- Gregory (5/5): - Easy to find and well located With a west facing aspect, the interior of the cottage heated up above and beyond what the airconditioning could handle - this was in February, may be a lot better in the winter months. While clean and well supplied with the essentials, the property is at the end of a gravel driveway with a club/pub behind it. The setting is a bit bleak and unrelieved with any landscaping.

- Jane (9/5): Really clean and well equipped - Very clean, modern accommodation. Washing machine was really helpful. Lots of crockery, kitchen utensils etc. Handy location for town. Good communication. No view, felt a little overlooked by the other properties nearby.

- Sylvia (9/5): A good stopover. - It was clean and tidy and had a washing machine which we used. The layout of the rooms was very good, compact but accessible and a feeling of space. Good shower, plenty of space to put our things/food. The bed was comfortable. It was within an easy walk to restaurants and cafes. A short drive to Foulwind Cape walking trail. When it rained hard it was pretty loud on the roof. We were able to sleep in spite of that but light sleepers might find that disturbing. The sofa was not comfortable to sit on.

- Koa (9/5): This is a nice clean modern unit. - This is a modern small unit. The kitchen had everything we need to prepare a meal. It is well insulated and the heat pump heats it quickly. The bed was comfortable.

- Jennifer (9/5): Exactly as described - We were travelling as a couple. Very clean, spacious, and well equipped unit within easy walking distance of the town’s main street. Air conditioning, TV, washing machine, kitchen appliances, all worked well.
- Rick (10/5): Outstanding small house! - The entire Comfort Home was fabulous, but the shower was exceptional—fantastic water pressure and practically instant hot water. I'm surprised someone in town isn't living in this one bedroom detached house.

- Riki-rose (7/5): Great place to stay, a nice modern comfort. - The property was lovely and conveniently located near the town center and close to the family we were visiting, which was fantastic. The home was brand new, exceptionally clean, and featured stylish decor and a great shower. Since we were out during the day, it was reassuring to know everything was safe and secure. The house tended to get excessively hot due to its design and the materials used in its construction. If we forgot to turn on the air conditioning before leaving for the day, we would return to an uncomfortably hot home. While the curtain tiebacks were visually appealing, they were quite fragile. Every time we opened or closed the curtains, the beads would fall off, which became frustrating over time. Unfortunately, the couch was very uncomfortable, which was disappointing as we used it as a spare bed for our child.
