised and delighted by the attention to detail in this little gem. - The best thing was the suitability for our dogs, but everything for us was perfect.
• Andrew (9/5): Great spot for a quiet stay - The cabin is very well located for us, as we have family who live nearby. There are fast food & restaurant options within minutes driving time. The hosts seem to go all out to make our stay a great experience, by providing many little 'extras' that show they are really thinking about their guests.

Within a short distance we found coffee shops and restaurants. The cabin gardens are fully fenced and very well maintained, plus there's a lovely outside sitting area.

We opted to get take away for our dinner and enjoyed sitting outside with a wine and eating our meal with our happy doggo close by. Nothing..it was a great stay.

Comfy bed, good kitchen. Nice to relax in the comfy armchairs after a long drive. Carport to protect the car. The amazing smell of the cedar wood. Floor of shower slippery. The path from the gate to the cabin is a great idea but we found it narrow and some loose planks so walked on the grass. Air conditioner felt close to our heads in bed. We didn't use it as we prefer the open windows,

The owners sounded very lovely over the messages although we never actually saw them. The cabin felt very cozy and we’ll 100% stay here again if we ever come to the area. Also anyone from the northern/eastern parts of Europe, the place feels exactly like a sauna house - made us feel like we were back at home.

Comfortable bed, kitchen area big and open, verandah and pergola area great. One recliner chair didn’t recline, the other a bit old also.

• Peta (7/5): Nice little place in a quiet area for two people. - Unique cabin, quiet surrounds, easy to find, accessing key was easy, nice and clean. We were able to access the property a little earlier, thanks for this. We weren't able to keep the windows in bedroom area open as we would have bumped into them when we hopped out of bed for any reason, we found the stools in the kitchen area uncomfortable to sit at. The timber walkway from the gate to the front door was rather narrow, although it did keep our feet dry, also some of the nails needed to be hammered down again.

After 2 days and nights on the road our 2 dogs thought Christmas had come early when they could run around the secure yard and go outside the cabin without being on a lead. Dislike is a strong word, but it took me too long to figure out how to turn the shower on 🤷🏼‍♀️ I put it down to being tired after a long drive, but a little instruction for the ‘stupid, I mean tired’ people would be very helpful.
