• Iulian (1/5): You don't want to stay here! - The disgusting part: When we entered the apartment (which is not a penthouse), there was a weird smell in all the apartment, we don't know what it was, but was disturbing enough. In the small bathroom there is no hot water and for cold there is no pressure. For the second and bigger bathroom, everything was messy in a disgusting way. Also, the two places where we could put the toothbrush and toothpaste were disgusting; they looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a really long time. In the rooms there was a weird yellow stain on the floor, and all the bed sheets were messy and stained, hair, and so on, they were not washed before we arrived. In the living room/kitchen bread crumbles on the chairs and on the table, and also sticky. Also a fire hazard, a broken electrical outlet hanging out of a polystyrene wall. This was the disgusting part. The annoying part: Booking and the owner of the "penthouse" made us wait there from 9pm until 23-24pm. The pictures we provided was not enough for Booking to let us leave the place to find another apartment to sleep. So imagine that, after we traveled all day, you get in this apartment, and need to find another accomodation at 00 AM.. The next days, when we talked to the owner about the refund, she tried to lie about the apartment and blame us. We couldn't even talk properly to the owner. That apartment was never clean, we can't believe that below me or above, is a person saying that the apartment is clean, also very odd how every comment that we saw mentioned that is clean. Shame on the owner for not apologizing directly to us, shame on them for blaming the "cleaning firm," which is probably not a firm. Do not book this "penthouse".

• Mihaela (4/5): Left the apartment after 10 minutes - cigarette smell in the living room; in one bedroom the sheet was used, in other bedrooms the blankets were not covered with sheets, renovation of the apartment is not yet finished - there are still some adjustment to be done.
