• GAIL (7/5): Don't bother! - Good location Whole Apartment needs a refresh...key lock hard to open outside, uncomfortable couch falling apart. Vinyl floor lifting. Low water pressure. Front door lock sticking...hard to get in
• Kim (8/5): - Mooi ruim opgezet appartement met 2 badkamers, dicht bij de bus en op loopafstand van de supermarkt. De hygiëne op sommige plekken liet te wensen over.
• Anna (9/5): - Bardzo duży apartament. Dwie sypialnie, jedna z łazienką, a druga łazienka w holu. Piękny salon z oknami od podłogi do sufitu. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, każde z hotelowym materacem. Wynajęłabym drugi raz :) Suszarka do włosów była zepsuta, właściciel przyniósł nową. Niedaleko ogromny supermarket ASDA czynny 24h przez cały tydzień. Z lotniska jedzie się tramwajem od pętli do pętli i kawałek do przejścia lub przesiadka w autobus 11 i do pętli pod samym domem Zdjęcia są trochę nieaktualne albo podrasowane ;) Człowiek się nastawia na pierwszej klasy jakość. A tymczasem chwile świetności już minęły. Ruszająca się klamka w łazience, zużyte meble kuchenne, skrzypiące drzwi do lodówki

• Carol (9/5): Great apartment, lovely sea view location.... - Lovely spacious apartment, very quiet. Close to bus stop with regular buses to Edinburgh. Great views from lounge over the harbour, with a nice short walk to restaurants & local pubs. Also, asda only a few minutes drive away. Bathrooms could do with a little tlc, some mould around the bath & shower basin in ensuited cracked. However, this didn't spoil our stay.

• Sarah (8/5): A generously sized apartment close to a large grocery store, pubs and restaurants it’s a fair way out of the city but b - Generously sized apartment, near to public transport and a 24 hours supermarket. It had all the basics for self catering, as well as lift access. It was very warm while we were in Edinburgh, so a fan for each bedroom would have been good, in the absence of airconditioning. Some of the kitchen chairs are broken and need replacing.
• Sue (5/5): Dissappointed considering price demanded - That it was close to public transport. That the guide indicated the bus to take was number 10, not 11. The property had not been professionally cleaned prior to our occupation and there are several structural issues within the property that do not make it suitable for short term lease

• Joan (5/5): - Beliggenhed var god, tæt på bus og indkøb Lejligheden var gammel, slidt og meget beskidt. Sengene var gamle, knirkede og så bløde så man lå nærmest direkte på fjedrene.
• Shoemark (6/5): Good place to stay - Light & airy. Comfortable clean beds and towels. Just a bus ride from the centre and a 20 minute walk to Royal Yatcht Brittannia. Would definitely book to stay again. Shortage of cutlery (only 1 teaspoon for 6 people), and maybe a few more mugs, plates bowls etc. The apartment was clean and tidy, but maybe a bit of a deeper clean wouldn't come amiss.

• Lisa (7/5): Perfect location for groups - The location was perfect There was a bag of expired food in the fridge which left a foul smell in apartment, however once removed and cleaned it was fine. Otherwise everything was fine

• Hannah (8/5): Great place to stay - The apartment was lovely, clean and in a great location. Communication was great with what we needed to do when checking in. There was nothing we didn't like however there are a few things that could be even more beneficial. Some children's cuttlery, plastic plates, bowls etc so that parents don't have kittens when their holding glass or ceramic cups.

• Karen (3/5): Poor - Location was pretty good Instructions for the property were poor. The free parking is on street parking which is full all the time with loads of people double parking. There was a broken heater left on the floor of the main bedroom. The other bedroom had a hole behind the door. Very dated and therefore this place was definitely over priced.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Spacious apartment close to the water if you dont want to be close to Edinburgh. - It was very large and plenty of room for a family of four. It was in a quiet location with bus right across the street. The grocery store and tram were about a 15 minute walk. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Just a couple minute walk down to the water. It was very worn down. Things broken and sheets were very old. It doesn’t look like they’ve maintained or updated the property. They have kept it clean though. There are nice places to eat within walking distance, but It’s a long bus ride into Edinburgh. Takes about 30 minutes by bus with many stops along the way or the walk to the tram and then tram takes that long too.

