Estuvo al pendiente desde que llegue a Roma, me ayudo con direcciones sobre como llegar mas fácil, etc. Sin importar la hora siempre estuvo al pendiente. Instalaciones super limpias, bien ubicado, cerca de todo. Ampliamente recomendado.

• Nathaly (8/5): Cómodo y tranquilo el sector para transitar de noche - El hospedaje estaba perfecto, si hay un olor peculiar pero se entiende que son construcciones antigua y madera pero nada desagradable. El aseo del baño estuvo muy bien Hubiera preferido tener acceso alguna cocina pero nuestro anfitrión nos recibió con un hervidor y dos tazas ( probablemente hubiera ofrecido café o té ya que veníamos recién llegando u no habíamos comprado nada aún)

• Alessia (1/5): Non lo consiglierei - La posizione era buona In stanza c'era odore di umidità, inoltre c'era molta polvere ovunque e sotto il letto era pieno di sporcizia, non c'erano ricambi di tovaglie, sapone e cartigenica. Mancava il bidet e la presa vicino al letto non funzionava.

• Steve (10/5): Affordable, comfortrable, well-maintained lodging. - For me, the location was perfect, very close to my brother who lives in Rome and in a relaxed, un-touristy part of the city. The room was very nice with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom, although shared, was well maintained and spotless with an excellent shower. The security features were also good. Nothing comes to mind.

• Miriam (8/5): - Sehr netter Vermieter, der uns vor Ankunft noch einmal eigenständig kontaktiert hat und uns Tipps zur Anreise gegeben hat. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Tolle Lage mit Markt direkt um die Ecke, der täglich geöffnet hat. Zimmer zu einem ruhigen und schönen Innenhof hin gelegen. Sehr hellhörige Wohnung, Bett ziemlich durchgelegen. Sehr einfache Bandausstattung (Duschvorhang). Für einen Stadtaufenthalt, bei dem man das Zimmer jedoch kaum verwendet jedoch völlig ausreichend.

• Małgorzata (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja. Przyjemna i raczej spokojna okolica. Blisko do stacji metra. W pobliżu kilka dobrych restauracji i lokalny targ. Pokój zadbany i ładnie urządzony. Okno wychodzące na mały ogródek dawało poczucie prywatności. Miły i uprzejmy gospodarz. Plus za suszarkę do włosów. Jestem zadowolona z pobytu. Gdyby w pokoju była dostępna mała lodówka i jakieś szklaneczki byłoby idealnie.

• Alessia (7/5): - Posizione Il bagno è stato un gran problema: puzza di fogna per tutto il giorno e lo scarico della doccia pessimo, è stato impossibile farla. È stato un gran peccato perchè per il resto ci siam trovati bene. Specifico che ho avvisato le proprietà che provvederà a risolvere tali problematiche.
• Elisabetta (6/5): Camera pulita, ordinata e confortevole. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. - Posizione comoda alla fermata della metro. Camera confortevole in un bel palazzo, ordinata e pulita. Essendo un affittacamere, a mio avviso, il bagno, per dimensioni e attrezzature, non è sufficientemente adeguato. Nel caso si raggiunga la struttura in auto, potrebbe risultare problematico parcheggiare. Dimensioni e attrezzature del bagno. La doccia estremamente piccola e non sufficientemente attrezzata.

• Ebru (9/5): - Oda temiz ve konforluydu. Gezilecek yerlere yakınındaki metro durakları sayesinde rahatlıkla ulaşabildik.
• Julia (5/5): - Die Lage war ok, eine ruhigere Gegend im Gegensatz zum überfüllten Zentrum. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Gastgeber hat uns nett empfangen und war über Whatsapp immer erreichbar. Von einem "Bed and Breakfast" ist es weit entfernt, es ist ein Raum mit einem Bett in einem Wohnkomplex. Bett war nicht bequem. Es kam keiner um die Zimmer zu putzen, geschweige denn die Handtücher zu wechseln. Am schlimmsten war jedoch das WC/ Bad, es hat durchgehend nach Kanal/ Abfluss gestunken. Das WC hat nicht richtig funktioniert, man konnte nicht wirklich runterspülen. Ohne laufende Lüftung im WC und offenen Fenster konnte man nur schwer im Zimmer bleiben. Für diesen Preis, haben wir was anderes erwartet.

