- A.ALBASHAH (8/5): الشقة واسعة وجيدة وترتيبها جميل، والصور المنشورة في التطبيق هي نفسها للمكان مقارنة ببعض الفنادق - الشقة جيدة وواسعة ومزودة بمعظم احتياجات السكن باستثناء بعض الاحتياجات، كما أن المنسق ومندوب التواصل (الأخ عبدالله) شخص راقي ورائع يستحق الشكر عدم توفر بعض الاحتياجات مثل المناشف والمناديل، كما أن أدوات المطبخ تحتاج لنظافة أفضل مما هي عليه، إضافة الى احتاج أعمال سباكة دورات المياه الى صيانة، ويراعى مستقبلا كون الشقة جميلة ورائعة وتستحق الاهتمام من الطرفين (المؤجر) و (المستأجر)
- NASSER (4/5): - مساحة الشقه. يجب اعادة النظر من مالك الشقه في الخدمة المقدمه ونظافة المرفق وتوفير ادوات الحمام والنظافة وتغيير مفارش الأسره بعد كل عميل والابتعاد عن الألوان الغامقه في مفارش الأسره والاعتماد على المفارش الفندقيه. الشقه جيده لكن تحتاج الي اهتمام من المشغل. وبعدها عن الحرم النبوي.

- Abdulsalam (8/5): Good apartment - Big apartment with 3 bedrooms. Wifi It was dusty that we needed to clean the floor and the bed sheets were having stains.
