• Carol (9/5): Enjoyable winter stay - The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The balcony view was superb. We were there for 3 weeks in February and had the sun most of the day. It was a warm apartment so the heating never needed to go on. Protaras was pretty much shut down for winter, we were able to self cater easily. We had a car but the bus service is excellent. You can walk for miles in both directions from the apartment and we were able to swim at the nearby beaches. WiFi was good. Could easily contact the owners.

• Alexandra (10/5): Localisation parfaite, à l’écart du tumulte - Localisation parfaite. À quelques minutes à pieds d’une petite crique, 10 minutes du centre et de la plage de Fig Tree. La piscine est très bien. L’appartement est propre et accueillant. Demos et Maria sont très réactifs et sympathiques, c’est vraiment appréciable. Il y a un café et un restaurant juste en face et un supermarché à 3min à pieds (si on ne souhaite pas aller jusqu’au centre). Tout était vraiment parfait. Le balcon offre une vue agréable pour se poser le soir.

• JK ROWLEY (8/5): Leaving Cyprus with happy memories. Thank You 🙏 - Fantastic location and Facilities. Owners were responsive and helpful. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, including little bits and bobs in the kitchen etc. A shortcut walk (past Block B through the car park and across the roughland) brings you out right by the main strip. A nice walk along the promenade also leads you to Fig Tree bay 👌 A 2 minute walk brings you to the bay where you can swim with the resident Sea Turtles 🐢....bring your goggles, waterproof phone case and some food for them (cucumber & lettuce) you won't regret it. We will 100% stay again when we return to Cyprus. Can be quite noisy late at night and early hours in the morning (due to being no building manager/staff around from 6pm - 8am). This isn't every night and out of the control of the owners.
• Timothy (9/5): Lovely place for a beach break - Location excellent. Close to beach and centre of Protaras but far enough away to be quiet. Lovely seaview. Air conditioning excellent. Nice touches - bottle of wine, water, tea and coffee. Pool areas and pool very clean and quietish. Easy to find. Good parking. Really good.

• Vadim (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect, just 1 minute walk to a marvellous bay, 10 minutes walk to the famous Fig Tree Bay, quiet area - in comparing with the center of Protaras where is a lot of disco parties, karaoke and etc. The place is very nice, it has a balcony to enjoy sunrises and sea view, it has all the amenities in the kitchen. Right across the building is a patisserie with tasty sandwiches and fresh waffles. It's pool view - drunk people in the late evening could disturb screaming in the pool. As we were with a child 2y.o., it was important for a place to be quiet after 10 PM. And we didn't enjoy much a mattress on the bed - after the first night my back hurt as well as spouse's back. Nevertheless, this apartment is still very good value for the money it costed.
• Lukas (10/5): Perfect place for a summer holiday. - Very beautiful and fresh apartment close to fig tree bay and other nice beaches. Also close to the bus stop for transpotation to Ayia Napa. The host was very helpfull before and during the trip. Would really recommend staying there. Nothing, evrything was good.
• Katalin (10/5): Perfect location with amazing view, a place for an unforgettable holiday - The location of the apartment is something fantastic, overlooking the sea, the shores and the palmtrees, an unforgettable view to wake up to in the morning ( yes, you can see all these from the bedroom as well :-)) or to have a glass of bubble in the evening. Demos, the host provided an outstanding hospitality, responsive and solution orientated all through our stay, felt the genuine cypriot welcome. It is a few minutes walk from the Fig Tree Bay, shops, restaurant, yet calm, perfect for a morning stroll in the morning along the shore (which is nicely built out since weh have been here 5 years ago). Overall, the view is truly majestic and the hospitality is unsurpassable! There isnt such thing.
