- Hossein (4/5): - Posizione ideale. presenza di cattivo odore diffuso nell’appartamento; • finestre vecchio stile che non si chiudono correttamente, con conseguente ingresso di aria fredda; • assenza di riscaldamento nei locali bagno, camera da letto e ingresso, che risultano costantemente freddi; • in cucina, presenza di finestre con vetro rotto; • tenda del bagno sporca e da sostituire. Tali condizioni rendono l’abitazione poco salubre e non conforme agli standard minimi di abitabilità previsti dalla legge.
