- Roberts (10/5): Highly recommended central property - This was my third stay in Volos over the past three or four weeks. The location was absolutely perfect for an overniight stay after disembarking the late ferry from Skopelos - basically four or five minutes walk up a gently sloping road from the pier. Excellent communication before and during the stay. The apartment was scrupulously clean with excellent lighting and a comfortable bed. Strong wifi. Hot water with shower head options in a unit with sliding shower doors. I didn't use/test the four hob electric stove. There is an excellent large fridge/freezer, and the kitchen is well-appointed with new cookware and utensils. The apartment is partially subterranean at the rear of a three-storey building with two units per floor, reached via a small but attractive entrance area and a short flight of stairs. Consequently, it is a decent distance away from the lightly-trafficked, single lane, one-way street that the block is on. While the apartment does not have views, natural light and air is provided by two small windows at the rear of the apartment - one in the kitchen area, the other in the bathroom. There is also a slightly larger double-window in a side wall.

- Mixalis (3/5): - Το δωμάτιο μύριζε υγρασία. Μας δόθηκαν 4 πετσέτες για 4 άτομα , δηλαδή δεν είχαμε πετσέτα προσώπου ή για τα πόδια . Το AC μύριζε άσχημα κατά την λειτουργεία του. Μας δόθηκε 1 χαρτί υγείας (?).
- Thanasis (10/5): - Είναι ένα καθαρό δωμάτιο! Με ότι χρειάζεται για μια άνετη διαμονή, όμορφα διακοσμημένο! Βρήκαμε εύκολα πάρκινγκ έξω από το σπίτι ( Ήταν Καθημερινή). Υπάρχει χρέωση από τον Δήμο κανονικά, αλλά λόγο έργων δεν χρειάστηκε! Λίγο στο πως θα μπούμε σε αυτό ,(με το κλειδί),μας δυσκόλεψε αλλά τελικά όλα καλά!

- Theodora (7/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα στο κέντρο με τα πόδια όλα πολύ κοντά. Επαρκές δωμάτιο για 2 με 3 μέρες. Δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρό είχε πολύ σκόνη. Το σεντόνι δεν ήταν καθαρό είχε μια δυσοσμία όσο και το κουβερτακι. Τέλος, το δωμάτιο ηταν ημιυπόγειο κάτι που δεν γνωρίζαμε εξαρχής.
