• Bert (4/5): Verschrikkelijk verblijf, vies, smerig, slecht onderhouden en veel overlast van de buren hon verbouwing. Niemand wezen k - Het dakterras was nog het meest aangenaam. Was ook smerig, gedateerd en slecht onderhouden, maar je kon wel even lekker buiten zitten. De locatie was smerig, erg gedateerd, slecht onderhouden en de boven buren waren aan het verbouwen. Dat ging zo te keer dat er in de slaapkamer een gat in het plafond ontstond.

Dzīvoklis atrodas gandrīz pašā pilsētas centrā, kas padara to par ideālu vietu, no kuras iepazīt Romu. Pastaigas attālumā atrodas daudzi pārtikas veikali, kas ir ļoti ērti — viss nepieciešamais vienmēr ir rokas stiepiena attālumā. Apartamenti ir pilnībā aprīkoti ar visu, kas nepieciešams ērtai dzīvošanai: virtuve ir aprīkota, ir visi nepieciešamie trauki un sadzīves lietas, jūtams, ka saimnieki ir padomājuši par detaļām. Dzīvoklis ir tīrs, mājīgs un patīkams uzturēšanās laikā. Īpašu uzmanību pelna skaistā terase — tā ir īsts šo apartamentu rotājums. Tur ir īpaši patīkami brokastot no rītiem vai atpūsties vakarā pēc garām pastaigām pa pilsētu. Galvenie apskates objekti atrodas aptuveni līdz 3 km attālumā, tāpēc līdz daudzām vietām var mierīgi aiziet kājām, baudot pilsētas atmosfēru. Kopumā tā ir lieliska nakšņošanas vieta tiem, kas vēlas dzīvot Romas centrā un justies kā mājās. Ar prieku šeit apmestos vēlreiz. Kad mēs tikko ieradāmies un ievācāmies, dzīvoklī bija nedaudz auksts, taču pēc tam mēs tikām galā ar apkures sistēmu, un pārējā atpūtas laikā viss bija kārtībā.

• Евгений (10/5): - Самостоятельное заселение, владелец апартаментов выдает хорошую инструкцию. Апартаменты расположены не в самом шумном центре, но легко и быстро добраться до центра. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для проживания. Апартаменты находятся в старинном здании, высота потолков около 4 м, антикварные лифт, двери, мебель. Большая красивая терраса. Расположены в тихом старинном районе, рядом архитектурные объекты, парки. До остановки автобуса 3 минуты. Отсутствие отдельных бачков для сортировки мусора. Мусор надо сортировать в отдельные пакеты. / Но при этом есть возможность вынести пакеты мусором в контейнеры рядом с домом. Поэтому, замечание незначительное.
• Evgenia Ilinova (10/5): - Заселение бесконтактное, очень удобная инструкция. Квартира полностью соответствует фото.Расположена на 4 этаже, есть лифт - очень прикольный. Кровати удобные, постель белоснежная. На кухне есть все необходимое.Вишенка на торте - это терасса. Очень уютная, в окружении зелени, после долгих прогулок по Риму очень приятно там посидеть с бокальчиком ,чего нибудь)))) Остановка автобуса прям под домом, так же очень близко три небольших супермаркета. Хотелось бы, чтобы были бумажные полотенца и таблетки для посудомойки.

• Gabriel Bandrabur Bohm (10/5): Amazing! - I had an amazing experience staying at this apartment in Rome. The location was great , within a short distance to many iconic places. The neighbourhood felt safe and vibrant, with a real Roman atmosphere. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, good Wi-Fi, and air conditioning , a real bonus in the summer heat! The bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive and made check-in and check-out easy and seamless. It really felt like a home away from home. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic and comfortable stay in Rome.

Patīkami, ka bija kafija, tēja garšvielas, eļļa - tas deva mājīguma sajūtu, ka kāds gaida. Jauka un liela terase. Nebija iespējams noregulēt vienmērīgu ūdens temperatūru. Fotogrāfijās dzīvoklis izskatījās modernāks, bet realitātē bija kreatīvs mix. Bookingā, rezervējot dzīvokli, bija norādīts, ka ir iespējams bezmaksas transfers no lidostas, bet realitātē tā nebija.
