• Judit (9/5): - el check in fue estupendo. Llegamos a las 23h y estaban esperandonos. Muy amable, nos explico todo. La ubicacion es muy buena, la casa es amplia, hay dos wcs, camas comodas,esta limpia ... recomiendo y volveria. el wifi funciona estupendo solo habia 2 rollos de papel de wc para 4 noches 4 personas. supongo que seria un descuido. Hay un lavavajillas pero no funciona (en ningun momento anuncian que haya)
• Josip (7/5): Good place in close proximity to Colosseum. - Host was great. When we arrived he was there and offered help as where to go, what to visit and showed us the apartment. Also, location is really good - 10minutes from Colosseum and same from metro (Manzini). It was a bit cold especially when heating was off. Furniture is quite used.
• Calin (10/5): Perfect Roman Stay Near the Colosseum! - We had a wonderful stay at the Colosseum Confortabile Apartment from November 8–11. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our group of four. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well equipped, and everything was spotless. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the Colosseum and close to restaurants, cafes, and public transport. Despite being so central, the apartment was quiet at night, allowing us to rest well after long days of sightseeing. Our host Francisco was exceptionally kind and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and great local tips. We really appreciated the warm welcome and attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. It truly felt like a home away from home! 🇮🇹✨ Everything was perfect.

Sobre café da manhã pergunta não se aplica. Nada. Foi tudo muito bom. O problema de Roma são os táxis. Muito difíceis em qualquer lugar da cidade. Bom conhecer as linhas de metrô.

We loved the apartment – it was very spacious, super clean, and simply amazing, exactly what we needed. He also gave us great tips for exploring Rome, which we are very grateful for. Following his recommendations was even better than any YouTube guide. Thank you again, Francesco, for the warm welcome, the spotless apartment, and the wonderful suggestions! Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to leave our luggage in the house until our flight, but Francesco was very kind and helped us find nearby locker facilities where we could store our bags for €1.50 per hour per item. The Place was only about a 5–10 minute walk from the apartment , which was very convenient.

• Qwer111 (8/5): Very good - The location was fantastic—very central and within walking distance of the Colosseum, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was very spacious, providing plenty of room for the four of us (two couples), and it was equipped with most of the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely nice and welcoming, which made us feel special and well taken care of. Overall, it was a great place to stay, especially for its prime location and spaciousness, but a bit more attention to cleanliness and small details would make it even better (please see the other note). There were a few minor things missing, like napkins, which meant we had to go out and get some ourselves. The heating was generally okay, though since we visited in December, it did feel a bit chilly at times. The floors were also quite cold, and we hadn't thought to bring slippers, so it would have been helpful to know this in advance. One downside was the cleanliness. At first glance, everything appeared well-maintained, but upon closer inspection, it was clear that the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned. This might be due to the fact that no one lives there regularly, so upkeep isn’t as consistent as it could be.

• Cheryl (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment close to the Colosseum. Nice restaurants very close by. Make reservations so you can get into the restaurant you want as it was always booked up. Host, Francesco, was wonderful and gave us recommendations for restaurants and even drew us a map of Rome locations to visit. Although the location was great, it was a little hard walking up hill with luggage and the cobblestone road.

• Nadira (8/5): Spacious, comfortable stay for a few days. Our host Francesco was great and gave us good tips - Good location, easy walking distance to busses, subway, restaurants, coliseum, Basilica de San Giovanni. Very spacious with lots of seating. Nice towels. Only the bedrooms had AC, it took a while for the living room to cool down. (It was extremely hot in Rome during our stay). We had to turn off 1 AC unit in order to use other high voltage appliances like microwave or blow dryer. A few small conveniences could be added for guests; extra trash bags for kitchen, a cloth to wipe down counters, basic spices (we did have oil and pepper), a long handle lighter for the gas stove ( small lighter provided was not safe for fingers!) Shower drained very slowly.

Get him to practice unlocking the door with you. Lock is a little finicky until you get the hang of it. Dishwasher doesn't work, but not a big deal for us Lock

• Azenith (9/5): Superb - The apartment is spacious, clean and has a cute italian charm. Having 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom is great. Location is great and Francesco has been super responsive, attentive and helpful.
• Reisa (9/5): Wonderful stay! - The location was amazing. Alot of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the Colosseum. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable. Francesco was a wonderful host. He provided us with a map with all of Rome's main attractions and suggested good restaurants in the area. He even booked us a taxi to get the airport since the apps (Uber, FreeNow and Bolt) wernt responding. The drainage in the bathroom and sinks were a bit slow.

The host, Francesco was very helpful. He met us outside the property, showed us the location of important sites on a map he provided. Arranged an early morning taxi for our transfer to the airport. I will certainly re-book this property when I return to Rome. There was nothing to dislike.
