• Alba (10/5): Súper recomendable - Personal muy amable y atento, dando respuestas rápidas a los imprevistos surgidos. Respuesta inmediata a los mensajes. El apartamento es mucho mejor que en las fotos. Todo estaba limpio, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de Roma. La ubicación excelente. No tiene ascensor y es un tercero, pero ya contábamos con ello. Hasta ese día no nos explicaron cómo hacer el checkin, y me daba miedo llegar allí sin tener información real del apartamento, pero es fiable, no tuvimos ningún problema.

• Laura (6/5): Bene per la posizione ma l’alloggio poco curato, il bagno da sistemare. - La posizione eccezionale. A due passi da Fontana di Trevi. Metropolita attaccata. Alloggio spazioso ma poco curato. Il bagno terribile, la doccia da sostituire. Il riscaldamento non funzionava, fortunatamente non era necessario nelle camere ma il bagno era gelido e sarebbe servito.

Appartamento pulito ed accogliente Proprietario gentile e molto disponibile Essendo in pieno centro, si sente un pochino di rumore dalla strada nelle ore diurne, ma la sera è tranquillo e non disturba il riposo

• Marica (2/5): - Il plus della struttura è sicuramente la posizione strategica dove tutti i luoghi di interesse sono facilmente arrivabili a piedi L’appartamento è situato al terzo piano senza ascensore (68 scalini) menomale avevamo zaini e non valigie. La pulizia assente, al nostro arrivo l’appartamento si presentava al contrario delle foto mostrate su Booking tra cui porta scorrevole della doccia rotta, il piatto doccia fa scorrere acqua all’esterno quando fai la doccia, il doccino era rotto quindi impossibilitati di lavarci abbiamo dovuto aspettare che il sig. Federico (colui che ci ha mostrato l’appartamento) ci cambiasse il doccino, il piumoncino bianco sul letto presentava evidenti macchie gialle e marroni e l’abbiamo fatto cambiare il giorno dopo accorgendomene quando sono andata a rifare il letto, maniglia della finestra nel soggiorno rotta, un materasso nella camera dove sono presenti i due letti è più piccolo rispetto alle doghe quindi menomale eravamo in 4 e non in 6, l’asciugacapelli nel cassetto sotto al lavandino in bagno era completamente bagnato e abbiamo dovuto attendere nuovamente che il sig. Federico ce lo portasse in quanto ci aveva espressamente ovviamente vietato di accenderlo per evitare pericoli e nella camera piccola dove è presente un solo letto c’è una presa tirata fuori dal muro quindi con i cavi elettrici esposti al di fuori. Insomma sicuramente non è stata una bella accoglienza dato che ci aspettavamo di trovare l’appartamento come in foto ma ciò non è accaduto e sicuramente non siamo rimasti contenti.

• Cristina (1/5): - Ubicació. -Les fotos NO corresponen a la realitat del pis. - Brutícia a tot arreu (mobles enganxosos, sofà amb pels i taques, llit amb taques). - Confort inexistent (llits molt usats, sofà destrossat, la rentadora de la foto no hi és, cap café ni atenció). -Pis que sembla abandonat, amb un bany que no ha estat netejat, amb una dutxa horrible, el parquet destrossat, falten cortines i les que hi són s'enganxen amb precinte.
• Andrea (5/5): A központi hely miatt foglaltuk, a lakás elhanyagolt, de a hely miatt újra itt szállnánk meg. - A szállás a város központban van, ezért foglaltuk le. Foglaláskor is láttuk, hogy gyenge értékelést kapott, ami reális, de a központi hely miatt döntöttük a szállás mellett. Az ágyak, ágynemű, törölköző tiszták voltak. De a lakásra ráférne egy tisztasági festés. A szobákban nem volt bútor csak az ágy. Azért nincs ilyen mert tudtuk, hogy a szállás rosz értékelést kapott. De alvásra megfelelő volt. A képek nem a reális helyzetet mutatják.

La sua disponibilità è eccellente, sempre pronto a rispondere su whatsapp e ci ha concesso un check-out oltre l’orario consentito. Posizione centralissima, vicino alla fermata Barberini. Camere molto spaziose, aria condizionata e spazi molto ampi.

