• Sarah (9/5): Alles super, Kleinigkeiten könnten noch ausgebaut werden - Die Lage, es war alles sauber und man hatte auch mit 4 Personen genügend Platz. 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier für 4 Personen ist schon wirklich etwas knapp bemessen. Außerdem wäre es schön gewesen mehrere Müllbeutel zu haben, um auch die Mülltrennung definitiv zu berücksichtigen.

• Peter (10/5): Prachtig appartement met eigen bioscoop - Zeer net en compleet appartement. Qua apparatuur was het perfect geregeld. Mooie slaapkamer die in een handomdraai verandert in een prachtige bioscoop. Op het ruime balkon geniet je van een schitterend uitzicht over de Moezel waar dagelijks schepen langskomen. Het stadje Cochem maakt het uitzicht compleet.

• Britta (10/5): - Ankommen, Parken, Ausstattung und Stil, Größe (auch des Badezimmers), Sauberkeit, Ausblick - perfekt!!! Die Heimkino-Anlage haben wir nicht getestet. Bezüglich der anderen Aspekte gibt es absolut gar nichts, was in irgendeiner Form zu bemängeln wäre! Man könnte einfach direkt in die Wohnung einziehen und würde sich wohlfühlen!
• Ron (8/5): Gezellig weekend cochem - Locatie, uitzicht, parkeren. Hygiëne, kan beter. ventilator rooster in de bad kamer zit helemaal dicht met stof. Hier en daar wat vlekken op het dekbed en vitrage. Te warm. Temperatuur is niet te regelen. Verder is het wel goed en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

• Oxana (10/5): Sonnst ist wirklich super Lage. Sehr schönen Wohnung - Sehr schöne Lage, besser könnte nicht haben. Sauber moderne Wohnung. Einzige Macke dass wir die Wohnung für drei Personen gemietet aber für die dritte Person Bettwäsche im Schlafsofa waren nicht frischbezogen.

• Silke (8/5): - Die Lage und der Ausblick sind sensationell. Man muss nur über die Brücke gehen und ist direkt in der Altstadt. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, Couch und Bett sind bequem. Der Balkon ist riesig, und möbiliert, mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Leider hat die Heimkino-Anlage nicht wie erwartet funktioniert. Im Schlafzimmer konnte weder Netflix noch Disney+ abgespielt werden. Im Wohnzimmer hat wenigstens Disney+ funktioniert, dafür aber sonst nichts. "Normales" Fernsehehen (Kabel, Sattelit) war gar nicht möglich. Das Essgeschirr und die Gläser waren sehr knapp bemessen. Die Lüftung im Bad ist dauerhaft gelaufen.

Definitely a plus! —Nice modern apartment with view of river and town, easy access across bridge to town. —Self Check in was a bit complicating, written instructions sent in German. Although video had English subtitles, but parking info subtitles was covered up by the map. —Had difficulty with the key but the property manager came quickly to let us in and show us how to operate key. But he left rather hastily when we tried to ask about the parking, saying it was all in the video. —Not enough bath towels provided for 4 people (family of four with two university aged kids), only two bath towels provided, and 3 hand towels. Meant two of us had to use small hand towels after showering! —Not adequate bedding—one bedding without duvet cover and pillow cover. Bedding overall smelt a bit and seemed a bit old and worn, and not very clean. First time using Booking.com for an individually owned apartment, wouldn’t do so again. Recommend sticking to Apartment Hotels where there is a consistent standard & quality and good customer service.

• Mevlüt (5/5): Cinema 1 war echt nicht so stark - Die Lage richtig gut. Mit der Tiefgarage und dem tollen Ausblick war top. Leider war das Hauptaugenmerk das Heimkino echt nicht gut. Allein das Netflix nicht auf dem Gerät lief und die Filme auf Disney Plus immer hingen waren echt ein genusskiller und haben das Erlebnis Heimkino ruiniert. Am besten zuerst ins Kino fahren und dann dort schlafen. Auch die Schränke und der Kühlschrank waren nicht 100 Prozent sauber. Und die Haustür schlos nicht von selbst und ließ sich auch schwerfällig manuell schließen.

