• Celia (7/5): - Las piscinas Que las hamacas no las dejen hasta el cierre de la piscina, te las quitan una hora antes del cierre. Eso tendrían que mirarlo y darle una vuelta. El colchón de la habitación terrible, blando nos hundíamos al medio de la cama. Mi marido tenía que dormir en el sofá. Que tampoco era para tirar cohetes Apartamento 416 bloque 1 Por el resto todo bien.

• Desiree (10/5): Heerlijk genoten in een compleet appartement! - Heel mooi appartement, precies zoals op de foto's. Heel compleet. Het ligt in een rustige omgeving. 5 minuutjes lopen van de boulevard met allerlei restaurantjes aan zee en winkeltjes en kleine supermarktjes. Ook de supermarkt in het pand zelf had een goed aanbod! We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van zwembad of restaurant dus daar kan ik niets over vertellen. Contact bij vragen was goed. Parkeren was voor ons geen probleem. In het hoogseizoen misschien wel. De fitness in het gebouw is tegen betaling. Niets.

• Vivien (9/5): I enjoyed staying in the studio flat - The room was delightful. Everything was so clean and well designed. All furniture comfortable. In the kitchen area all items were well provided.

Benalbeach is really gigantic complex and it feels more like a general hospital or state prison with long cold corridores. Not invaiting at all. There was also balcony renevation going on over half of our stay. Constant banging etc. No privacy.

• Angela (9/5): - Immaculate, and a great location The double bed was a bit small, very narrow for two of us, even though we are both slim! But it was a comfy bed with lovely pillows and a good quality sheets.

• Heimir (6/5): - Location is the best in Benalmadena, situated just above the beach. Room was nice and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for a spanish holiday hotel. The swimming pool gardens and waterslides in this hotel are fantastic, but closed during the winter. The room was clean when we arrived, but for a week, no one came to clean the room. There wasnt even a broom to swipe the floors available. In a country of great red wines there wasn't a single red wine glass in the room. Only champagne glasses.

Dadurch massive Lärmbelästigung wegen Renovierungsarbeiten und sehr lautem Baulärm. Auch war die Parkplatzsuche reiner Glücksfall, selbst in der Nebensaison war fast keiner zu finden.

• Joakim (8/5): - Läget kunde inte bättre med närhet till allt (gångavstånd till tågstationen). Balkongen med utsikt över havet var nog det jag uppskattade mest. Hemtrevliga inredning med personlig touch. Mycket välutrustad lägenhet med allt man behöver (AC, tvättmaskin, fullt utrustat kök m.m.). Affären på hotellet har ett bra utbud. Parken precis i anslutning till hotellet är jättemysig för en kvällspromenad. Jag kommer väldigt gärna tillbaka.

Okropna dziewczyna na recepcji podczas zameldowania, absolutnie nie zainteresowana w tym żeby gościom było komfortowo, cały czas się gapiła w telefon, odpowiadała na pytania irytowanie, z niechęcią. Palenie niezabronione, przez co z sąsiednich balkonów ciągle jest zapach papierosów. Szezlongi przy basenie na terytorium hotelu są płatne! Nie polecamy.

• Mia (7/5): - Lejligheden var indrettet med alt hvad jeg kunne ønske. Dog ingen sol på altanen på noget tidspunkt. Svært at finde rundt på hotellet ift. supermarked, pool, udgang mod stranden. Efter en uges ophold var det stadig forvirrende. Et minus at tage penge for liggestole ved poolen, hvilket betød at beslutte om det var hel dag ved pool eller hel dag ved stranden. Det grønne område med vand trængte til renovering og rengøring og opfyldning af nyt vand.

Pocos aparcamientos para la dimensión de los apartamentos. Y el Olor a comida por los pasillos, pero es normal al ser apartamentos.

