• gustavo (10/5): Divinos chalet bien ubicado con vista increíble , deben mejorar la comunicación con el cliente para el self check in - La ubicación , el chalet muy cómodo la vista la calefacción , absolutamente cómodo y acogedor La comunicación , nunca me llegó el Mail con indicaciones para el check in tuve que hablar por teléfono para que me ayudaran a entrar , y después un pin de activación de cuenta con un QR que tenía información de importancia recién llegó cuando me fui Tuve que llamar otra vez para que me dieran la clave del wifi ya que eso supuestamente estaba detrás de la puerta , y esa información no estaba , eso tienen que mejorarlo Incluso me dijeron cuando hablé por segunda vez que la única que no encontraba las cosas era yo , una pena esa falta de comunicación

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! - Besonders gefallen hat uns die tolle Ausstattung: Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht – und sogar mehr. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Komfort und Wohlfühlatmosphäre gelegt wird.
• Patrick (9/5): Very nice chalet for a family with up to 4 kids - chalet is in a quiet neighborhood with a good view. The size of the chalet is very nice. It has 3 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms and a cozy large room to sit, relax and watch TV. Large screen TV in all rooms. Nice bathroom with floor heating. Parking in front of the chalet is good. Excellent and very friendly service in the hotel. In the hotel (6min drive) there is a nice outdoor sauna and pool with fantastic view. It is quite far from the city. Actually driving only takes 6 minutes but at daytime it hard to find parking. To the spa in the hotel it is also a 6min drive, provided there is no snow. No bakery or supermarket nearby. One needs to drive to the city to get fresh bread. It can be loud from the upper Apartment.

• Uri (7/5): Good location. - The living room and one bedroom are without proper lights. Very dark. Only one shower. There was no internet (and WiFi) in the first 3 days. The power stops 2-3 times. In one time we had to call the hotel for help.

• Steinfeld (9/5): Comfortable chalet near Ortisei, perfect for exploring the Dolomites. - Gorgeous chalet close to Ortisei. Perfect for extended family as we were able to rent both the three bedroom and two bedroom apartments and be in the same building. We loved the covered patio for sharing meals. It was a five minute walk to the bus stop to catch a bus into Ortisei. The beds are very comfortable and we liked having a washing machine. Our only complaint was the internet (Wifi) was a bit slow and the check in process was a bit tedious. Other than that, we loved the apartments.

• Jacqueline (8/5): Beautiful chalet with amazing views & very comfortable - The apartment with 3 bedrooms was very spacious for our family of 4. We had plenty of room. The cooker was a bit of a puzzle & it took us a few days to get to grips of how to turn the hon on. The instruction video was slightly different to how it operated. However we did manage each time to turn it on but sometimes it was over 20mins of trying. The child lock kept coming on despite turning this off. We also booked out of season so the pool & spa facilities were not open for use. Perhaps this should be mentioned when booking via booking.com. We did however find a pool & spa 30 mins drive away.
• Ewan (8/5): Very good - Cosy chalet great for the week, great kitchen and sleeping favilities. Low ceilinga for tall psople! We hit our heads a bit! We would have liked to be closer to the ski.slopes, but the buss access was fine! There were some issues woth the parkimg- guests doensyairs had two cars and tpok our second spacr meaning we had to park on the exhe pf the gRden. Maybs more parkimg spaces are needed?
• Stefano (9/5): Very pleasant - The chalet is very nice and cosy, more spacious than I thought The check in process could be improved. Initially I was told that someone would have met me at the property and later was told to get the keys from a lock box
• Lisa (5/5): The 2 bedroom condo in the chalet is not very practical. - the best thing about this condo was the view. We got an email a few days prior to check in that states "go to the hotel to check in ". So arriving at the hotel after 24 hours of travel, we were met with "why are you here?" We never got the "check in" email, nor the internet access email. There was supposed to be information about all of the condo inside, but it was not there. The photos that you see in the advertisements were not of the 2 bedroom condo that is upstairs. It is on the top floor and to get into the master bed, you need to duck or you will slam your head on the slanted ceiling. Also the living room is very European. There is a large dining table with wooden bench seating and a very small love seat. That is all the seating in the condo. The picture of the large living room with coffered ceilings is not the condo you are renting if you are in the 2 bedroom condo. We would come to Ortesei again in a heartbeat, but we would not stay in this condo.

