Tivemos visitas das baratas, que estavam no armário da pia da cozinha. Tinha bastante sujeira de baratas nesse armário, e precisávamos lavar tudo antes de usar, todas as vezes. Senti falta de um varal no ap, para não precisar estender roupas íntimas na lavanderia comunitária (essa possui tanque para lavar as roupas). Local distante de qualquer restaurante, mercado..

Victoria (10/5): Excelente piso frente al mar - Nos quedamos en la habitación del último piso y la vista es 360, puedes ver el mar y las montañas, cada ventana del apartamento tenía una vista espectacular. Es muy práctico porque está frente al mar y la playa es muy linda. La limpieza es otro punto a destacar, además está muy bien equipado. Krystyna es una anfitriona excepcional, incluso nos ayudó con un problema con otra reserva en Booking.. Lo super recomiendo

ELTON (9/5): Muito bom, excelente custo benefício - Localização ótima, há poucos passos do mar. Praia calma para descansar e curtir com crianças. Fica próximo a Praia de Cima e também Ponta do Papagaio. A anfitriã é muito receptiva, solícita e nos acolheu muito bem. É um amor de pessoa. Tem espaço para lavar e pendurar as roupas e ainda espaço com churrasqueira e mesa coletiva, muito prático. Só elogios, com certeza voltaremos Tem apenas alguns pontos de melhoria, mas não que foi ruim. Meu filho dormiu no sofá cama que ficava na cozinha/sala e ali não tinha ar condicionado, porém deixando a porta do quarto aberta refrescava.

Karine (10/5): Local maravilhoso - A anfitriã é super atenciosa, o espaço é super organizado, tem tudo que é necessário. Internet funciona muito bem. Chuveiro com bastante pressão da água, secador de cabelo, toalhas e roupas de cama novas e de boa qualidade. Tem um espaço de lavanderia onde cada apartamento tem seu local denominado para estender e secar as roupas. Além disso, tem churrasqueira e espaço com mesas. Também oferecem água, achei isso um diferencial, pois quando chegamos já podemos cozinhar e fazer um chimarrão. Gostamos muito do local. Realmente é beira mar o acesso ao mar é a poucos passos do local. E o estacionamento é bem espaçoso.ical super família e tranquilo. A única coisa que senti falta foi luz ao lado da cama para ler.

Ponto negativo a escada para a nossa acomodação na cobertura , mas a Cristina muito solicita ja remanejou as pessoas que tinham dificuldade para subir as escadas. Carmine (10/5): Descanso próximo da praia com tranquilidade. - A localização é excelente, muito perto da praia, o atendimento foi muito bom. Pelo preço cobrado estava tudo compatível. Panelas ótimas, coisa rara. Senti falta de uma máquina de lavar roupas coletiva e de um local com sol para estender roupas, a lavanderia tem tanques apenas e é fechada, mas foram muito solícitos oferecendo até um ventilador para arejar as roupas.

Elisabeth (10/5): A very nice quiet stay in Palhoça - A very nice part and neighborhood of the city, only a few steps to the beach, very nice and helpful people owning the place. The rooms with garden view are newly renovated, practically furnished and very clean and have insect screens. The restaurant has acoustic live music and serves food also on the beach. If you are very lucky, you might see the cute burrowing owls at the beach in the evening. The Boho Surfer Place Guarda do Embaú is close with the car and you can take a nice walk on the illuminated beach in the evenings to get to Praia de Cima. The water will be a lot better soon once they get it from the city spring water and the parking will also be redone, those were really only tiny details we noticed.
