The host was always attentive, professional, and available whenever needed, ready to help and make sure everything went smoothly during the stay. I especially appreciated the easy communication, the calm atmosphere, and the overall quality of the apartment. Great experience overall. nothing major to mention. El día que nos íbamos nos proporcionó un taxi que nos estaba esperando en la puerta a las 4 de la mañana. Todo correcto.

All amenities were there and of high quality (soaps, toiletries, kitchen appliances and utensils, espresso machine, etc) Parking underneath the building was kinda tight Everything else perfect

• Selim (10/5): Best place to stay in Marrakech - Youssef was very good at communication with me and he answered quickly. He even let us check in earlier which was so great. It’s so good to be able to park you car in the private car park you get. The apartment is very nice and you have everything you need. Very clean. Perfect location. Medina is so close by foot. Location is perfect as near everything you need but a bit out of the chaos. If you like running it’s even good for that. Highly recommend it. The only thing I didn’t like it’s that you have to take the bin out yourself. Never had to do that before but just mentioning that if I want to be picky
• Ain (8/5): - Location was very good, within few steps to oldtown. It is also close to YSL Museum and Jardin Majorelle. There comed parking lot with the apartment. Host was very nice and kind. He helped with questions and replied quickly. Apartment itselve is on the 5th flaw with balcony and view. Coffee shop right beside and Carefour market across the Street. Apartment needs maybe a little renovating but nothing bad and its according to the price.

Nagyon jó gepékkel felszerelt, mindenhol légkondi ami a meleg miatt nagyon jól jött. Autóval is kényelmes lokáció de gyalogtávolságban is rengetett étterem és pl Jardin Majorelle is. Nem igazán volt ilyen.

• DINA (10/5): Amabilidad y hospitalidad en Marrakech - Lo que más me gustó fue la disposición de Youssef en facilitarnos todo lo imprescindible con muchísima amabilidad. En todo momento se nos ha facilitado todo lo requerido.

L’hôte a été extrêmement réactif et disponible, que ce soit sur WhatsApp ou par téléphone. Même à distance, l’accueil a été impeccable. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement et je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Прибирається в квартирі лише поверхнево, всі кути або місця типу за унітазом були брудні. На балкон неможливо вийти через сильний пил, бо на вулиці йде ремонт.

• Maria (10/5): - The apartment was superb! Check-in was easy, the location was central, and the host was kind enough for us to leave our bags while we strolled in the city before our flight. I would highly recommend this place for your peaceful and warm visit.
• Abdallah (7/5): Good apartment but misleading description - It is a nice and clean apartment in a good location. Underground parking is a plus. There are a couple of local shops nearby and a cafe. The apartment is listed to accommodate more then four people. We are a family of five and were led to believe the second room had two beds. This was misleading. The apartment can only accommodate four people. The sofas in the living room aren't sofa beds and aren't comfortable. My son had to spend two nights on an uncomfortable sofa!

There is a supermarket right in front which is also helpful and a couple of places to dine at night or have breakfast. There is washing machine.A microwave would be nice to have. A bit noisy at night.

• Giuseppe La Carbonara (8/5): Comodo per i giardini Majorelle - Casa arredata con arredi moderni. L'aria condizionata è in tutte le camere. La cucina è ben attrezzata. È vicino a un Carrefour. C'è la lavatrice. Il quinto letto (futon) è il divano. Non è un divano letto ma è abbastanza comodo. Mancano tavolo e sedie per mangiare, abbiamo mangiato sul tavolino del soggiorno seduti sul divano o sui cuscini.

• Nam (10/5): Great place to stay in Marrakesh - Good location. It’s just 10’ walk from YSL museum and Majorelle Garden. I enjoyed the slow walk to city centre through the market. It would probably be 40’ tho. You can also take a taxi for less than 10’, €3. The host is super nice and helpful. He is very responsive for any questions. The apartment is nice, clean and spacious.

• Mudassir (9/5): A beautifully decorated apartment! - A very nicely decorated apartment. The rooms were spacious and clean. It's a good location with a grocery store right across the street and a cafe downstairs. It's easy to get taxis to come right to the door. The room with the drying rack had a bad smell which got into our clothes and won't come out after multiple washes.
• Tereza (10/5): The appartment exceeded my expectations - Great location. Just 30 minutes walk in a pleasant area to Koutoubia. Majorelle Gardens in the same neighbourhood. Excellent host. Spacious appartment. Amazing food in the fish restorant near by. This was our Morocco family trip, and this was a first stay before Essaouira, Rabat and Tangier. The host was so helpful and caring in navigating us around the orientation within the city, e.g. suggesting transport to our next destination with all the details of it. Thanks Youseff!
• Rachid (10/5): It was so lovely. - Youssef was very polite and provided great assistance over the phone. The place was very clean, organised and very well set up. it is splendid indeed ! We wished the concierge had informed us about the indoor parking, upon our arrival. Had he provided help with that, we would not have left the car in the open where the weather was extremely hot.

The owner is very responsive and helpful and the apartment is spacious, well equipped and comfortable to stay. It's nice decorated with maroccan details. Underground parking included. Walking distance to Medina. Generally there is nothing I didn't like. Maybe just please give more toilet paper for guests and clean the balcony floor as well ;)

• Fozia (10/5): Exceptional - This was a family holiday with my 3 children and husband, the apartment was amazing modern and very clean.The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Location was spot on away from all the hustle and bustle. Ysl museum and garden was just a 7 minute walk. And right out side the ysl garden you can pick a ride taxi or horse and carriage they all line up out side .which was amazing.i used to get my ride from there. Jame al fana ,carre eden , Jewish quarters,spice Market, Bahiya Palace all were just 5 to 10 min drive .I would get a grand taxi with out any problem from outside the ysl museum or horse and carriage. It was amazing. To top it all off just below the apartment there is an amazing cafe/restaurant called the la palma the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Communication was easy as they spoke and understood English very well. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Would love to visit again.and the best was that we had a masjid right next to us so praying in the masjid was amazing too.local supermarket and shops on the same road as the apartment just a few steps away. Truly had an amazing time .my children loved it.A big Thankyou to the host from us all.

• Urszula (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and comfortable apartment. Equipped with all amenities. The area is safe and quiet. Only 10 minutes walk to the gates of the medina. There is a cafe and restaurants nearby. Everything was fine.
• Sida (9/5): Great view, location, with all the convenience of a modern home. - The apartment was very spacious for our family. We love the fact it had all the modern qualities to meet our needs. The washer, kitchen, heater/AC, TV, elevator, parking garage with door opener, hot water, and wifi was very much appreciated. The decorations were very pleasing to look at. We also love the balcony to overlook the beautiful city. The host was super friendly and communication with him was fast and easy via booking.com app or whatsapp. The apartment was hard to locate and we got lost finding it. Google Maps had a hard time getting the exact location. We found out that it is located above the cafe La Palma Cafe Glacier. Although the washer was great, there is not a dryer. You will have to find a dryer, which the local laundromat nearby do not permit using their dryer only. We sadly had to find that out the hard way. We suggest making sure to have the time to air dry your laundry.