• Georgia (8/5): Very good - The location a bit out of town and quiet environment, The beautiful views and generous space. Helpful staff at Hotel Scherlin. The cooktop took some persistence and isn’t very user friendly. It is a little dark in the lounge-dining area. It would be nice if that space was a bit brighter.

Apartment located in a quiet area about 2 km from Ortisei. Close to cycling and many walking paths. We had a very enjoyable stay. Nothing , it was perfect

• Małgorzata (9/5): Ideal winter holidays - Extraoridary helpful Guy from hotel Scherlin reception. Very fast reaction in case of unexpected situation. Spacious and warm appartment, very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds. Very quiet place! Great to rest. I was aware of that but only location wasn't the best (not in the city and quite far away if you are jot with the car). On the other hand it was extremly quiet😁 so great place to sleep.

Helpful staff in linked hotel and could use their facilities if desired (pool). Local free bus system worked well for us but a car would be helpful for getting there and away. Beautiful area to explore. Washing powder not supplied for dishwasher etc.
• Katherine (9/5): great views, nice staff, very enjoyable family vacation. - We got upgraded for free to the bigger apartment due to the availability, and we could use all the facilities from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. We especially liked using the pool with our 2,5 year old. The views from the hotel were amazing. The city is only a 5 min drive away. Very spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen.
• Iris (8/5): Great starting point for a week of skiing. - We stayed at the chalet Scherlin, that is not located at the hotel itself, but a 5 minute drive away. Spacious chalet with great shower and good beds. WiFi works well. Great location, close to the bus stop. Hotel has wellness and pool that can be used. We would have liked to find some more basics in the kitchen. Like a dishwasher tablet and some coffee pods or tea for the first day or two. Also, a clean sponge and cloth would have been nice. There were some old ones lying around, but that does not seem hygienic. One of the beds wasn't made. It is a 5 person chalet, but we booked for 4, so I get that. However, the staff told us that someone would come to sort it out. Never showed up. There is a pretty loud buzzing noise that can be heard in the bedrooms. It sounds like there's a fridge working overtime. If you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Keep in mind that the wellness facilities are a couple minutes drive away. We ended up not using these because of that. Chalet has no designated room for drying skis and boards. Dining chairs are bound to fall apart any time soon

• Antonia (10/5): Renovated, spacious and well equipped chalet - We would definitely recommend this chalet: the bedroom is very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the owners are very kind. We also loved that we could make use of the swimming and sauna facilities of the hotel, this was amazing!
• Jane (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed our stay. The view to the whole Ortisei valley was beautiful. The chalet was spacious, really clean and fully equiped with everything youay need during a holiday. It's more about suggestions to the owners and not dislikes: - wifi password instruction with all capital letters was confusing - please send in your welcome emails or during pre-checking email communation that people need to go to hotel first to check-in. More and more hosts provide such instructions in emails and people are just getting lazy to read every piece of fineprint on booking.

• Catherine (10/5): Great find with beautiful views - The apartment was wonderful. Only few bus stops from Ortisei and short walk up the hill. We were picked up with our luggage from the bus stop upon arrival by the owners. The apartment is mostly newly renovated with beautiful kitchen, bathroom, views from the balcony and comfy beds. Highly recommend the 3 bedroom apartment, excellent value for money and close to all facilities of Ortisei with free bus service. Kids were happy with the wifi. Only addition I could say would be to add a mirror in the bedroom.