• Jin (3/5): Poor - location was not too bad. If you have a car, just 10 to 15 mins to Edinburgh city centre. Water tap was very bad. Lots of creaking sounds from beds. Overall, its real circumstance is quite different to the uploaded photos. Unfortunately I won't be staying here again...

• Seananes (4/5): Disappointing - The whole accom was great besides our issues we had Unfortunately one of the girls got bed bugs, the showers only lasted approx 6minutes of hot water. We had just done the marathon in the pouring rain and come back to shower and only one girl had hot water and the rest froze which was a disaster.

• Paul (8/5): A most enjoyable short short stay in Leith in a comfortable spacious flat . - Good location , near amenities , free parking , all relevant white goods , lift to 3rd floor , easy access The en suite shower tap did not give enough cold water feed to balance the hot .
• Suzanne (10/5): Relaxed with beautiful views. - Easy access and all mod cons. Easy access to transport and great area for morning walks Only one key although explained to us previous family took it home with them by accident.
• Cerys (10/5): Great location - The apartment was spacious and clean, plenty of space for 5 guests. Situated in a beautiful area, right next to the sea front for scenic walks. Only a 10/15 min walk from the tram which allowed us to travel directly into the city. The Wi-Fi was good.
• Nicholson (9/5): Comfortable - Comfortable, warm, everything we needed was available. Public transport very close by didn't have to move the car at all. Really enjoyed our stay. Hairdryer was very dirty from previous use of hairspray presumably, which the wife cleaned up.

• Selcuk (9/5): Superb - The location is little far away from city center but good connection to buses. The apartment is large enough for even 6 people. Heating and hot water is fine and good living area together with all 6 people. The beds are not so comfortable. We struggled to relax well after all day sightseeing.

• Kath (9/5): Returning home for a break. - Views from the different windows but also the quiet evenings. We were also lucky with good weather. Noise that could not be helped as it was workmen starting at 8am. However it was loud metal that was being clanged.
• Shelagh (6/5): Excellent location but poor facilities and tired furnishings wouldn't stay again - The location was excellent, and the bus stop was 5 minutes walk from the flat, half hour journey into city centre, regular buses. The flat was spacious and warm. Plenty hot water. The electric heater in one of the bedrooms was hanging off the wall. The double bed in the ensuite room needed the bolts tightening as the slats kept falling out if you sat on one side of the bed. I had to stop half way through my shower as the water was not draining away and was in danger of overflowing the shower tray. One of the bins in the toilet was completely rusted through. Only one tea towel provided, kitchen knives are blunt, furnishing are tired and the plastic plants are full of dust. The TV was plugged into the wrong aerial and we eventually got it working after 2 days. The information book needs updating, amongst other things it mentions a DVD player but there is none. Bedding was cheap.

• Fox (8/5): Lovely spacious apartment in a quiet coastal location - Lovely, clean and spacious apartment, fully equipped, beautiful views out to sea. Lovely quiet location, walking distance of Asda, bus stop (there's a bus leaving every 10 minutes or so straight into the city), tram is a bit of a further walk. Lots of hot water in the powerful showers. Fully equipped kitchen. Very prompt response to any enquiries Needed to check out by 11am with no leeway, ended up with a very sick child so was trying to get medications etc on the morning of checkout to stop her vomiting long enough to get onto the bus for the airport by checkout time. (her being sick was nothing to do with the accommodation! And I was given guidance quickly on the nearest pharmacy and Dr. Surgery) It was a bit further out of the city than I had thought but no. 11 bus stop is right outside the apartments.

