• Huang (8/5): Overall, the stay was average, but our experience in Istanbul was very good. - The location is excellent — just a few steps to the seaside and main attractions. Check-in was very easy and smooth, which made our stay very convenient. The sound insulation was poor. The rooms are separated from a large open-plan apartment, so especially in the bathroom you can clearly hear neighbors using the toilet, washing, and talking. Even when lying in bed, you can hear people using the elevator outside.

Außerdem haben wir uns hier als allein reisende Frauen sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Wir haben jeden Tag im Apartment gekocht und dafür gab es etwas wenig Töpfe und Zubehör.

• Putinica (9/5): Good value property close to Taksim - Close to Taksim Square , about 7-8 minutes walking , 5 minutes to Findikli train station and Bosphorus Strait . The main room has a kingsize bed . Ezra gave us assistance with airport transfer at good rate . We didn't use kitchen there , but you have almost everything , including laundry washing machine , dryer . Some small restaurants , mini markets , cofee shops , barber in the area with decent prices regarding central areas .

• Sto7 (9/5): Very nice apartment - Modern apartment with a perfect room layout in an easily reachable spot and have very good beds. We missed some equipment: microwave oven and toaster. A handyman can make a miracle here with electric sockets fixing and door squeaking. Tableware may need refreshment. Parking with a car is more than a challenge in Istanbul.
• Farnaz (5/5): I will never book there again. - It was clean and safe, and the lady there was very helpful. The location was terrible because it was so uphill. Another big problem was that there was no one at the reservation, no check-in, no check-out, and I didn't even see anyone during the two weeks we were there. It's possible that someone might have a problem. And the other thing that really upset me was that the amount for the 13 nights before the booking was £1040 but £1080 was taken from my account.

• Rozhin (7/5): Good - Modern flat, nice and clean, with a lovely view. The kitchen is well-equipped, including cookware such as pans, saucepans, and more. The location is convenient, close to Taksim Square, the metro, and metro bus stations. The flat is much smaller than it appears in the photos. There was a lot of loud noise from the instructor’s side, making it impossible to nap or relax. On some days, the bathroom had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We also experienced a 10-minute electricity outage. Most importantly, the TV is not a smart TV, which means no access to Netflix or family movie time.

• Janja (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is really cute and comfortable. We had enough towels, hot water available 24/7, and the beds were good. It's near the touristy areas and small grocery shops but it wasn't too noisy, we were able to sleep well at night. The kitchen utensils and pans need an upgrade (cleanliness too) for people who are staying for more than 3-4 days. A microwave would be a nice addition.

• Bardh (9/5): Great stay, recommended for a comfortable stay - A nice apartment, with everything you need. Location did have a bit of uphill walking, but if you plan with transit properly you can avoid a lot of it. Location was great, near Taksim square, near the water, markets near the apartment and restaurants/cafes as well. Recommended for 1-2 people! Mattress was a little hard for my liking, and there was no clothes detergent when i needed to use the washing machine.

I stayed with my family (total 4 people) and it was quite comfortable. PS. Photos are of the day when we were leaving. Nothing to complain but cherry on top can be: 1. Can add house cleaning 2. Should add more toiletries.. 3. I would like a breakfast menu (I know it’s a full apartment but with a kitchen but breakfast in hotel makes its easier). 4. Location is good and central but its a little uphill.

• Saleh (8/5): Very good - Great location. Self checked-in flat. Easy access to host via WhatsApp (very friendly and responsive). Fairly Clean apartment. Modern furnished. Cozy apartment. You need to go uphill/downhill to reach Taksim/Galata port. Not ideal for those travelling with young kids (have to push a stroller/buggy) or to those with mobility restrictions.

• Jitapriya (6/5): It was a below average experience - The location was nice and also the apartment is best suited for a couple. Several aspects could have been improved. Firstly, the pictures provided were somewhat misleading, as the apartment was only suitable for hosting up to two people, not three as indicated. The sofa bed proved inadequate for accommodating a third person comfortably. Additionally, the quality of the electrical kettle and induction cooktops left much to be desired. Despite reporting issues with the kettle, no action was taken to address the problem. In summary, our experience fell below expectations given the price paid for the property.

Check-in and check-out were effortless with access via code/key box. Apartment is located on a very steep hill, not an issue for us but others should be aware prior to booking.

• Daniel (6/5): Modern, clean and comfortable apartment in a good location that feels safe. - Location felt safe, and just far enough from the busiest parts of the city to be comfortable, but a short (but steep) walk. Contacting staff on whatsapp was convenient and fast, and Communication was good. For an apartment with a full kitchen, it would have been nice to have a microwave and a good selection of cooking pots and pans. Neither was present, and when the electric water kettle failed, even heating water for coffee or tea became a challenge. This is not a place for someone wanting to do much cooking.

• Ksenia (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean and modern. The processes of checkin and checkout were easy. The apartment is in the first floor, so it’s very noisy outside and you have to close the windows and the curtains during evenings and nights

• Lidia (10/5): We felt very welcomed and comfortable at this place. Definately will use it again on our next trip! - The apartment was very clean and beautiful, equiped with everything needed. The host was increadibly patient and helpful always at any time. The housekeeping was also very nice and helpful. They explained everything we need to know about the check in clearly and let us leave our luggage with them after the check out. Amazing hospitality!

• Fist99 (10/5): Good place to stay in istanbul. - Comparatively newly built facility well consisted for the visitors. I am not complaining however, more information could have been given, the better the visitors feel. For example, as it is rental apartment, no amenities and given numbers of towels should be used for the whole stay using in-house washing and drying machine.

• Alba (10/5): Viaje en pareja a Istanbul - The apartment is new, modern and comfortable. We loved everything about the apartment! I definitely recommend it. It has very good connections to the old part of Istanbul. There is a Tram stop only 15 min away from the hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are not the nicest ones.
• Florina-maria (10/5): Great stay - Relatively easy access Friendly owner, very prompt Clean, with great light apartment. Very well equipped The bathrooms were connected through some kind of air vent and you could hear absolutely EVERYTHING the other room was doing at the bathroom. Some hangers for the towels would be useful in the bathroom. Busy street (the perks of staying in the center), no parking space available, but very close it is a guarded parking.
