• Denis (10/5): Nice place to stay, but family of 3 is a maximum for this apartment - Location is amazing, right next to the Pantheon. Apartment has everything you may need. You have to climb very steep staircase. There was no key or any other way to close off bathroom.

• Lama (8/5): - Excellent location. Excellent host and communication. Apartment a bit tight for a family of 4 including teenagers, but we were informed about that. Recommended for a short stay in Rome, close to most main attractions, very clean and fully equipped.
• Hendrick (10/5): Best apartment in Rome - ​What a fantastic stay! My wife and I spent one night at this apartment in Rome, and it was absolutely amazing. It's clear that Simona, our host, takes great pride in her property. The apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, with a charming, rustic Italian feel. ​Simona herself was incredibly helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to make our trip special, even assisting me in planning a surprise for my wife. ​The location simply couldn't be better. We were just a block away from the Pantheon, which made it so easy to explore one of Rome's most famous landmarks. The area around the apartment is bustling with life, with endless number of incredible restaurants, cafes, and gelaterias right on the doorstep. It truly felt like we were at the heart of everything. If we ever come back to Rome, we will undoubtedly stay at Simona's apartment. That I only stayed one night.
• Lisa (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great centralised location. - Lovely accommodation in a great location. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night break. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was a saviour. A lovely restaurant just outside the windows but we couldn’t hear much noise from it. Nothing!

Easy walk to all the major sites and very confotysnle accommodations. - Very cute one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and small living room (pullout sofa) very comfortable with good A/C The location is amazing 1 block from the Pantheon. There is a taxi stand right next to the pantheon and a little fresh bakery across from the taxi stand making it the perfect location. About a 15 min walk to the Trevi fountain and 25 min walk to the coloseum. Very attentive owner who allowed us to check in early. Oh and there is an amazing little restaurant in the alley right next door where many locals were eating. Great service and good. You can see the little outdoor table right from the living room window. There is also a pharmacy right next door. The location is couldn’t have been any better! Everything was great!

• Nicole (10/5): We loved our stay here! - We loved staying at this clean and beautifully appointed apartment in a secure building. The location was fantastic, right around the corner from the Pantheon, close to restaurants, shopping and the best coffee in Roma, Bar Tazza d'Oro. It was an easy walk to get to just about any highlights of the city. Communication with Simona was timely and clear. Check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again when we come back Roma!

Some late night noise from the restaurant to the side of the building.

Before our flight she had already granted a special request! She met us upon our earlier than scheduled arrival, helped us carry our luggage up,showed us around, suggested a mini market with great local pruducts and good prices and replied promptly to all our questions during our stay! Thank you for making our stay such an unforgettable experience! The stairs, eventhough it is on the first floor. Depending on your fitness - mine was zero!!! In summer I imagine it could get noisy.

• Shushan (8/5): Overall the apartment was just great. - The apartment was very nice, it smelled very very nice. There was a coffee machine and a bowl of chocolates which was very sweet and useful, when you get into the room tired from the airport. The bathroom was huge and super nice, the main room had a TV and Netflix. The location was just perfect, 5 min away from Pantheon and lots of beautiful restaurants next to it. The host was also very nice and kind and we are very greatful to her. It was a little cold in the apartment, and we were not sure how to regulate the hit.

Instructions to find the apartment were good and the codes for the door meant access was easy and we didn’t have to wait to meet the host. Lively little touches like coffee and tea and some extra treats as well as toiletries made the stay even better. Nothing.

Clean and comfortable, pictures matching reality. Tea and coffee facilities available, small sweets and water too. Restaurant below, a bit noisy at some nights, but not that bad :-)

A small kitchen but has everything you need and more! The best thing about it is Simona, the host. Was kind and super helpfull even before our arrival, answered every question and agreed to our requests. She made our stay in rome so much more comfortable. Nothing
• Moore (10/5): Would highly recommend. - We LOVED our apartment. It was so close to so many things. Just tell your cab driver ‘the Pantheon’, and they knew right where to go. Near a restaurant that was a little loud at times, but a white noise machine took care of it!
• Lindsey (10/5): Amazing apartment feel in a great location! - The location was awesome! Tons of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The Trevi Fountain was about a 10-15 min walk away. We walked back from the Vatican and it only took us about 45 minutes total although we stopped to eat on the way. All of the windows opened to the neighborhood below and I thought that was a great feature. This is more like an apartment so if you’re looking for a hotel feel, this is not the place for you. For me, it was everything I hoped for my stay in Rome! Simona the hostess was incredible! Scheduling our private transfer from the airport and then to Civitavecchia where we boarded our cruise ship after our stay. We will definitely be back! 2 days in Rome wasn’t nearly enough time! Thank you for an unforgettable stay! 😊 Entering the building at night was very dark. We had to use our phones. I think the lights are on a timer. We eventually found the switch but getting up the narrow stairs in the dark was a bit stressful.

• Gillian (9/5): A wonderful, comfortable, clean and central apartment - Our stay here was so comfortable. It's a beautifully decorated and cosy apartment just around the corner from the Pantheon and central to a wealth of wonderful amenities and restaurants, yet very quietly tucked away in a nice side street. It was perfect for our family of two adults and two children (8 and 13) to walk to all the main areas, or catch a bus around the city. It's very well equipped with plenty of storage, good air conditioning for hot summer days and a nice sized bathroom. Our communication with Simone was easy and she was so prompt and informative. Plus the little touches she made were lovely. Thank you Simone, we will definitely stay here on our return to Rome. Nothing, it exceeded our expectations.

• Daniel (10/5): Perfect apartment - The apartment is in a great location. Very clean and perfectly equipped. This was our 14th time in Rome and this was definitely one of the best apartments we’ve rented. It has everything you need, even things that aren’t listed. There is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, coffee machine (with coffee), toaster, cakes on arrival, water in the fridge, condiments etc. Everything is very clean and modern, also air fresheners so you don’t have that old smell that Roman apartments often have.

• Santaularia (10/5): The accommodation is in a great location and perfect for small groups. Host is incredibly kind! - The location of this accommodation is perfect to visit Rome's old city center. The Panthenon is a few steps away, and the rest of the tourist attractions are all in walking distance: Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Forum, Spanish Steps, Vatican City, etc.
