Condiciones higiénicas por debajo del mínimo Abrimos el sofá cama y el colchón estaba sin cambiar y con pañuelos usados de dudosa procedencia. Papel higiénico húmedo... alfombrilla sin limpiar... Al principio ni nos contestaban al teléfono. Encontramos unos zapatos del inquilino anterior, se lo avisamos y luego nos acusan de robar... (y eso que al principio nos negaron que hubieran inquilinos previos) La gestión de la situación en sí por parte de los responsables pésima. Al final conseguimos que nos devolviesen el dinero ya que no dormimos ahí que ya era lo mínimo

• Antonio (7/5): - Ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, pues esta muy cerca del centro y zona comercial. Tuvimos una incidencia con un enchufe nada mas llegar que fue resuelta por el propietario en cuestión de minutos, cosa que en festivo y fin de semana no es sencillo. La zona es complicada para aparcar, pero se puede e encontrar parking libre en la zona de la Universidad

• Heleenina (7/5): Goed, behalve de herrie - De locatie was prima. Het appartement was leuk gedecoreerd. Het appartement was ruim en het toilet zo smal dat je er niet vanaf kon vallen. Gratis parkeren als je even in de omgeving zoekt. Aan de overkant van de straat heb je de San Diego Suites. Bouwactiviteiten boven gaven veel lawaai. In de omgeving zullen nog veel gebouwen gerenoveerd moeten worden. Ik miste keukendoeken. In de omschrijving staat dat er een tuin is. Die was er niet, maar misschien worden de kunstplanten bedoeld.

• David (8/5): Very good - Big flat for a group of friends. Close to the train station. Only 2 isolated areas. The zone is not the most beautiful of the city.

We rented this apartment for three nights for two adults and a child in January. It was the worst option in the history of our travels. The temperature in the apartment is 15c, my wife and child got sick on the first night, two air conditioners are working very poorly. It is impossible to take a shower because it is very cold and there is no heater, we had breakfast in winter jackets because there is no heating in the kitchen. There are no warm blankets, old washed linen. The furniture is all old and dusty, the handles and doors are broken. The wallpaper is falling off the walls. The electrics are in disrepair - the wiring is open. The oven is not working. The owners do not respond to the claims and formally unsubscribe. There is renovation going on around - the jackhammer has been working since 8.00 and it is very dusty. We stayed only one night and left the apartment.
