• Ashley (9/5): AWESHOME 👍🏾 - This apartment was excellent, the hosts were very responsive and answered any and all questions at their earliest convenience. They even provided a guide with places that we could eat at and the suggestions did not disappoint 😊. It was very spacious aswell, and kitchen/living room had the best lighting for me. Overall it was a great stay! Another plus was that it is in a perfect location, literally minutes away from all the touristy spots. The shower was a little on the smaller side.
• Gaurav Srivastava (10/5): Perfect stay - The location is perfect. The bus stop is adjacent to the room for going to Pisa. Restaurants are nearby, and the train station is just 350 meters away. Everything was good.

• James (10/5): The perfect location for exploring Pisa - The apartment was very easy to find, being a simple 5 minute walk from Pisa Centrale station. From the apartment it was just a 10 minute walk to the bridge(s) across the River Arno and a further 10-15 minute walk from there to the leaning tower of Pisa & other key attractions nearby, although it's easy to lose hours wandering the historic streets. There is a small shop (Carrefore Express) across the road which had everything we needed for a few days stay, and a larger supermarket (Conad City) was less than 5 minutes walk away as well. Restaurants catering for everyone's palette were within easy walking distance and we enjoyed meals out each evening and the general buzz of the city. Being so close to the station meant it was easy to use the apartment as a base and take the train to visit other places not too far away: it's just 25 minutes to Lucca (which we thoroughly enjoyed) but Florence is only an hour away too. The mattresses were too firm for our liking.

• Lesley (10/5): The best flat in Pisa. We sat on the balcony and watched the word go by. So close to everything. - simple and clear instructions There was no iron. It seemed strange to have so many amenties such as a coffee machine, washer/dryer etc but no iron. We asked but none was available.

• Christine (7/5): 4 people trying to access adjoining apartment controlled by same company gave up. - Location excellent. Master bedroom spacious and bed great. No side tables in at either side of couch. Freezer unusable as completely frosted up. Aircon I believed controlled remotely and couldn’t use. Access was a nightmare. Owners need to change company they use.
• Yordan (10/5): A nice place to explore Pisa - very good location, especially if you want to travel around Pisa, nice and polite hosts, clean and very modern apartment, close to many shops and eating places. The old town is just 10 min of walking, there is a very large and nice paid parking nearby in case you would rent a car. Keith Haring's Tuttomondo is just around the corner. The water pressure could be higher.

• Martina (8/5): Very good - Nice modern flat, good location near the train station I missed some stuff for cleaning, there were only 2 used sponges, no dustpan, no broom, so it was almost impossible to clean after ourselves. One or two tablets for dishwasher would be nice. No salt or pepper, thats the basic we are used to.

Everything in good working order and property in an excelle - Spotlessly clean, great amenities, location perfect for exploring Pisa. A/C was a little difficult to operate but the property was cooled nicely to the temp I would like, even if I don’t know how I did it!

You'll be invited to a WhatsApp group with a couple employees' (personal?) accounts for check-in. I found that strange but they reacted within reasonable time to questions. Beds are a bit on the harder side.

• Rithika (7/5): Generally good and modern. Good location and overall comfortable. If you want a cot make sure you ask them to put it up - It was great to have both apartments on the same floor. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen which was well equipped. The lounge areas were also really comfortable. The beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. I asked for a cot for my nephew and they left a travel cot in the room for us to put up ourselves. I tried to assemble it but couldn't and asked them for help via whatsapp. The instructions weren't any help unfortunately weren't of any help so we didn't end up using it. I also noticed that there wasn't even a mattress for the cot so we couldn't have used it if we had managed to assemble it. As it's a service that we paid for, I would suggest that if anyone requests a cot, they assemble it and keep it ready. The last thing a family wants to do is put up a cot while having to deal with the children too.

• Iuliu (8/5): Very good - The location was good near the pedestrian area of the city. The administrator of the apartment was kind and they provided some helpful information. When we arrived, it was only 16.5 degree inside the apartment. Only after a few hours the temperature arrived at 20 degree and we could rest. The house keeper forgot some socks from the previous tourists under the bedroom's bed.😃

• Maija (8/5): Good, but for this price I expected more. - The location. Before booking I haven’t been provided by information that after my stay I have to leave a city tax preferably in cash. No garbage cleaning during the stay, information on the place where to put garbage (it was far from the appartment house) has been provided only after my request the same as additional big towel, toilet paper and other staff. No ironing possibilities, no microwave.
• Heather2345 (8/5): Modern bright appt close to train station - Really well decorated, light and airy apartment. Very close to the train station and main shopping streets. Not open long, everything in the apartment was very new. Coffee machine was great. Staff were very responsive and helpful when we had a problem. When we arrived the living room was a bit dirty but the owner sent the cleaning team out again very quickly to resolve. There were no tea towels, salt, pepper, oil etc that you would usually find in self catering properties but this is likely down to it being so new and did not affect our stay!

• Preeja (7/5): Central location to all amenities in Pisa - We were able to check in slightly earlier which was very helpful. Instrustions to check in were clear and easy to follow. The place looked newly furbished and was a modern look. The AC was inbuilt across all room. Living room was a good size for everyone to come together. Bedrooms were good size. The location is very good to be close to shops, transport stations which was very convenient. Leaning tower of pisa was 20mins walk away and an easy walk. Communicating with the hosts through booking.com were delayed so was quicker to message through whatsapp. However we had to message a few numbers as there wasn't a central number and as some agents were not available at the time, we got instant reply to message another number. In the apartment, the wifi didn't reach to the bedrooms and was only available in the living area and bathroom. There were no dustpan and brush available to clean up after yourself but we only stayed for 2 nights so it wasn't too bad. There was no working lift, but there isn't that many stairs so it was manageable.
