• Lg (7/5): un séjour agréable dans un grand appartement proche du Vatican avec des commerces et restaurants. - la proximité avec la place saint pierre, le quartier calme, les commerces et restaurants à proximité. la taille de l'appartement et son calme. le confort du lit. la terrasse. les arrêts de bus tout près le manque de lumière naturelle dans l'appartement. les volets qui ne fermaient pas complètement. un peu de décoration dans le séjour aurait été un plus.

• Linda (2/5): Disappointing- don't stay for more than a night. - The location for the metro and Vatican was good Where to start. Very little, basic furnishings. Beds were not adequate for 6 people. The 6th bed was a very very thin mattress and super uncomfortable, not made up and didn't have a bed cover. No guaranteed hot water for 6 adults showering. Mostly tepid/cold water. Few tables, bed lights. Toilet seats falling off. No oven - out of service. A big space which shoukd be an asset made it feel like a basic hospital feel. Oh, there appeared to be spots of blood uncleaned on one bathroom floor. The most disappointing stay we've ever had in Rome. Definitely would not recommend for more that 1 night. We paid for an extra night but left early.

• DIMITRIOS (1/5): Worst apartment ever been!!! - Nothing at all!!! The room wasn't the one shown in the pictures! It was an old office transformed with cheap furniture into residence. Lot of dirt, construction materials and paints left in drawers. No hot water.the toilet had a WC for handicaps taller than Norman and not convenient. Problem with the electricity and the owner was trying to blame us for having the 2 aircons on... Bed linen discussing smelly and old. Old windows that didn't close firmly with noise and cold coming in. Third day (Christmas eve) we did not have electricity and we ended up in the rain with the luggage trying to find elsewhere to stay and no apologies, no compensation. The worst place I ever been by far!!!

• Francesco (8/5): - Ile foto dell’appartamento scelto disponibile al momento della prenotazione si riferivano a quello del piano superiore anche e non solo a quello del piano inferiore, infatti pensavo di aver prenotato come da descrizione l’appartamento con più camere e bagni. A parte questo però è stato tutto perfetto.
• Hatala (5/5): Pobyt w Rzymie jak zawsze wspaniały. Pogoda, ludzie i atmosfera jaką znam od 34 lat jest niezmiennie urzekająca . - Lokalizacja. Obsługa ( Naomi) bardzo dobra, komunikatywna i dyspozycyjna . Naomi, bardzo dziękuję za Twoją świetną pracę!!!!!!!! Stan techniczny łazienek, brak uchwytów i wieszaków, widać że gospodarze zapomnieli utrzymaniu , a nie mówię już o podnoszeniu standardu. Marne łóżko dla szóstej osoby ( nie polecam w 6). Wielka szkoda bo wystarczyło naprawdę niewiele, a polecałbym każdemu.

• Tenghsuan (5/5): 位置和房子格局非常好，清潔度，服務就差強人意 - 位置不錯，房間很大，走路到梵蒂岡大約十幾分鐘。周邊有一些小餐館，距離購物街和超市也是步行距離而已。 清潔度不夠，我們一進門就拖了一遍地。烤箱看似就沒有維修，我們猜想不是壞掉，而是怕電線負荷過大，來交鑰匙的管理人員會先帶我們去地下室走一趟，告知我們如果電線短路要如何處理，還好我們入住期間沒有遇到。我們六位住四晚，只給了三卷小小的衛生紙，到第二天就不夠用了，和房東溝通後，被告知要自己購買。沙發套該清洗了。

• Agatha (8/5): Overall, a pleasant apartment with good facilities. - The location was superb! Having air con was great Good WiFi connection. Great restaurants and cafes all around. The area was very safe The shower cubicle needs to have glass protection in order the water does not wet the floor. The shower curtain was too long. The shower stand needs to be repaired. The electricity tripped several times.

Wrócimy na pewno! ❤️ - Świetna lokalizacja, dużo przestrzeni, bardzo ładne i przestronne pokoje, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja i dwie łazienki. Balkon i ładny widok. Średnio wyposażona kuchnia. Jedna para kluczy sprawiała kłopot gdy chciało się osobno gdzieś pójść byliśmy z teściami. Mieliśmy problem z ciepłą wodą w pierwszym dniu i początkowo osoba która się nami opiekowała chciała żebyśmy sami w piwnicy szukali rozwiązania, po długim naleganiu jednak Pani postanowiła zawołać fachowca i sama zająć się sprawą. Na minus bardzo brudne podłogi. Po 5 krokach bez butów stopy czarne. 😅
• Olivia (7/5): Decent, but far short of the extra mile - Great location. Metro station, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, gelaterie within 2-3 blocks. Apartment is spacious, nice terrace, ground floor (6 steps up). It was clean, the check in was friendly and the information provided beforehand was ample. Good oven, fridge, a/c, gas stove. We received only one set of keys, which was quite annoying as it complicated things for the two of us who didnt always leave and come back at the same time. Check-in was arranged for 2 pm, but the cleaning staff was still busy. I could get in but it was only ready at 3.30pm. No toilet/shower available during that time. Wifi range limited Only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for 2 people/5 nights No pantry with basics such as oil, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. The balcony can be accessed through the living room. There’s another door in the bigger bedroom, but the gate is locked and no key to open it (the one from the living room doesnt fit). Wet bathroom floor after each shower. Toilet is very high and feet are dangling with my height of 1.60cm. A little footstool could be provided.

