• Celina (8/5): Really nice apartment with a fantastic view! - Really good location and wonderful people managing the apartments. We experienced some problems during our stay, but they were really focused on solving it as quickly as possible! There is a big beach club right next door, that plays quite load music all day. So if you want something very quiet this is not the location for you.

• Daniel (10/5): Wonderful hosts, great location and excellent value. Highly recommended! - The apartment was a great value, in a good location and had everything we needed. Both hosts were incredibly kind, honestly some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Miranda was always ready to help us throughout our entire stay, for which I’m extremely grateful. On our arrival we even got a small welcome surprise which was really nice from them. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone and want to thank you again for the wonderful service. The only small minus was that there was no shower curtain, so the bathroom floor got completely wet after every shower.

• Nordine (8/5): Séjour formidable à Durres - Nous sommes venus en famille en août 2025 l'emplacement par rapport à la mer et les commodités est parfait on peut tout faire à pied Les Albanais sont très gentils Les prix dans les restos , market, glace,...sont très correct. La relation avec la propriétaire du début à la fin était dispo via whatsapp et très sympa. L'appartement est situé au 4eme étage, soit 70 marches 😰 si vous louer une voiture vous ne trouvez jamais de place pour vous garer, une galère. Les embouteillages catastrophique Les portions dans les restos sont vraiment très peu

• Heike (7/5): - Die Ferienwohnung liegt in optimaler Lage zum Strand, zu den Restaurants und Supermärkten. Die Räumlichkeiten wurden renoviert bzw. befinden sich in der Renovierung. Es war schön, einen direkten Blick auf das Meer zu haben. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung müsste erweitert werden (nur ein Messer vorhanden, kein Trockentuch, Stromherd funktionierte nicht, es fehlt noch eine Duschabtrennung - dadurch wird das komplette Bad samt Holztür nass). Zudem wurde ein hauseigener Parkplatz angegeben, welcher so nicht vorhanden war - so wurden wir gebeten, uns auf den Parkplatz eines in der Nähe befindlichen Hotels zu stellen.

Spacious, conforming apartment, extremely clean, with all the necessary details, impeccably clean towels and bed linen! Unforgettable sunsets and a panorama of the coast and the city, with morning and evening coffee, will justify an excellent choice for our next reservation in this same apartment! Overall, a great apartment because of the location and the friendly hosts! We will definitely and very gladly come back again.

• Liona (1/5): Bad - The only good thing about property was the location which is perfect , is near the sea . I have a lot of things which I didn’t liked . The staff was extremely rude . They got us more money than in the booking payment. The mobiles inside were very old , very different from the pictures. The bathroom was very old and uncomfortable . Its in the 3d floor , without elevator .