Warm but has working air con. Fantastic restaurant next door and opposite. Bathroom needs some work done- leaking and smells. Street noise at night- take ear plugs. Seating around dining table have very stained cushions- a little off putting.
• Lindy (5/5): The location is great, however the flat smelt bad especially the bathroom, we only got 1 set of towels for 4 nights. - Location was great for where we needed to be. 3 flights of stairs with luggage. Bathroom smelt bad, shower leaked over floor, it was a cold place.
• David (7/5): Excellent location and plenty of space but the stay wasn't without any issues. - The location of the property was excellent, just near the top of the Spanish Steps, and the amount of space in the apartment was great for the 7 people that our party comprised of. There was a few issues with our stay. We advised the time of our arrival which was an hour after the earliest check-in time. Despite this, when we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned from the previous stay. We got the key and had to leave for a few hours. This wasn't great as it would have been nice to shower after a hot journey to Rome but at least we could leave our bags. Two of the bed rooms had OK air conditioning, it would have been nice if it could have gone a little colder but accepted that it was a hot week in Rome! The living room, where the sofa bed was, had no air con unit in the room. That room was really hot overnight! We also realised on the last day that there was an ant infestation. It seemed to be concentrated in the bathroom and dining room and couldn't see any in the sleeping rooms. I think if we'd have realised this earlier in the stay we would have felt more uncomfortable with staying there. EDIT AFTER RESPONSE FROM THE PROPERTY: The response from the property is incorrect and totally misrepresents what happened! We arrived at the property at 16:21, 81 mins after advertised check-in not at 11:30 as the response has incorrectly stated! That's why we were annoyed that the apartment had not been cleaned from the last stay and that we had to leave the apartment when we would have liked to have showers etc and returned later that evening when the cleaning had been done. There was no courtesy what-so-ever!

• Claudio (4/5): The owner is clearly overcharging for the service - The location of the property was very good and the beds were confortable. There was not an effort to provide a good service. The property is missing much of the fourniture seen in the pictures. The walls are dirty, there were underwear on the floor left from previous guests, the cleaning service was messy with many dirty spots, the bathroom would get all wet everytime someone took a shower, the washing machine was not working and the gas stove needed a lighter that was never delivered to us (even though they said they would). The property has great potential with a great location and a lot of space, but clearly there owner is doing the bare minimum. Finally, the city tax increased and the owner didn't make any effort to tell us in advance, which meant that when we arrived we were surprised with having to pay more than we expected. Would not recommend.

• Randolph (8/5): Great place, within walking distance to everything you want to see in ancient Rome - The apartment was perfect for our stay in Rome. It was only minutes from the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain and all other places we wanted to see were well within walking distances. The apartment itself was comfortable and was a relaxing place to stay after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The air conditioning was a very welcome addition since it was so very hot when we were in Rome. The apartment was on the third floor, which meant after an exhausting day of walking and climbing hills and stairs, we still had to walk up to the apartment. A minor issue in the grand scheme of things.

• Matthias (8/5): Great apartment, good value for location, conveniently located downtown in Rome. - Great location, close to Trevi fountain and within walking distance of many sites you'd want to visit in Rome. Metro station (Barberini) and bus stops are a three-minute walk away. It was very near a Pam Local (grocery store), gelatteria (gelatto icecream) and many other places to eat. The apartment had almost everything we needed. The beds were quite comfortable, and the whole apartment was well cleaned. Good wifi, with good speed internet. Some wear and tear, which shouldn't be too hard to fix. Multiple door knobs were not attached and came off easily. The toilet seat was not properly attached. At least one of the power outlet fixtures in master bedroom was coming off, which needs to be fixed for safety. The shower in the bathroom was sufficient but could possibly do with an upgrade. Also, while there was an ironing board, we could not find an iron anywhere to press our clothing.

We lost power to the building one night, probably from the renovations in the building next door going all night. Very noisy area and upstairs neighbours. the beds were very uncomfortable. there were some maintenance issues including lighting and power points not working and the shower head fell on my head twice as it is not fixed properly. The TV doesn’t work etc.

• Anonymous (5/5): location was excellent but the apartment could do with a bit of investment. - the location was excellent in the middle of the city, perfect for all the sites the city has to offer. Saying that the apartment needs some TLC is an understatement it is clear there has not been any money put into the property for some time with some of the paint peeling in the bathroom but more of a concern that one of the bed collapsed just sitting on it which meant that I had to sleep on the floor for the duration of my stay. The wooden plates under the bed were held together with cable ties if not broken in half.
• Noemi (7/5): Despite the cons I've said, we were comfortble enough mostly because the place is huge and the beds were confortable - The rooms are spacious, the beds were comfortable. The location is very accessible to almost everything. The entire place is huge and since there were only 4 of us, it was more than enough. We believe the top sheet wasn't changed as it was the same sheet we saw when the room wasn't cleaned up yet. Plus, it smelled like "used" sheets. Also, some of the sockets weren't working. The furnishings could do some update, especially those chairs in the bedroom. They were badly stained. The sink in the toilet also smelled a bit funky.

• Erin (8/5): Great location, good size apartment. - Beds were comfy, apartment was clean, bathroom was very clean, lots of space. Perfect location with lots of restaurants nearby but far enough out of the tourist area. Apartment was as shown but getting a little worn, could use some maintenance (wall paint peeling, shower head leaks), but no major issues.