• Catriona (10/5): A real treat to stay in a welcoming bright and airy flat with great connections to Edinburgh - The location was perfect. My family cannot cope with lots of people so access to green space and the shore made it perfect. I also liked the fact that it was well away from busy traffic yet within walking distance of lovely restaurants. The apartment was beautiful, clean and welcoming and all of us felt really happy there. We slept soundly thanks to quiet rooms and comfy beds. We had everything we needed and I appreciated the excellent instructions provided by the host. There was nothing I didn’t like.
• Sachin (8/5): Good property in a beautiful location - 1. The property was well maintained. 2. Had all the amenities as advertised. 3. The location was beautiful with a view of the ocean, the mornings were pleasant. 4. The property was well connected to the city centre. It is the starting/last stop for bus number 11 which goes through the entire city. The bus runs very frequently (I believe every 15 mins). 5. The kitchen was positive for us. We were a group of 6 and the kitchen had plenty of pans and cutlery. 1. There were no toiletries/laundry detergents. I did not report this as we had some toiletries with us and we bought rest in the nearby ASDA, but it would be good to have these in the property. 2. The shower was a bit challenging. Getting the balance with the temperature of the water was very tricky :(

• Sing (5/5): Passable - spacious unit. near a fisherman wharf and supermarket. the lift was out of service, we had to use the stairs to go up and down on the 3rd and 4th days. I have 1 senior and 1 kid. on the last day, my wife and i have to carry all our belongings from the 3rd floor to the ground floor via stairs instead of elevator 3 times. it was a good exercise for us, but bad for our back. 😊

Frequent buses running very close to property to get into Edinburgh easily. Very comfortable beds and spacious apartment. Handy having 2 bathrooms too. Just a few missing/broken items in the apartment but it didn't ruin our holiday so not a big problem.

The apartment was exactly as described in fact I would probably venture to say it was better than I expected. An information book inside the apartment told us where to catch the bus into the city centre. It was a 1 minute walk and the buses run every 15 minutes during the day. Again the information for leaving the apartment was just as clear. We enjoyed every minute of our stay to Edinburgh. I would deffinately use again and I would recommend to my friends. I would like to thank the owners and the management company for a job well done. As a foot note we were able to park very close to the apartment. This was very important to us. The car stayed parked for the whole trip because we used public transport. There is tge added bonus of CCTV on site which was comforting. Nothing

• Fazrul (10/5): Spacious Apartment with Breathtaking View - Everything was great. Quite area in north of edinburgh city centre. About 15 minutes by car. Apartment very spacious. Has 2 bedrooms and one of it has an ensuite bathroom. Also has 1 main bathroom so 2 bathrooms on total. Kitchen fully equiped. Only little issue is with the hot shower you need to take time for it to kick in. Has ample parking spacious around apartment block. Nice view of the sea. Has an elevator if you have a lot of baggages during your travel. Overall very nice apartment for a reasonable price. N/A
• Mohammad (9/5): Spacious and comfortable ideal for a large family. - Spacious, modern amenities, fits a large family group, good kitchen so we can have meals in. Ideal for a family. Beautiful location that I would not have considered otherwise. Only issue is it's far from the city centre. Not a problem as we had a car. Otherwise you may need to use buses (close by bus station) or a cab.

• Marzena (8/5): Lovely birthday stay with friends! - I liked how clean the bedrooms were, the bathrooms could've been a bit nicer, I spotted a hair when we first came in and the kitchen hob is a bit dirty. That the water needs to heat up first before you can use it and the heating in the bathrooms was broken.
• Jan (6/5): pleasant - nice and modern kettle leaked, apartment was very cold on arrival but I understand that it was very cold the nights we stayed there and that Hal eating costs a lot these days. could be improved by having some basics in the kitchen such as sugar, teabags coffee. local area was too built up and not particularly aesthetically pleasing

We have 2 sons aged 18 and 16 so the en suite was a bonus . would definitely recommend and would return !