• Guiliana (9/5): Overall, we enjoyed our time here! We would happily return and stay in this property. - We were welcomed and given thorough instructions. This apartment was spacious, clean, and close to many restaurants and shops! It can get noisy some nights. It was extra noisy on Thursday night. Thankfully, we brought ear plugs and that helped. One more thing, the oven was not working.

• Aldo (9/5): In general, a superb stay. - The collaborator was really excellent, but it was an issue to check in the following day at 07:00, even though the reservation was from the previous day. Eventually it worked out. No toaster or microwave, and the wifi does not work in the small bedroom.

• Martina (10/5): Exceptional - It's near to most of the landmarks, it's clean, big apartment, have near metro, bus stops, superman and many cafes and restaurants The only thing is what the oven doesn't work and shower it's broken
• O'brien (1/5): Very disappointed and disgusted that issue of no hot water was not resolved. - Breakfast not included No hot water during our 6 day stay. On the first evening we contacted Andrea who met us with the keys for the apartment to ask about hot water and he never responded to our message. On the second evening we contacted Booking.com to inform them of no hot water and they in turn were to contact the provider but no response from them on the second night. On third evening we again contacted Booking.com who confirmed that the water issue would not be resolved for 24 hours. Fourth night - still no hot water and then was advised to seek alternative accommodation at our own expense but nothing available at such short notice. We did receive a reduction in the cost of our stay but this did not in any way compensate us for ruining our holiday in Rome which was 24 degrees at the time and we were unable to take a warm shower for the duration of our holiday.
• Amilcar (9/5): Would totally come back again! - The apartment is awesome, very clean and huge, and has everything it might need. I loved it and would totally recommend. The shower could be better, it’s either too hot or too cold, but nothing terrible. The WiFi signal won’t reach the two back rooms, that needs to be fixed.
• Louise (9/5): Superb - Very handy to the Vatican, restaurants and public transport to get around Rome. Excellent size heaps of space. Nice balcony. Great communication and thanks for the early check in after a long flight. Some of the plugs didn't fit adapters and you couldn't have too many things going at once or the power cut out- luckily we were shown how to fix this when it happened. Make sure you ask how to turn the hot water on- we figured it out eventually.
• Julien (8/5): Nice, spacious and well located apartment - Very good location outside the touristic areas, close to local restaurants and still in walkable distance from the historical center Big apartment with nice living room and fully equipped kitchen Friendly and helpful host Difficult control of the water temperature when taking a shower (needed to keep a lot of water flowing out before getting it warm enough)
• Baidoshvili (7/5): It was good - It was very clean, comfortable and big apartement. The water pressure was really low and toilet seat was really high. Also, due to reconstructions of Jubilee 2025 a lot of metro stations were closed and it really made hard to move through the city (not really property problem, but to keep in mind any one who is visiting in 2024)

• Martin (9/5): Superb - Very spacious apartment. Best part was having 2 full bathrooms. We did a lot of walking, as this side of the river only has the Castel San Angelo and the Vatican.

• Cheryl (5/5): Excellent locations but several issues - Excellent central location, all tourist sites are within walking distance. Close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores and a great coffee spot across the street. If needed, laundry is only 4 blocks away. Unit was large and beds were comfortable. The separation of the two bedrooms was also nice. The unit also had USB wall plug ins, which was very convenient. The place was cleaned prior to our arrival however after one afternoon of wearing cloth slippers, they were dirty. Dust balls could be found in the corners. Bathroom grout was very dirty and shower curtain was nasty. We were given 2 rolls of toilet tissue for 3 adults for a 10 day stay! The full kitchen had been redone however there was no dish soap, dish cloths or drying towels and only 1 dishwasher tablet. Pots and pans had no lids. No additional garbage bags were given, no basic condiments (salt/pepper) in the unit. If you planned on cooking you would need to buy everything required. There were only 4 coat hangars in the unit. The doors don't seal tightly so there was always a slight draft and the neighbours were very loud - talking until 3 AM most nights. We could hear them clearly. Also, do not plug anything else into the wall outlet if you are turning on the oven. The main breaker will flip and then you get to go to the basement to turn it back on. Internet would occasionally drop for no reason. We reached out to the CleanBnB contact Giovanni, on a few occasions and never received a response during our stay. Be aware that there is a 6 euro/person/day Rome city tax that is not included in the apartment rate. This tax must be paid prior to arrival in Rome. Overall, we aren't picky travellers. Just give us a clean room and the ability for us to clean up after ourselves, answer the questions asked (we sent him 2 messages) and we would have been okay.
• Vodík (8/5): we were satisfied - Amazing location and spacious apartment. 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets. First floor, balcony, big table comfortably for six, near metro station, near bus station. No problem with the key. Sagging and poor quality beds, insufficiently equipped kitchen (number of plates and spoons exactly for six, no spare dishes), no small pot, no grater. Torn tablecloth on the table.
• Serena (9/5): Wonderful family trip to Rome in a very comfortable apartment. - The location was great. Lots of restaurants, A supermarket and near a Metro station. It was a good size apartment. The floor outside the bathroom in the corridor was dangerous. We had to cover it with coats to stop anyone treading on that area. Also the toilet seat didn’t fit properly so using the toilet was tricky.
