• Christoph (8/5): Superzentrale renovierte Wohnung, in einem alten Haus. - Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach großartig. Man ist absolut zentral und schnell unterwegs. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wir hatten genug toilettenpapier, Shampoo, Geschirr (auch wenn wir es nicht gebraucht haben), es gab Küchenpapier, es roch angenehm. Ausstattung in der Wohnung war hochwertig. Das Bett war ordentlich und sauber. Das Badezimmer war geputzt. die Fernseher haben alle funktioniert. Man hatte Amazon Prime und Netflix eingerichtet auf den Fernsehen die man nutzen konnte. Der Zugang zum Haus ist durch einen elektrischen Türöffner gesichert, der durch eine zahlenkombination geöffnet werden muss. Das Gerät, hat allerdings einen Wackelkontakt. Bei der Eingabe des Schlussbefehls, darf man nicht zu feste auf die Taste drücken, ansonsten wird der Befehl nicht ausgeführt und die Tür öffnet sich nicht. Das muss man aber wissen, und wenn man um 21:30 Uhr abends an der Unterkunft ankommt und man niemanden erreichen kann ist das schon sehr nervig. Geholfen hat dann jemand der dort vor Ort lebt und uns reingelassen hat, damit wir unsere Sachen ablegen konnten. Der Chat-Support hatte keine Ahnung und hat immer nur dieselben nutzlosen Hinweise gegeben. Telefonisch war auch niemand erreichbar. Daher habe ich Abzüge beim Service in meine Bewertung einfließen lassen. Außerdem eine Sache die man wissen muss. In der obersten Etage, kommt ab und an kein heißes Wasser an. Wenn der zentralwassertank leer ist oder nur noch geringen gefüllt, dann ist das Wasser oben nur noch lauwarm aber nicht mehr heiß. Kann man nichts dran ändern, muss man nur wissen. Außerdem muss man wissen, aber das hatten sich schon andere geschrieben, dass man besser Ohropax einpackt wenn man keinen festen Schlaf ab. Der Autoverkehr durch die hauptstraße ist laut. Ist aber auch logisch wenn man an der hauptstraße eine Location wählt. Die Gardinen im Schlafzimmer haben keine Stopper am Ende, dadurch kann man die Gardinen nicht bis zum Ende zuziehen. Es bleibt also immer ein kleiner Spalt durch den das Licht ins Zimmer fällt. Falls jemand nicht gut bei Helligkeit schlafen kann, sollte man besser einen schlafmaske eingepacken. Für die letzten beiden Punkte habe ich bei meiner Bewertung nichts abgezogen. Das mit den Stoppern bei den Vorhängen wäre allerdings eine Sache die der Eigentümer beheben kann..

• Татьяна (9/5): В целом было все хорошо. Очень комфортная квартира с красивым видом. - Все было хорошо. Удобное месторасположение. С водой была проблема, чтобы появилась горячая вода, нужно было ждать минимум 15-30 минут чтобы вода сбежала.

• Stefanantichita (5/5): - Modern ,dar nu întreținut , accesibil imediat la Metro Zgomotos ca apartament din cauza traficului , izolație 0 ,curățenie superficială,perdele căzute pereți murdari ,căldura în dormitor nu funcționa ,iar aerul condiționat pe invertor nu prea făceau nimic ,am dormit doar o noapte și ne bucurăm că nu am luat mai mult ,îmi pare rău că trebuie să dau această notă dar sper ca această sesizare să corecteze un pic aceste detalii .

Other than that we loved everything!

• Yuriy (10/5): An ideal apartment for living: impeccably clean, supremely comfortable, every essential within reach, and an excellent l - I wish I could give a one-word answer, but that would be disrespectful to this apartment and the service provided. So I’ll share my experience in a bit more detail. It all started when I had issues with the additional electronic form I needed to fill out. There was some kind of bug, and it wouldn’t show the final result, making me wonder if I’d wasted my money. I even started worrying it might be a scam. Thankfully, those fears turned out to be unfounded—my anxiety was the only downside here. When I entered the apartment, I immediately appreciated its comfort, cleanliness, and coziness. Some rentals are tolerable for a two-day business trip where comfort isn’t a priority, but this isn’t one of them. This is a fully equipped apartment designed for long-term stays. Personally, I’ve stayed in places where I’d just sleep and spend as little time as possible—I’d even work on my laptop at a nearby McDonald’s. Here, it was the opposite: I’d grab coffee at McDonald’s and hurry back to work in the apartment. Some might think this whole monologue is silly, but I want to emphasize how pleased I was with my stay. Fantastic location, great view from the window, a well-furnished space with everything you need. And at the end, when I needed to stay longer to collect my luggage, they kindly let me take my time and finish my tasks before checking out. On my 10-point scale: a perfect 10 NIL

• Anca_ro (8/5): Very well located, right in the center of Bucharest - Excellent localization of the property, right in Romana Square, easy access (walking & metro) to the old City Center, plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and shops close by, easy access to public transport. All-in-all very convenient. These are not things that can be changed, but maybe they prove useful for other travellers. The apartment is on the 8th floor of an old building, and while the apartment looks great, the water supply belongs to the building and it is old. For those who love shower water pressure, you might be disappointed. Hot water takes a while to "climb", so take that into account in the mornings. Also, be aware that the apartment is on a very busy, large boulevard, so there will be some noise. I chose the apartment for its benefits and I was ok with the shortcomings.

Easy check in process - once booking is completed, the guests will receive a link for online check in, including a video for check in and directions to the apartment. The apartment door may be hard to open first, but suggest to pull the handle towards yourself and press it down. The apartment was dusty. Hair found in shower drain and in bed. Could be more towels and bed linen provided for 7 nights stay, not just one set. We had to let water to run for about 10min in order to get hot shower. Only cold water in the kitchen. No capsules for dish washer provided. A kind suggestion to get the cleaning service for the flat before guests check in.
