• Olivier (8/5): - Logement très bien situé pour visiter Londres en famille ou entre amis. Proche commerces, restaurants, monuments et métro. Très propre, literie confortable. Bien décoré et aménagé. Le débit d'eau était assez faible et la ventilation (VMC) n'avait pas l'air de fonctionner...Nous n'avons pas trouvé d'adaptateur pour brancher nos appareils électrique, c'est dommages de ne pas y avoir penser pour les touristes étrangers.
• Jonathan (9/5): Great location - The location is fantastic! Kitchen has everything you might want. Host was responsive and helpful. The beds are what we would call "full" in the US. Neither is a King. They are also very soft beds so we had some stiff backs after a lot of walking.
• Karen (6/5): Disappointing. - The location was excellent, with easy walking to several tube stations. The listing was inaccurate and had an impact on our stay that the hosts have not addressed despite many attempts. The listing says there is one King bed and one Full bed and there are in fact two queen beds. For the two adults who ended up sharing a queen instead of the expected king bed, it was uncomfortable and led to some back, neck and vertigo issues. We would not have booked this if we had known it had only queen beds.

• jeongwoo (9/5): - 시설이 깨끗하고 방과 욕실이 두개씩 있어서 가족이 머물기에 편합니다. 주요 관광지까지 교통도 괜찮았고, 주방도편리, 바로 근처에 식당, 편의점 다 있었고 추운날씨였는데도 난방이 잘되서인지 전혀 춥지 않았습니다. 고객 응대는 빠르고 친절했으며, 체크인전에 짐 보관도 가능했구요. 추운 날씨고 집에 머물시간이 없어 크게 거슬리지 않았지만, 환기가 쉽지 않아보이더라구요.
• James (7/5): Location great but other issues mean I wouldn’t stay again - Great location. Nice and warm. Comfy bed. Pub and shops close by. Owner’s stuff in various places in the property, particularly the wardrobes. No TV reception. No hot water in the morning as the boiler had apparently been turned off. Quickly rectified but too late to be able to shower before work. Responsive but not particularly friendly staff. Location is different to that advertised and instructions not to tell the neighbours that it’s being used for Airbnb/Booking.com didn’t fill me with confidence.

• Jake (10/5): Fantastic stay! - It was very clean and in a very nice location. The only thing that I think was needed for us was a second set of keys, but that was manageable as you could store them at a shop until around 11pm. Would definitely stay again!

• chris (7/5): Good location , Over priced. - Location was great. Functional 2 bed 2 bath kitchenette property. The check in is not good. The key is available from a corner store which you provide a code to open a lock box. The ensuite bathroom has back wall water ingress and the paint is badly peeling off the wall.

• Judit (8/5): Kellemes, jól felszerelt, kiváló helyen van. - Nagyon jó környéken van a lakás, közel a Westminster Abby-hez. Igazi, régi angol apartman. A konyha és a két fürdőszoba jól felszerelt. Kávé kapszula, tea, só, olaj, tészta, stb. nem kell alapvető dolgokat vásárolni, ha valaki főzni akar. A fürdőszobában sampon, kondícionáló, tusfürdő várja a vendégeket. A hálószobák kicsit hűvösek voltak, nem tudtuk felemelni a hőmérsékletet. A WIFI-re nagyon nehéz volt felkapcsolódni, számítógépről nem is lehetett. Az egyik szobában 140 cm széles az ágy, ami két felnőtt számára kicsi. A hálószobák és a fürdőszobák az alagsorban vannak, világosak, de kicsit dohosnak érződtek.

The apartment was very comfortable and very nicely decorated. can't say there was anything to not like. Although we didn't use a lot of the amenities, it looked like the apartment would be suitable for traveling with kids.

• Riley (7/5): Cute apartment with an excellent location, check out times should be listed as “8am-11am” instead of just “before 11am” - Excellent location When we arrived the property was very hot inside. We tried to open windows to cool it off but some were screwed closed. No fans in the property either so it took a very long time for the property to cool down enough to sleep. We also let the host know we would be leaving at 7:30 am, however, the key drop off area wasn’t even open by then. Luckily I was able to bring them back later in the day (and still before 11am) but not sure what we would’ve done if our whole group had early flights.

• Sandra (8/5): Very good - Size was great. It had everything we needed. Experience getting in the first day was not good at all.
• Andrew (8/5): A comfortable and convenient apartment. - Neat, clean, quiet despite being opposite to a pub at a junction. Good facilities although didn’t use the kitchen Boiler in a cupboard of one of the bedrooms - a little noisy and warm as a result. No regular tea bags - we left you some Tetleys.

• Rachel (1/5): Avoid at all costs - N/a Appalling service. Double booked us without any form of prior notification so we ended up stranded in London with no accommodation on my graduation day. They stopped answering the phone once we received the email to inform us they had double booked. Avoid at all costs