• David (5/5): Moyen - L’appartement est fonctionnel mais l’immeuble aurait vraiment besoin d’un rafraîchissement, et le parking est quasiment jamais disponible. Le plus problématique reste la fin du séjour : on m’a adressé une facture supplémentaire pour des serviettes, le lavage des rideaux et même une soi-disant tache sur le mur qui, selon eux, nécessiterait de refaire la peinture complète. Une expérience très décevante et qui laisse un goût amer. Je ne recommande pas.
• Daisy (8/5): Great option for family break - Spacious rooms, lovely finishing touches to make you feel at home. Amazing location, right next to lots of restaurants and beach. Pools are fantastic! Pillows were so hard I barely slept. If we had arrived any earlier than check in time we couldn’t enjoy facilities as pool bands in room. Similarly once checked out at 10am (very early) we had to leave bands in room so again can’t enjoy pool.
• Bob (3/5): Apartment advertised as 60m² with private parking was only 45m² without parking. Don't do it! - The apartment was advertised as 60m² with private parking, but it turned out to be only 45m² and the promised private parking simply does not exist, something we raised twice with the host who denied the issue even though Booking.com acknowledged our complaint, and you should be very aware that if you arrive with a (rental) car you will spend at least 40 minutes every day searching for a space around the complex and feel “lucky” to find one about 300 meters away. The pool area looked much better in the pictures, while in reality the water was dirty and warm, the bar felt like an unhygienic snack bar with poor food and loud music, the atmosphere was dominated by large groups of teenagers, it was very noisy at night, and there were far too few sunbeds around the pool (roughly 800 for about 3000 guests). On the positive side the view was beautiful, the air conditioning worked well and the location was excellent, and while the apartment may be fine for two people who spend most of the day outside the complex, it is far too small for a family because the sofa bed is only suitable for very young children up to about 4 years old. What is shocking is that the host did absolutely nothing to please us, even though this was a clear case of misrepresentation, deception and breach of contract: what we booked should have been 33.3% larger than what we got and the availability of a private parking is a complete lie. Ignoring complaints says a lot about this host. Booking.com acknowledged the problem and offered us compensation, but the host did not, even though in my opinion the host is the party that should have taken responsibility.
• Paul (10/5): Loved this gem of a place, home from home. - Great venue, room was spotless and really homely. Lovely decor and nice touches to make it a home from home. Pools were huge and the slides ensured great fun for the kids. Only thing was no English TV channels, but we were on holiday so why did we need to be watching telly !

Le logement ne correspond pas à ce qui était marqué dans l’annonce. Un studio présenté comme appartement, alors que nous sommes une famille de 2 adules et 2 jeunes filles (aucune intimité). La nuit sur le sofa très désagréable.

• Kaynat (10/5): Beautiful - The rooms were amazing, definitely worth the money that we paid. Nearby to beach too. If you didn’t have a thob to the gates then it is really hard to get in/out the building. On arrival we had to ask a person walking past to open the gate with their thob as no one answered on the intercom. Same as when we were leaving we dropped keys to the reception to then only realise we were not able to leave and the taxi charged us more due to waiting. We again had to ask someone who was walking past to let us out.

• Carl (9/5): Absolutely loved everything here! - Superb studio apartment with panoramic sea view. Clean, modern decor. Nice welcoming touches. Great off season price. Everything we needed including washing machine, heater/cooler unit, balcony, fully equipped kitchen. I am so going to miss the sea view and sunrise over the water. Great seafront location with plenty to see and do. The one thing that could have improved our stay would have been a conventional oven. There was a hob and microwave but sometimes you need an oven. Also the handy supermarket within the complex was closed. We found an abundance of other stores nearby so that wasn't much of a problem.
• Tamás (8/5): Good place for a short stay - very good location, close to the beach,a beautiful park, restaurants and shops free parking in the street in front of the complex very cute baby toiletries kit, baby towel and baby blanket for baby well equiped apartment building is a labirinth, impossible to find a parking space at the property in the evening hours, however in the street in front parking is free and full of free spots baby cot was given but matress in it was very very soft and wavy, not really suitable for a small baby- we were given everything else for the baby so i guess owner will take care of this one as well if notified :) there was mold in the shower and lot of dirt came from under the beds.. walls are pretty thin, if neighbours are loud you can hear everything

Aircon temperamental, acoustics poor. 10am latest check out also too early By far the most disappointing thing about the stay though was the service provided by the front desk. They were extremely unhelpful. We were told we could leave our cases in a luggage room on the last day but then told we couldn’t Communal areas also very dated. Pool area ok but we were charged €5 / bed for a sun lounger! Bar area extremely dingey

Large slide open is dangerous with numerous people with head injuries.... the lifeguard warns of this!

• Per (10/5): Exceptional - Very well equipped apartment, clean, soap, shampoo, toiletpaper... Nothing missing The pool had ladders, that were lose and will soon break apart - at least it feels like that.

Lots of little touches that made everything so comfortable. The owners were amazing and honestly couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. We will be back🤩
• Birgitte (7/5): Good - Fantastic pool area. Clean appartement. Nice surroundings with beach and restaurants. No access card to the gates, no pool towels or extra towels. Noisy. Not 4 star in my opinion, but a nice 3 star.
• Richard (10/5): Exquisite apartment with exceptional views - Exceptional studio apartment overlooking sea. Room 210 block 1 Lovely extras such as coffee tea, toiletries and sweets. Beautifully decorated. Spotless. Quite at night. Great poolside bar with reasonably priced food and drinks. Shame to have to pay for sunbeds!! Not quite sure why the heavy squad of security guards with batons around the pool!! But didn't spoil our stay.

• Tammy (8/5): Very good - Very clean and tidy, pool really nice, great location. Great for family got everything you need. . Front desk staff were rude, and there was no sign to say sun loungers were 5 eruo each bed, didn't mind paying for them but should be made aware beforehand.

• Stefan (8/5): Very nice apartment! - Very nice apartment, well equipped and very clean. Nice pool area even though it was closed during our stay. The beds were a little soft for my taste. A little overhearing from neighbors but not a big problem. It would be nice to have two pairs of keys.
