Anthony (2/5): Very frustrating and disappointing.apartment was nice manager abysmal - Apartment very nice. Manger operator abysmal. We were not sent email to check in and get codes . We arrived at midnight and could not gain access we had to find another hotel at 2am. Get taxi there check in and come back next day. Cost us 250 euros which we have requested reimbursement but cannot contact manger. Believe they are ignoring us. Also the digital entry system was very annoying.
Zenaida (4/5): The way I was treated was very upsetting and left me threatening to break the door and call police . Which is no way to - Good location and facilities. Quiet. I was only given a single set of sheets and ,working early until late ,I could never change my bed in time to dry things. I had no duvet cover either . I asked for this and spare bed linen and was refused . This on the grounds that their policy was duvet covers in season . I needs a duvet and slept under it .. without a cover . The attitude was absurd and so was th service .if I pay a decent rent I expect spare bed linen and a cover for my duvet . In addition the door access was through a WiFi activated code . The WiFi failed and despite a day of pleading for help I was left in the rain until late afternoon . Really an unacceptable situation .
