- Daliborka (10/5): - Apartman je jako lijpo opremljen i cist. Domacica ljubazna. Lokacija odlicna, iako je uz prugu uopste se ne cuje buka. Veliki plus je to sto ima parking u dvoristu koji je obezbjedjen ogradom , ko putuje kolima zna da je to jako bitno. Navikli smo na mekse duseke za spavanje pa nam ovi dosta tvrdji nisu prijali. Sve u svemu tople preoruke

A lakás gyönyörűen felszerelt, makulátlanul tiszta, és minden apró részletre odafigyeltek, hogy igazán otthon érezzük magunkat. A repülőtér és az állomás közelsége hatalmas előny, így a közlekedés rendkívül egyszerű és gyors volt. A szállásadó pedig egyszerűen fantasztikus. Felkészült, segítőkész, barátságos és mindig elérhető, ha bármire szükségünk volt. Ritka az ilyen őszintén figyelmes vendéglátás. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom, aki kényelmes, tiszta és szeretetteljes környezetben szeretne megszállni. Túl kevés időt töltöttünk itt

- Damon (9/5): Perfect stay for a short trip!! - This adorable apartment was perfect for what we needed. We wanted to pick a place that was comfortable, fit our group of 5, and close to the airport!! It fit all of those needs. It was adorable and clean. The rooftop patio was a nice surprise and perfect to enjoy a coffee on. The beds were quite firm but comfortable enough! The location was great for us being close to the airport and also extremely close to the train station. Far from city central but worked out for us!! Would have been too small/cramped for 5 of us had we stayed more than one or two nights.

- Kornelia (10/5): - Mieliśmy okazję korzystać z apartamentu i domku, oba noclegi bardzo polecam! Czysto, ładnie urządzone, wszystko co potrzebne jest. Bardzo fajne wykorzystanie dachu domku, gdzie znajduje się taras. Lokalizacja zaraz obok dworca kolejowego, dlatego co jakiś czas słychać przejeżdżające pociągi (nam to w niczym nie przeszkadzało). Pociągiem da się dostać do centrum w kilka minut. Do lotniska można dojść pieszo ok. 40 minut. Blisko sklep np. Lidl, kawiarnie itd. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Polecam, z chęcią wróciłabym ponownie!

- Yannick (8/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Borghetto Panigale, près de Bologne, et nous le recommandons vivement ! Le logement est très propre, bien entretenu et confortable, avec des équipements un peu datés mais fonctionnels qui rendent le séjour vraiment agréable. L’emplacement à côté de la gare est un vrai plus : situé dans un quartier calme tout en étant proche de Bologne, il permet de rejoindre facilement le centre-ville et les principaux points d’intérêt. Un grand merci à l’hôte, qui a été particulièrement accueillant, disponible et réactif tout au long de notre séjour. Une adresse idéale pour découvrir la région en toute tranquillité ! Les voyageurs précédents étaient des gros fumeurs. Forte odeur de tabac.

Ale przede wszystkim sprawna i dobra komunikacja z właścicielką, która szybko odpowiadała na pytania oraz dodatkowo pomagała w sprawach technicznych (np. Jak najlepiej dostać sie do centrum i co warto zobaczyć). Dzięki małemu tarasowi możliwe było zjedzenie śniadania na świeżym powietrzu. Mimo dobrego wyposażenia aneksu kuchennego brakowało kilku przedmiotów (deski do krojenia i kieliszków do wina)

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing visit. It felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived, with thoughtful details throughout. Michela was an excellent host friendly, responsive, and very helpful with check-in and local tips. She even left a welcome drink for us in the fridge, which was a lovely and much-appreciated gesture after traveling. The location was convenient, especially for access to the airport, while still being quiet and pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.

