• Chris (8/5): Perfect for 4x golfers at a great price - 4x good size double rooms plus the Sun terrace Sun brolly was broken and the beds need soft covers ideally - but a small thing
• Ian (7/5): Could be better - Clean and comfortable. Amazing views from the roof top terrace, sea view (with buildings in front) Mount Teide and mountains. Not forgetting the "shanty town". Spacious and quiet. Checking in/out. Took 30 minutes to answer our call to check in. Cleaners turned up at 8 am on our departure day. Check out is 11 am. Not even a bottle of water left for our arrival. Just one bin liner. Both bathrooms need updating, don't expect to see mould all around these areas. Pile of broken umbrellas and sun beds on the roof terrace. No cushions for the sun beds. Perhaps I was expecting a bit more for this Penthouse apartment! Shame, as if these things were put right this would be excellent. Surely the mould in the bathrooms must have been reported before! Loads of stuff on the market to remove this stuff!

• Lee (8/5): Friends trip - 4 separate bedrooms Kitchen - we only used toaster and made sandwiches Balcony Large living room Parked mobility scooter in reception next to stairs - no charging point - had to ask restaurant and bar owners to charge scooter ( NOT ideal ) One lining on a dining chair in living room ripped and hanging down- surely been noted by management ? Lampshade in en-suite broken- when we arrived it was left on bed ! Only one key to get around pool - what if guests want to come down separately ? Bathrooms look tired - spoils a lovely apartment- offers so much , but let down by need of updating ! Bedding looks like something from 1970’s ,or something your grandmother used in her home. All guests expected a more modern vibe ,all had same views .

• David (8/5): Buen lugar para pasar unos días tranquilos con amigos - Entorno tranquilo y con mucho sitio para aparcar a penas a 5 minutos andando del paseo marítimo y a 15 minutos de la playa de los cristianos. Faltaban vasos y tazas para 8 pero se lo dijimos y al día siguiente por la mañana nos llevaron todo lo que faltaba.
• Wilson (1/5): Bribed To Write a Good Review. - Lots of space. I had a very disappointing experience with this property. Before arrival, the hosts told me I would receive a 15% refund due to the pool being out of order — but once we arrived, their tone completely changed, and they made it clear the refund would only happen after we left a good review. That felt manipulative and unprofessional. The apartment itself was poorly maintained. Two of the electric blinds didn’t work, every sun lounger was broken, and the parasol wasn't usable. Essentials like bin bags, toilet paper, and laundry tablets were barely provided — and we were initially only given one key between seven guests. Midway through the stay, we were contacted about a noise complaint (we were just speaking at normal volume, with no music), and warned that if the police turned up, we’d be evicted. This created a stressful atmosphere, despite us doing nothing disruptive. To make things worse, we received no further communication from the host after that — they simply stopped replying. I had to go through Booking.com directly, who were helpful and eventually issued a partial refund, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of hospitality and honesty from the accommodation. Overall, not worth the price or the stress. I wouldn’t recommend this property.

• Rose (9/5): Looking forward to our next stay already. - Just back from a week in this penthouse and a great week in Los Cristianos. The check in was seamless with excellent instructions as to how to access the door code, etc. The penthouse was exceptionally clean and the space was fantastic. The seaview from the balcony was lovely. The living room was lovely and comfortable. The bedrooms were lovely, airy and so spacious. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The location was great and just a fifteen minute stroll to the beach. We will definitely be back!
• Conor (8/5): Very good - Really nice spacious apartment with a balcony and roof terrace space. We were a group of 3 friends and felt we had enough space. Very close to a Superdino to pick up supplies and close enough to the centre of the town. The pool was out of action while we were there but the hosts were able to provide us with passes to another hotels pool for one of the days and were very quick to remedy the situation

• Janine (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment had everything needed for a cool comfortable stay. The pool and surrounding area was cleaned daily and well kept. Really good location a pleasant walk to nearest shops beach restaurants and bars, Staff were extremely helpful always on hand and quickly responded to any queries providing assistance and support if needed throughout our stay.

• Helen (6/5): Fantastic pool area, location not ideal at all, bathrooms need refurbished immediately; - Apartment was well equipped with new kitchen appliances and crockery and cutlery. Outside pool area was fantastic and the best part of the whole stay. Roof terrace was huge and great for drying clothes. Spacious bedrooms with wardrobes. Letting agent was responsive and arranged for us to stay for an extra few hours (for extra charges) to accommodate night flight. (I am not use if there is any provision to keep luggage if leaving at 11am, as normal). Two bathrooms were very dated with mouldy ceilings,broken ceiling lights and cracked floor tiles. Shower was inside bath, with no bath mat, so quite dangerous when wet. Glass door panel broken in kitchen door. Attempts made to access property during the night - on 2 separate occasions. We clearly seen and heard the door handle move. Although entry was not gained by potential intruder as door was locked. No safe to keep valuables.Limited furniture to house 8 guests e.g. 4 sub loungers on roof terrace, 4-piece furniture set on veranda, 5 dining room chairs in sitting area and 3 kitchen chairs. Sofa not big enough. A party of 8 cannot be accommodated together. Worst of all, location is NOT beach front, although sea view is correct due to penthouse height. It requires walking up a steep hill. It is a 15 minute walk to Los Cristianos centre. 2 bedrooms and kitchen look onto a "tented community" for homeless men - not an ideal view when on holidays or with children. The name of this complex is "Residencial Playa Graciosa 1" (block C). It is a residential complex in which some owners have started to sublet for holiday use. Furniture appears to be an Ikea showroom throughout, with beds being very soft and not very comfortable and 1 pillow per person.
• Denise (9/5): A very well equipped apartment in an ideal location - Great location. very comfortable apartment with everything we required. Lovely view from the balcony and roof terrace. Lots of space for a family and a great place to relax and enjoy all the local amenities which are within a short walking distance. Nothing, it really was a great apartment. Correspondence with the agents was really good too, very prompt to respond and most helpful
• Maryna (9/5): Superb - I am very grateful to the manager who helped us with the settlement issues, he was just a great guy and made our stay unconditionally comfortable. All household appliances and utensils were brand new, very stylish and worked perfectly. There was enough of everything. great beds with enough bedding and towels. on the roof top the sun loungers were comfortable. on the balcony the furniture was also great for evening coffee at sunset. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the beaches and cafes and restaurants and shops. but there is no noise. parking spaces are always free. The doors to one of the bathrooms did not close. No sun shade on the balcony.
