• KUMIYO (10/5): 最高！また来ます。 - 温泉がとても気持ちよく、永遠に浸かっていられるお湯質でした。 とても静かな立地で、部屋風呂を朝晩通して楽しめました。 大正から続く建物の説明をしてくださり、とても貴重な体験ができました。 フロントの近くには、お庭を見ながら足湯に浸かれる休憩スペースがあり、タオルなども丁寧に用意されていました。 ここで友達と足湯したり、ひとりで読書したりできたら楽しそう。 スタッフの方が皆さん優しくて、また来たいなと思いました。 特になし。

(10/5): - 非常新的飯店, 飯店還有檜木香, 整個設計就是日本高級住宅, 一樓是客廳, 二樓是衛浴設備及臥室, 戶外的溫泉也在二樓陽台, 整個設計高貴又有古建築的感覺 距離武雄溫泉又近, 非常值得 整體設計就是高級住宅 而非飯店, 所以很多設計就不適合旅遊, 例如行李箱放在一樓, 你必須拿衣服到二樓, 洗臉盆太高級, 所以設計非常小, 你如果水開太大會濺的到處都是, 而且打掃人員非常難打掃, 你必須當作自己的家, 才有可能花長的時間打掃 所以服務人員很少, 如果你沒有預約晚餐, 可能旅館只會剩下你而已 如果想嘗試古建築, 雖然這是以古建築蓋的新建築, 至少在附近的旅館中, 古建築設計有戶外溫泉的很少 此外, 戶外溫泉及浴室至少要設計有窗簾, 雖然對面是山, 對於旅客來說有點隱私問題
• hina (8/5): お気遣いのある旅館でしたしとっても楽しかった！　部屋ひろ！って感じでした。 - ・お部屋が予想していたより広くてとても嬉しかった。 ・私たち以外泊まってなくて全部貸切状態だった。 ・スタッフの皆さんがいい人たちだった ・サウナがある外庭が素敵 ・お部屋に露天風呂がついていたのも嬉しい ・大正やアンティーク家具が好きなのでとても堪能できた ・雪の日にいけたので朝の雪景色がとても素敵でした ・バスタオルをかけられるフックやタオル掛けがなかった ・ご飯が朝も夜も炊き立てではなかった ・エアコンが夜は使えないのか？寒かった ・お部屋の露天風呂がずっとお湯が流れてるわけではないので、すぐに入れないのは部屋付き露天風呂としては残念すぎた ・一階のお部屋のお布団が、シーツなど用意がなかった

• Lisa (1/5): unpleasant experience - We chose the property because we wanted to stay at the historic site and experience its unique architecture. However: The property was unable to accommodate us because of a major defect in their Onsen water which had brown clouded spring water. Instead of refunding us, they moved us to a lower quality hotel. This was not a good experience—especially as a way to spend Christmas—and a lot of trust was broken. I can only review based on the stay that actually took place. The Hana no Shizuku hotel was very old and the room was dirty and table and floor had stains from prior guests. The textiles were old and uncomfortable and the public bath was not divided by men and women, meaning one had to wear bathing suits. The hotel people asked us for our bank account number in order to refund some money, which we provided, but to date, this did not happen. We are really disappointed. The very LEAST the hotel could have done is COMMUNICATE. moreover, we wrote to them in Japanese several times only to be ignored.

• Ngar YIN Assunta (9/5): - Historical building grade hotel with antique furniture in main building where we have breakfast and dinner. In new wing, rooms are new. Great and large onsen in the open area of the room. Room facilities are excellent. They even have ice making machine, Nespresso, etc. A very large 2-storey room with all necesssry facilities and a very clean room.

• WEN-YU (7/5): 餐食和溫泉都很棒，但是飯店裡感覺人手很不足，無法即時處理客戶遇到的問題。 - 餐食非常日式精緻，晚餐和早餐都很好吃 房間裡很多感應式開關的電燈，半夜電燈壞掉一直不停閃爍，甚至還會自動開啟，但前台只服務到11點，房間中留有可以傳訊息的QR code，卻完全聯絡不到人，到隔天上午都沒有人處理。

• Trista (8/5): Comfortable Room - Overall great value for money - High quality furnishings in the room - feels very new despite the historical exterior. Dinner and breakfast (both served at the common dining room) are delicious. Please consider changing the music at the dining room to something more relaxing. Service was passable but lacked warmth as the place might be understaffed. The common foot bath was slippery with algae and the water was not warm - not recommended. Takeo-Onsen as a town was very quiet - the public bus service is very sparse (think once an hour) so be prepare to walk if you are not driving. The hotel is about a 15 min walk to the train station. There is a family mart around 8 min walk from the hotel so come with the necessary supplies.

• Sr (7/5): Good - The inn feels like a very traditional Japanese ryokan. The stay was comfortable. The room has a nice outdoor bath but it is a warm water bath, not hot spring. The breakfast and dinner was excellent. The service was excellent, perhaps a little over the top, with every serving of dish completed with a deep bow and a greeting. The inn has a public hot spring bath that you can "reserve" by flipping a card at the door to "occupied" and it can also be latched from the inside. The problem is that it is well within view of a couple of windows. They look closed (it is winter after all), but it is discomforting that the bath is well within sight of a couple of windows, so we decided to not use the bath. It is a shame, as it is otherwise a good bath.

The hotel is 10 min away from the station and I would love to be back The staff were truly amazing: after booking.com failed to send them my request for dinner the staff themselves made sure I could still have it and arranged for it.
• Chiaki (7/5): Good - Quiet location, friendly staff, comfortable room Food was okay, but nothing special. The bar was closed due to staff sickness. We found it disappointing as there were no other facilities/ premises near the hotel.
• Mark (10/5): Unexpected high quality Ryokan experience. - Very convenient location 10 minutes walk from station. In room onsen and steam bath. Located close to Takeo Onsen Public baths. Fantastic facilities and ambiance. Excellent food (dinner and breakfast). Very friendly staff- minimal English to complement my minimal Japanese-but it all worked! Map/directions to lodging on Booking.com was off. Took a scenic detour through town before realizing directions were off.