- Susanna (10/5): Pulizia e attenzione ai piccoli dettagli che rendono il soggiorno perfetto! - Tutto impeccabile a partire dalla pulizia, attrezzatura presente negli appartamenti, la disponibilità di Michela, la spiegazione dettagliata su come raggiungere facilmente l'alloggio, la possibilità di avere il parcheggio privato e l'attenzione ai dettagli anche minimi. Abbiamo comunicato che avremmo soggiornato con una bimba di 2 anni e in appartamento abbiamo trovato anche un seggiolone e un puzzle-gioco per lei che è stato super apprezzato! Abbiamo apprezzato la cucina attrezzata anche di fornitura base come olio, sale, zucchero oltre alle stoviglie e... anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito ho notato la presenza di una lavatrice e di una tabs di detersivo a disposizione... sono piccolissimi dettagli ma assolutamente positivi e che fanno davvero la differenza! Complimenti davvero! Nulla! E' stato davvero tutto perfetto!

- Verdandi (10/5): Útulné ubytování u nádraží. - Paní hostitelka byla velmi milá a poskytla opravdu spoustu informací, které nám pomohli. Ubytování bylo hezké a čisté. Oceňuji dobře vybavenou kuchyň. Vlakové nádraží je hned vedle, tedy dobrá dostupnost.

- Marko (10/5): - Everything was awesome!! The host was so kind and friendly. The apartment is right next to train station so you can be in th center of Bologna in 15 min. The kitchen was well equipped and the ambience was fabulous. So the only think that could be improved is the bed in the main room. It wasn't as comfortable as the rest of the beds and it was a bit loud during the night.

- Nikolay (10/5): Amazing Place - I really enjoyed my stay at this place. It has all the necessary amenities and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The host was also very kind, friendly, and responsive, always ready to help with anything. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again. 😊 The only small downside was that you can hear quite a lot of noise from the other rooms and apartments, as the walls seem quite thin. Also, the location can feel a bit unsafe at night, as there are often drunk and sometimes aggressive people in the street near the hotel. Apart from that, it is a truly wonderful place to stay. 😊

Forse l'unico scrupolo sarebbe quello di specificare che auto oltre una certa larghezza ( intendo auto tipo Rubicon) potrebbero faticare ad accedere.

El alojamiento es comodísimo: cuenta con parking y cafetera en la habitación, detalles que facilitan mucho la estancia. Además, a pesar de estar muy cerca de la estación de tren, el aislamiento es increíble y no se escucha absolutamente nada de ruido. La habitación en el altillo no terminó de convencerme, ya que preferiría un espacio con techos a altura normal para mayor comodidad

- Natascia (6/5): Posizione comoda, buon prezzo. - Struttura in un borgo molto carino. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente. Casa accogliente e di buone dimensioni. L'host è stato gentile e per il ritiro delle chiavi è stato tutto molto semplice. Buona posizione, facile da trovare. L'Host mi ha guidato in modo molto preciso fino alla struttura. La casa era molto calda. L'illuminazione era scarsa e cupa. Non ha giovato all'umore. I letti non erano comodissimi, il lavandino era quasi inutilizzabile per il forte getto. Non c'erano amenities di alcun genere. La cucina non aveva macchinetta per il caffè o teiera elettrica. Lo stile della casa è un po' cupo e vecchio. Da arredatrice di interni posso dire di non essermi sentita a mio agio. Suggerisco un piccolo restyling e un'illuminazione più studiata.

- Simone (8/5): Alloggio comodo e proprietaria molto disponibile - Appartamento comodo e arredato con stile, siamo stati solo una notte e siamo arrivati tardi ma Michela è stata molto gentile nel darci tutte le info necessarie e venirci incontro con il parcheggio per la seconda auto. Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati i riscaldamenti erano spenti quindi abbiamo sofferto un po' il freddo, ma è stata sicuramente una tollerabile dimenticanza.
- Jacopo (10/5): - L’appartamento è spazioso, pulito e accogliente, completo di tutti i comfort e di una comoda terrazza. Michela è stata gentile e precisa fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per il check-in in autonomia ed è facilmente contattabile in caso di necessità. La struttura è situata in posizione strategica per l’arena concerti a pochi minuti di macchina ed è presente anche un posto auto nel cortile interno della struttura, completamente soddisfatti!
