W pralni chemia potrzebna do prania a w kuchni sól, pieprz, kawa, herbata i kapsułki do zmywarki. Blisko do Kennedy Space Center ale jako bazy do Disneya nie polecam: za daleko aby być na otwarcie kiedy tłumy są najmniejsze. Plaża jak z bajki. Szkoda tylko że obok wyrasta koszmarek rozmiaru lotniska...

• Kimberly (10/5): Loving Coco - We were familiar with the area and the beach was clean. People are laid back and friendly. The owner was in contact before the stay. All information was sent the day before. Big entertainment is far, so you have to plan before getting to your final destination. There were a couple of small items that could be fixed in the condo.

• Christina (10/5): Cozy stay right on the beach - Location, Location, Location. For a stay right on the beach, you can't beat Sandcastle Resort. The check in instructions were clear and thorough. Don't let the eclectic dishes and 1970's style bedding fool you. It is cozy, like staying at Grandma's house. Most importantly though, the unit is clean. We will definitely be back. I would suggest perhaps eating out because there is not much in the way of cookware or modern appliances like instapot or air fryer. This worked for us because I rarely want to cook while on vacation.
• Kristina (9/5): Good family vacation - Proximity to the beach, the abundance of beach equipment available to use, property was secure, and property was close to restaurants and grocery. Construction outside balcony but couldn't hear it when door was closed

Host very accommodating. Pity about the construction going on opposite from before 0700. Couldn’t really sit on the balcony as too noisy.

• Kimberly (10/5): Stay here!!! - EVERYTHING. Hands down, this is the best spot I've ever stayed at anywhere in all my travels. Wonderful view of the ocean. The beds felt like home. And there was a ton of extra stuff that we could use, such as beach towels, beach chairs, laundry soap, etc. Anything you could think of (or forget) was there. The screen door kept popping off the track.

• Angela (9/5): A beautiful apartment right on the beach - The apartment was very spacious and in a beautiful location right on the beach. The balcony was north facing, so we could sit in the shade (which is perfect for us) and watch the sea. We even watched a SpaceX Falcon 9 launch from the balcony. The bed in the master bedroom is huge and really comfortable. WiFi is great. The apartment is beautiful but some of the facilities are dated and could do with being modernised, however, it was such good value I think this was reflected in the price. There is a handy bus that runs every half hour, a couple of minutes walk away. There is currently a big construction site next door. It didn't bother us and we enjoyed watching the progress, however it's possible it could bother some guests. Some towels were a bit tatty and bleach stained.

The unit is showing its age a little and although the furniture has been updated, the kitchen and bathrooms could use a little attention.

The restaurants in the area were good. It was just a short drive to all of them. Everyone we met was nice. The owner, Keith, was very responsive when asked a question and was very nice. We are locals that have found the best spot for us to do weekend/week stays. The condo was so nice and updated compared to other rooms. The room was so clean and comfy. The pool was always clean. • Vincent (10/5): Exceptional - The condo was very roomy and clean. Balcony views of the ocean were exceptional. I would definitely stay there again. The owner was attentive to our needs. The property and grounds are well cared for. The property next door is undergoing demolition, something that can't be controlled, just a bit of an eye sore.

• Lori (9/5): Lovely home away from home - Right on the beach, you can hear the ocean waves, easy parking, full kitchen, secure building, and an amazing location. Can see the launch pad unabstructed. Lots of items you can take to the beach. Area outside to rinse off sand. There was a bad smell coming from the drains in one of the bathrooms. I poured some cleaning fluid in it and I think it solved the issue but we avoided using that one anyway.

• Al-frenchy (9/5): Comfy & spacious condo to discover Cocoa Beach and surroundings - We stayed there with 2 couples and loved it. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean well equipped with a great sea view (you even see all the way to Kennedy space center) . Pool, jacuzzi and direct beach access ! We loved it ! Dennys across the street for breakfast, easy access and free parking ! everything was there ! We even extended our stay to a second night !! Missing some ground coffee for the first morning ;-)
