• Mihee (8/5): - 체크인이 편했어요. 현관부터 비밀번호로 되어 있어서 호스트를 기다리지 않아도 되었고 바로 들어갈수 있었습니다. 지하철역과 도보 5분정도의 거리라 이동이 좋았어요. 공용주방이었지만 욕실은 따로 있어서 좋았어요. 주변에 가까운 슈퍼가 많아서 언제든지 장을 볼수 있어요. 가까이에 유명한 starita 피자집이 있어서 2번이나 갔네요 구글지도에서 가방을 끌고 가는데 나타나는 계단에 좀 놀랬어요. 나폴리의 특성상 어쩔수 없지요. 2일 숙박했는데 수건이 적어서 불편했어요. 숙발 날짜에 맞춰 수건이 주어지면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 지하철역은 가깝지만...중심가에서 지하철로 이동하는 시간이 좀 되어서 이동할때마다 시간은 좀 걸려요
• Saira (8/5): - Nice facilities and kitchen with a nice coffee maker. The place is very conveniently located to public transport. Good host, even accommodated us when we needed to drop off our bags earlier than check in. It was a little cold in the communal area.
• iulian (1/5): - Be careful with this apartment and this owner. The owner has published a deliberately misleading ad: - it is actually a two-bedroom space that you have to share with other guests - the rental looks very nice in the pictures, but in reality the property is damaged and neglected for a long time - the kitchen constantly smells of sewage even if you open the windows for a long time, the furniture is damaged/deteriorated - the walls in the bedroom are dirty - the rental was not cleaned between the guest - the walls in the bathroom are cracked and have mold - the shower cabin and sink have black mold I have taken photos of the entire unit of everything deteriorated and dirty, the booking.com app let's me to upload only 4 pictures...
• Gabriele (9/5): Neapel war wunderschön und gerne noch einmal - Liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr gute Lage. Metrostation Materdei super zu erreichen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Valentina. Hat bei Fragen schnell geantwortet. Check in war einfach und beim Check out konnten wir unser Gepäck noch bis Nachmittag dort aufbewahren. Es wäre toll wenn ein Geschirrtuch zum abtrocknen der Tassen etc. vorhanden wäre.

• Chiara (10/5): - È la seconda volta in pochi mesi che soggiorno qui e ci tornerò sicuramente, la stanza è pulitissima e curata, la posizione è ottima (molto vicino alla metro L2 Materdei) ma soprattutto la host Valentina è veramente gentile e accogliente, risponde molto in fretta ai messaggi e ci ha permesso di fare il late check out gratuitamente entrambe le volte visto che non aveva altre prenotazioni in entrata, veramente un servizio impeccabile!

• Anna (10/5): - La struttura è in una posizione strategica, valentina è una ragazza disponibilissima per tutto, super consigliata!!
• Chiara (9/5): Torneremo sicuramente! - Stanza molto pulita e curata, in appartamento nuovo arredato in modo grazioso. Cucina in comune, due camere con bagno privato che danno su un cortiletto interno, quindi molto silenzioso la notte. La colazione non è inclusa ma in cucina si possono trovare tè e caffè sempre a disposizione. Valentina è veramente gentile e disponibile, una dell' host migliori mai incontrate! Addirittura ci ha proposto di ignorare l'orario di check out e lasciare la stanza quando avessimo voluto. La metro Materdei è veramente vicina e a 200 ci sono due piccoli supermercati e un bar, il quartiere è tranquillo anche di notte La prima sera non funzionava il wifi ma Valentina si è prodigata per risolvere la situazione il prima possibile (purtroppo in stanza non prende il telefono). Subito fuori dal palazzo c'è una lunga rampa di scale e all'interno non c'è l'ascensore (l'appartamento è al primo piano), quindi se avete problemi di mobilità considerate queste due cose
• Maja (10/5): Great stay, we enjoyed everything. Looking forward to coming again :) - Location is great, near (well connected to) the metro station. Apartment is clean and elegant. The neighbourhood is quiet, 2 markets near by for everyday use. Napoli itself is magic!

• Μυρτώ (10/5): - Πολυ φιλοξενη η οικοδεσποτης και ανετο το κρεβατι μεγαλο το μπανιο. Καθαρο δωματιο! Διπλανα δωματια στο ιδιο διαμέρισμα και οχι πολύ καλη ηχομόνωση
• Raphael (8/5): C’est un très bon rapport qualité prix. - Les explications et les directives reçues pour pouvoir nous installer était très bien. La chambre était très confortable, jolie, simple et efficace . Les équipements au niveau de la cuisine n’étaient pas très fournis, la cafetière t’es vraiment archaïque, je pense qu’il serait bon d’avoir un système plus simple et plus moderne. On a pas pu trouver de vaisselle propre, car tout était posé un peu à l’arrache, ce n’est pas forcément de la faute de l’autre, mais des colocataires qui étaient passés avant nous .

• Serena (9/5): - Struttura accogliente e pulita, situata in una posizione comoda a pochi passi dalla metropolitana. Valentina, la proprietaria, è stata molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Esperienza consigliata.
• Yakubovska (8/5): Very good - Оverall I liked the stay, the atmospheric apartment emphasizes the vibe of Italy, you can take nice photos in the kitchen. And not far from the apartments, near the store, there is a local takeaway pizzeria, the pizza there is the most delicious, I recommend trying it! I recommend taking apartments with a balcony, because things don't dry well. I didn't like the fact that the water doesn't drain well in the shower and you have to wait a long time for warm water, it's either hot or cold. There are not enough dishes in the kitchen and the stove doesn't work.

• Annaowczarzak (10/5): City rest :) - Apartment is near the metro station and in very calm neighbourhood. Room was super cute and clean as well as common space and bathroom. Host was extremely nice, showed us everything and was easy to contact her. There is coffee machine and fridge in common space - also a kitchen if you need to prepare some meals ;) We could rest after long day of sightseeing amazing city of Naples. Do not hesitate to book Anna Maria Rooms. GRAZIE MILLE ! Everything was great !

• Katharina (8/5): We can fully recommend Valentina‘s place and would book it again! - Valentina is very caring, helpful and always available in case there are questions. We really enjoyed the attention to detail in the accommodation and the fully equipped kitchen. I loved the super clean sheets and proper blanket. :-) There are extra pillows as well. just a few minutes from M1 that will take you to the center. Also enjoyed the calm neighborhood and we were glad to have chosen that place instead of crazy busy napoli centre.
• Noorah (9/5): Great! - the owner was lovely. She always asked whether everything is okay or if we needed anything. She also drove us to a local pizza place the evening we arrived as it was late :) The shower has quite a lot of black mould around the edges. Would be good to have that checked out.

As here was no information about extra money, I don’t know why we should pay it …. Also there was to much conversation with host, every day a lot of massages.
