My room was quiet, but all of the doors would slam shut loudly. There was a great discrepancy between the cleanliness as the JW Marriott (the conference hotel) and the Courtyard. There were broken buttons in the elevator. There was an overall musty smell in the whole hotel, and I could tell my room was very hastily cleaned. I was disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the hotel, and the check in time did not match what was listed on Booking.com

I don’t like how they didn’t tell us parking came out of the 100 dollar deposit it was explained to us it that was claim to be for the room just incase something was wrong with the room after our stay. It sounded like a construction project was going on outside our door all night long, but it was just the elevator.

• Jennifer (10/5): Upscale Hotel Room in Downtown Indy was Restful, Clean, and Pleasant! Five Stars!! - Very nice furnishings. A cut above the normal hotel room. Nice organization of space. Restful. Clean, clean, clean! Shampoo and conditioner products were great--I ordered some from the online store because they were that good. The room was stocked with everything--I felt the space was prepared for a guest. It was a very nice evening. Nothing.

• Alexander Owen (10/5): Very central, very good. - Excellent stay, would happily return.  The only fault I could find is no soap pump at the hand basin (it is mounted to the wall in the tub area) and if that's your biggest problem - your week is going very, very well.  Great TV coverage, strong wifi, fridge, very nice staff.  The mini shop in the lobby is not ridiculously priced and useful - due to lack of local mini marts in all of Indianapolis downtown area.  Very central location, walking to most venues is simple and quick.  You certainly won't need a car or taxis etc. Nothing worth mentioning.

• AshaTran (9/5): Comfortable stay, just what I needed for a short time in town. - The location was prime for sure. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would consider rebooking if I'm ever back in town. The bathroom looked clean, but smelled a little funky when I first arrived. The smell slowly disappeared throughout my stay.
