Guest Reviews
- siobhan (6/5): - Great location The flat was great but the Beds were really uncomfortable.
- Minna (8/5): Dejligt lejlighed med god beliggenhed - God beliggenhed. Dejlig udsigt.

Bedden waren hard
Geen ventilatie
Geen kastruimte in derde kamer
Nergens haakjes om jas aan te hangen
Geen goed stoelen bij tafel

- Diego (5/5): Not bad. Could have been better. - The silence of the neighbourhood To climb the stairs 3/4 levels each time we returned to the penthouse. That terrible detail wasn't disclosed by the time we had to decide to book this penthouse. I am injured in one of my legs. It's was very hard for me to climb those stairs.
- Elena at Booking (7/5): Good location. Need to think how much a long flight of stairs bothers you - The location was very convenient. The flat was OK. Kitchen facilities were good. The veranda was littered with cigarettes. One of the toilets was missing a brush. The third bedroom has a narrow bed and it is next to the boiler that makes a noise. It all depend how easy you sleep. There are a lot of stairs to get to the flat.
- Emma Mc (8/5): - Great location about 5 minutes walk from South Kensington tube station, and a further 5 minutes from Natural History Museum and V&A etc. Circle and District lines which are really easy to navigate everywhere in London. Plenty of nice pubs, cafes and restaurants in the area in all directions. Small Sainsbury's supermarket just down the street and a posh farm shop downstairs. Full bathroom and separate WC as well as 2 double bedrooms and 1 single. Small balcony (though no furniture on it) lovely for letting in the fresh air and watching the world go by. Fans provided in all bedrooms which was great as it was a hot week in London! Plenty of cooking utensils, oven, microwave etc. if needed, and washing machine/dryer/iron too. Contact with the agency was really good, they were very responsive to queries and they facilitated an early check-in on the day of arrival, and we were able to pay a little extra for a late checkout on the last day.. All in all, a good little apartment. The stairs carpet on the way to the apartment was really quite worn and dirty looking - I'm not sure if this is within the control of the rental agency but it gives a bad first impression. Be aware the apartment is top floor and no lift so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The kitchen has about 20 wine glasses but only 5 cups, 1 of which was chipped, and loads of pots and pans but only a few large dinner plates and no small plates - a bit random! Also no sweeping brush - I know there was a vacuum but sometimes a quick brush is all it needs! But these are minor points in what was honestly a decent apartment in great location.
- Elena (10/5): ottima soluzione per un viaggio con amici! - Posizione e sistemazione
- Pablo (8/5): Very good - - Location, location and location - Matresses showed signs of tear and wear
- Kathrin (9/5): Superb - Very nice, sunny appartment in a quiet neighborhood, close to shops, tube and busstation, ideal for families. Very friendly host, clear and easy to follow instructions.
- Harvey (8/5): we had a great time in London, and the apartment was in a great location. - there were very clear directions to get the keys, and it was easy to access. the space is comfortable, but could definitely use a coat of paint in some places. However, the price and location made it more then worth it, and it was very comfortable.
- Andrew (5/5): Passable -
- Xavier (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location
Very clean
We had an excellent journey with our 3 children.
- Deann (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ziad (6/5): Not recommended - Location Not clean, third room is minuscule. Overall not a pleasant place. See pics of rubbish under the bed.
- Maria (8/5): Very good - Excellent communication about check in and check out and very flexible. Very good location and quite big apartment. We were five people but there were not enough chairs and very small dining table to eat all together at the apartment. Also, not enough plates I would say.
- Liana (9/5): Lovely, would recommend! - Wonderful little gem, very close to the metro station and museums such as the Natural History Museum and Victoria & Albert Museum! Had everything we needed, clean sheets and towels, lovely view, fridge, laundry and dryer (very important for a long trip!!), and the host was very responsive and polite. No issues with noise. Working the AC and the door handles/locks was confusing (especially to the balcony); can benefit from detailed explanation on how to navigate those.
