graham (4/5): Very ordinary old premises that needs significant capital expenditure to bring it up to todays stand - old tired furniture & floor coverings dirty floor tiling- about 40 yrs. old in barhroom & laundry Mould growing at back of sink Paint work chipped off everywhere. Fridge door hung on wrong side Very dusty skirting board needs a good clean
Greg (4/5): - spacious apartment on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and kitchen equipment was good. unfortunately the bedroom in the ground floor was very dusty and dirty, flyscreen was faling out. Lucky there was a vacuum that we could clean all the dust and spider webs/dead insects away. The whole apartment need a good general clean. The lamp shades where all full of dead insects, the light shaft in the bathroom upstairs had spiderwebs inside and looked like it had not been cleanned for some time. Remote control for the TV wasn´t working. After contacting the host she wanted to send someone around but as it was Friday late afternoon she couln´t get anyone. The lounge sofa had stains and not the newest. Overall not a very comfortable stay.

Veronica (6/5): Merimbula holiday new years - The position was perfect. Walking to shops and beach a breeze. Quiet of a night. Great pool Everyone was friendly The usual beds were uncomfortable, but other than that all good.

Sandra (7/5): Good - Location was ideal. Could do with an update. Wardrobes etc were a little tired and smelly. Bedroom lamp was broken. Security door was rusty and front door needed a clean.
Blair (7/5): Good - Location was excellent. Kitchen facilities were very good. The plumbing was very bad in the toilet and bathroom. 1. Flushing the toilet at night woke my partner up because of the noise. 2. Bathroom sink, you had to make sure you did not turn the tap far because it created a hell of a noise going down the main drain in the bathroom. Again, I woke my partner. 3. When having a shower turning either the cold or hot water on created a loud banging noise from the pipes. Once you got used to it, you knew it was going to happen, but the first few times was horrendous.

Norman (2/5): Could not recommend a stay there. - The whole unit was seriously in need of a face lift. The plumbing was apalling. The shower took ages for the water to come through in the shower recess then it hit with a violent gush of boiling hot water and trying to get cold water through was almost useless. The noise from the outdated plumbing was very bad. The shower recess far too small. The couches had seen better days not comfortable. Two rolls of toilet paper for over a week and no-one in office to ask for more. The same towells used the whole week. The television kept dropping out during programs we were watching. The whole unit was poor and badly in need of money being spent on it. We were asked by a group of women to check it out with their travel plans currently being planned. There is no way we could recommend the place to this large group of women who want a nice place to stay. Very disappointing.I would suggest removing the bath, adding anouther toilet and a larger shower.
