• Padilla (9/5): Hermoso y cómodo departamento - Hermoso departamento, muy cómodo, linda zona bien comunicada con transporte público; se encuentra en una calle muy transitada pero no se escucha el ruido exterior y eso es genial. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión que hizo lo posible para solucionar el problema del microondas que no funcionaba. Altamente recomendable. No funcionaba el microondas pero el anfitrión se ocupó en buscar la solución

• Natalia (8/5): eine gute Wohnung für einen kurzen Florenzbesuch - Gute Lage nah am Zentrum. In der Nacht ruhig, trotz der Straße. Gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Hosts. Die Ausstattung war gut, alles da, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in der Stadt braucht. Das Schlafsofa im Erdgeschoss fand unsere Tochter unbequem. Mehr Besteck wäre gut. Ansonsten mit allem zufrieden:-)
• Ayesha (7/5): Florence apartment - The apartment was nice. i think it needs attention when it comes to cutlery and plates and cups as they were old and dirty. Although it had a washer and dryer wish, it had instructions in English to use it. Shops and bus stop was near by it was easy to navigate once you got the hand of the buses. Just a note on travelling on the buses. PLEASE VALIDATE THE TICKET ONCE YOUR ON THE BUS AS THEY HAVE INSPECTORS THAT COME ON BOARD ESPECIALLY ON A SATURDAY WHO ARE RUTHLESS AND RUDE AND WILL FINE YOU €40 PER PERSON REGARDLES OF HAVING VALID TICKET. AS IT WAS NOT VALIDATED ON THE MACHINE ANDBWILL NOT EVEN LET YOU DO IT AS U DONT HAVE A CLUE BEING FORIENERS ON HOLIDAY ABSOLUTELY A SCAM . Instructions on how to use washing machine in English and needs to replace plates cutlery and pots and pans and make sure there are left clean in the cupboards to use for the next person.

• Maryna (10/5): Дуже гарне місце для зупинки - Зручне розташування - поруч супермаркет і зупинка автобуса. При бажанні можна з центру дійти пішки. Помешкання компактне та комфортне. Є все що потрібно для приготування, праска, фен, кондиціонер. На двох осіб те що треба. Через те, що при дорозі завжди зачинені вікна, щоб люди не заглядали. Але зважаючи на те, що ми не багато часу проводили в помешканні, це не було значним недоліком.
• John (8/5): Very good - Great location, very handy for Florence city centre and a bus stop. No change of sheets or towels during our 10 day stay. Nowhere to dispose of rubbish - you need some sort of card to use the communal rubbish bins. Nowhere to dry stuff (eg wet towels, washing, damp clothes).
• Camille (8/5): Very nice stay, loved the neighborhood! - Nice location, in a typical neighborhood, not it in the crowded touristic area but only a 5 minutes walk away from the piazza Michelangelo and 20 minutes walk away from the Santa Croce church. The house is well furnished and convenient. The equipment is recent. It can be a bit noisy when you open the windows as it is just on the street.
• Konrad (9/5): Superb - Charming indeed. Compact, but thoughtfully organised. Equipped with most everything you might need. Fresh, clean, and tastefully furnished. The automated check-in was pleasant and stress-free. There's a bus stop and a convenience store nearby. The old town is well within walking distance. You can get to Ponte Vecchio in 20-30 minutes. The street can get a little busy, though it must be noted that the apartment is very decently soundproofed.
• Mihai (9/5): It is a nice apartament - The property is closed to city centre (around 15 minutes walking). The apartament is clean and has all the necessary facilities.

• Nishtha (9/5): Superb - It was the most beautiful apartment, complete with all the necessities. We had the most comfortable stay. Thanks for hosting us. A bit far from the city center and the Florence bus routes were very unpredictable.
• Barbara (9/5): Good value for money and convenient if you are a walker. - It was nice to be in a residential area, away from other tourists. The city centre was a 30-40 minute walk, or there was a bus (which I didn't try). There is a nice park area to the east where locals jog, stroll and walk their dogs, very pleasant in the evening. The place was clean, comfortable and the host was very prompt in addressing a couple of issues. Overall it was so much better than staying in a hotel, and much more affordable, since having a kitchen meant not having to spend $$ eating out. More detailed instructions for the appliances in English (if you've never used an induction cooktop it's not at all intuitive). And more cookware, like a frying pan and a decent size pot.