• Daniel (8/5): Supermoderne neuwertige Wohnung - Wohnung ist neuwertig, Beamer ist eine Super Sache. Könnte man direkt einziehen. Leider mussten wir am gleichen Abend noch abreisen da unser Hund sich nicht heimisch gefühlt hatte und er keine Ruhe gegeben hatte. Nachts um 0 Uhr zu Hause angekommen gingen wir schlafen und der Hund schlief auch sofort. Unfassbar! Schade um die schöne Wohnung und die supertolle Lage. Ich habe Sie schon weiter Empfohlen an einen Kollegen. Grüße

• Dmytro (10/5): Чудові апартаменти - В Кохемі були неодноразово, але це найкращі апартаменти в Кохемі, де ми зупинялись. Чудове місце розташування, вид з тераси на річку та замок. В помешканні дуже чисто, кухня добре обладнана, правда не вистачає чаю та олії. Ліжко зручне, в квартирі тепла підлога. Величезним плюсом є крите безкоштовне парковочне місце та можливість проживання з домашніми улюбленцями. Власник привітній і завжди на звʼязку.

• D (9/5): Prachtig appartement met mooi uitzicht op mooie omgevng. - Prachtig nieuw appartement, parkeren onder in de garage en lift aanwezig. De instructies waren helder. Het uitzicht was erg mooi op de Moezel met de cruiseschepen die voorbij kwamen. Nespresso koffie zou goed hier passen. De kussens waren erg slecht, gelukkig hadden we eigen kussens meegenomen.

• Franciscus (7/5): Prima maar zeer slecht beddengoed - Leuk appartement, ziet er netjes uit en met een complete keuken. Leuk van de cinema in de slaapkamer. Beddengoed ronduit slecht. Kussens zijn intern helemaal uit elkaar gevallen waardoor normaal gebruik niet mogelijk is, en het beddengoed ziet er gebruikt en vies uit. Beddengoed voor de slaapbank stinkt en de kussens zijn helemaal geel. Vanwege dit punt zal ik niet meer terug gaan.

• Angie (10/5): Little gem with amazing location overlooking the Mosel river - This place is one of those little gems that you can’t believe you have found. The location is amazing. Just a short walk over the bridge and you are in the little village of Cochem. The bed is extremely comfortable. The view is absolutely spectacular. We love being in this place and will certainly come again. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions very quickly. Thank you very much for having us. We highly recommend this little gem.
• Minchih (10/5): Fantastic Stay in Cochem! - - Amazing location, right on the riverside. - Beautiful view from your own balcony. - Well-equipped apartment. - New building with modern facilities, including an elevator. - Parking spot included. The building spans two streets, so it was a bit challenging to find the parking spot assigned to us, which is located on a separate street.
• Drew (9/5): Superb - Perfect location on the first row of buildings on the Mosel looking across the water towards Cochum center.Easy minutes walk to the bridge and town.Apartment was very well laid out with lots of space. Super clean throughout. Large balcony with excellent unobstructed views of the boats travelling the river and of the beautiful bridge and town. Parking is no issue as the apartment has its own reserved spot right in front of the building. Good apartment information but perhaps could use specific info on how to get the kitchen range going, for safe use.

Also, the duvet for the sofa didn't have cover sheets. But these are very minor things, we really enjoyed our stay and give it a high rating.

Very comfortable. Parking is really tight. Expert level skills required. I had my wife outside the car to help guide.
• Lisa (8/5): Beautiful location, views and size, but needs a few points need addressing for the price. - Large apartments with beautiful views over to the castle, nice large balcony however they are not very private and quite close to the neighbours. Large apartments, plenty of things if you wanted to cook etc. Excellent location and lovely wine cellar next door. As we received the instructions in German, it was quite hard to understand the location of the rooms etc, but managed to translate via google (our fault i guess for not being multi lingual) English instructions would be nice for future guests. One of the doors would not unlock at first, a bit of lifting the door slightly helped it to unlock. We were also not sure on how to access the garage for our motorcycles and spent time looking for instructions / fob as previously mentioned in messaged, we managed to get hold of the host and he explained we needed to go down to the garage and open internally - remember your key to get back up from the garage, or its a long walk round to the front door. The biggest issues for me were the following; the bed linen (pillow cases and duvet covers) didn't smell very fresh, like they had been used before - and made me a little concerned it hadn't been washed / washed thoroughly. There were part opened items left in the cupboards too which we didn't use. Fresh tea and coffee / creamer would be nice for the price paid, as would some toiletries in the bathroom. We also missed having an iron (when travelling on motorcycles its hard not to crease clothes in luggage) . We did love the apartment, but a few small touches would have made alot of difference , especially after travelling all day.
• Sam (8/5): Very good - Great location and nice views. No clothes hanging / drawer space due to very modernist concept. Netflix menus in Spanish and German - if you use Netflix a lot (or speak these languages) probably no issue if not you'll need google translate or similar.
