• Alexander (6/5): Un hotel bueno, pero necesita modernizarse - Las instalaciones son cómodas. La Habitación amplia aunque necesita remodelarse para ser más modernas. El desayuno fue bueno. El parqueadero es muy pequeño. El ascensor requiere mantenimiento.

• Carlos (3/5): I wouldn’t stay again, given there are, seemingly, better options in the area. - Location was convenient in my case. The equipment in the gym, though little, was good. Staff is gentle and friendly. Staff gave me the breakfast schedule and I arrived late to the breakfast on the first day. Spa was closed. The wifi didn’t work on the third floor even when announce in the facilities (staff said it was temporary problem though). Breakfast was poor. The room’s air conditioning a bit noisy.

• Quack (5/5): Place is way overpriced for what it offers. I would not recommend it. - The location of the hotel is OK, although it is not within walking distance of downtown taxis are available. The check-in process was quick and rather smooth. The room was clean, I did not have a need to park a vehicle, and so I cannot comment on that aspect. The place did accommodate my request to modify the dates of the reservation without an additional charge. Breakfast was limited and despite the fact that I arrived one hour before the end of breakfast period, there were hardly any items left and were not being replenished. The towels need replacement because they had seen better days. The policy of one key per room is ridiculous: do they expect that two adult males hang out together at all times because they only have one key to share between the two? Really?

Recomendaria que instalaran black outs (cortinas oscuras) en las habitaciones para facilitar el descanso si el huesped no tiene que madrugar la manana siguiente. De resto, excelene atencion y amabilidad, ademas de rapidez y eficiencia en el check out.

Very difficult to rest with so many trucks and other machinery constantly operating around / passing by 24/7. LUIS FEBRES
• Verified traveler (6/5): nice hotel in small town - For the standard of the town I think this hotel rates well. The staff were very willing and helpful. Although not in the centre taxis are very cheap and it is easy to get to places.The air conditioning worked well and better than in others we heard. The food was reasonable and breakfast was included in the tariff. The bed size was probably a bit small if you are tall.