• Maria (10/5): - The host was wonderful. He is very responsive and professional. Excellent location. Close to metro. Very safe neighborhood. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was nice to have a private bathroom. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. The air conditioner was excellent!
• Jasper (8/5): Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding - Nette kamer, comfortabel bed en een goede locatie in een prettige wijk en metrostation Ponte Lungo op loopafstand. Douchekop is aan vervanging toe (lekt deels).
• La Manna (8/5): - Si trova in un’ottima posizione, molto silenziosa e comoda per spostarsi. La mia camera era grande e confortevole. Molto apprezzata l’accoglienza: il signore della reception è venuto a prendermi in strada al mio arrivo. Se proprio devo trovare dei difetti: il rumore dello scarico dell’altro bagno e la mancanza del bidet. Nel complesso, esperienza positiva.
• Benino (8/5): Stanza comoda vicino alla metro - La struttura è vicina a ben due fermate di metro, a negozi e un piccolo centro commerciale e nonostante ciò si trova in una strada molto tranquilla. La stanza con bagno privato è abbastanza grande da muoversi con comodità. Il divano è un'ottima alternativa al letto per guardare la TV. Le finestre danno su un cortile interno molto silenzioso e pieno di verde. L'host si è prodigata per risolvere in tempi ragionevoli un serio problema al condizionatore. Il climatizzatore è proprio di fronte al letto, non è comodissimo per dormirci se fa caldo. Aprire le finestre non è un'opzione perché non ci sono zanzariere. Per i nostri gusti, il materasso era troppo morbido (incavato nella parte centrale). La stanza è chiusa da una porta da interni di appartamento, quindi la serratura e la chiave non ci sono sembrate molto sicure, anche se è doveroso dire che non è accaduto nulla.

• Rochelle (8/5): Overall it was smooth - Near the metro, location and the neighbourhood is safe!! Nothing really. Just weird that the host knows when you’re struggling with the hot water, also if you left the sink (counter top) is a lil bit wet and it just feels weird

• Georgi (6/5): Pleasant - Host was very nice and gave us directions before arrival. Location of the apartment is very good near metro station and bus stations. Its around 40min by walk to Coliseum. Have supermarkets and restaurants close to the address. Max 10min by walk you can find everything you need. Walls are very thin and you can hear literally everything from the other rooms including bathrooms like it is in your room. Shower space is very narrow and it is hard to take a normal shower , when you go inside you should not move ( its about 50-60cm wide ) Bed is super uncomfortable , which after a long day in Rome is not very pleasant. Definitely the price for this place is too high for what it offers

• Deni (8/5): Pleasant stay with minor flaws - Close to metro, safe and quiet area, good connection with Termini, good communication with the host Although it was clean and overall we had a nice stay, amenities are a bit outdated (like the mattress being too soft or bathroom toilet looks like it has been "through a lot"). I believe for this price it should have been in better shape.

Additionally, there was no fresh air circulating in the room. I also noticed that there were no kettles or cups available, which was inconvenient. Overall, I didn't find the stay to be pleasant.

The location was good due to its proximity to the metro station (about 5-6 mins), so it was easy to get to key parts of the city. The rooms aren't soundproof, the shared bathroom would benefit from more cleaning

(??) this should have been free of charge… the room was OK for a few days but for that money you can find something better:)

• Veronika (5/5): Not worth the money. - The location of the apartment is really good. Close to metro and bus stops. The bed was comfortable. The fan is not enough in 36°C and for all that money paid you should get air conditioning! The bad smell came out of the wardrobe. The shared bathroom was disgusting and there was too warm (no window, no air conditioning, no fan...nothing). The toilet is always dirty with yellowish water in it, just terrible. Not worth the money. There was no kettle in the room, no kitchen, no fridge, no plates, cups and cutlery.

The subway station is less than 10 mins by walk. Neighborhood is quiet and has some shops and restaurants close. Room was clean and we had our own private bathroom.
• Monspid (8/5): Very good - - quite big room - friendly and responsive owner - comfortable bed - desk in the room - close to the metro and train station - bathroom or at least shower needs a renovation. Tiles got yellowish and it just doesn't look clean. - there should be some instruction how to flush the water in the toilet. It was simple to me, but it seems that it wasn't obvious to others. It is just disgusting if anytime you enter the toilet there is unflushed water.
• Miguel (4/5): Disappointing - Localisation and the room space. Some of adverstied features (air fan, tea/coffee maker) were not available. No towel change between days and lack of cleaning on shared spaces (bathroom).
