Patricia (5/5): Shady hosts, avoid staying here. Not worth the hassle - they are unreliable and irresponsible. - This place is SHADY, the owners seem really scammy. Never in my life have I had such a ridiculous time trying to check into a property that I had fully paid for MONTHS IN ADVANCE. The host NEVER CONTACTED US with check-in information. Our Swiss friends had to call them MULTIPLE TIMES (minimum 5 times throughout the course of the day) to follow up. We asked if we could check in at 3 instead of 3:30 and was told it would cost an additional 15 CHF. Unreal... Even then, they never sent the check-in information at 3:30 as promised. It was so unprofessional and irresponsible. It was 8 PM before we could check in and even then we were WANDERING AROUND THE BUILDING with no idea where the apartment was located. They NEVER PROVIDED CHECK-IN DETAILS AHEAD OF CHECK-IN! My daughter had to complete an assignment that evening and THERE WERE NO WIFI DETAILS PROVIDED EITHER. Again, without our Swiss friends continuously calling and pestering the host, we would have had no where to sleep. The washer had a load of someone else's laundry in it and the shower was clogged and overflowed. The noise from the street was super loud.
