• Kim (9/5): A wonderful apartment in a great area of Rome - A large apartment in a fantastic area of Rome. Public transport links handy. The veranda was great for smokers. The restaurant below (La Canonica) was great too. The shower alternated wildly between hot and cold. The stairs were quite daunting after a busy day wandering around on foot. Please be aware of the “tourist tax”. This was sprung on us the last night we were there and was meant to be a cash payment. I refused after I showed I’d payed taxes and inclusions.
• Indre (10/5): Nice and cozy apartment in the heart of Trastevere - Very central location in the heart of Trastevere. Nice, clean, cozy and very quite apartment in such a busy area. The bathroom doors requires some renovation as they do not close properly.

Wygodna kanapa i łóżko, pełne wyposażenie, lodówka z zamrażarką, zmywarka, ekspres, pralka, dobrze działające Wi-Fi, pojemna szafa z wieszakami, a w łazience wszystko w najlepszym porządku. A przede wszystkim: genialna lokalizacja w samym sercu Zatybrza! Wszędzie blisko, a jednocześnie można poczuć prawdziwy klimat Rzymu, który uwielbiam. Do tego klimatyczny widok z balkonu na dachy rzymskich kamienic. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło bez najmniejszych problemów. Schody są rzeczywiście wąskie, ale to naturalny urok starej, rzymskiej kamienicy, dla mnie dodaje to tylko charakteru.

• Michael (10/5): Great apartment in Trastevere - The location was great as it is located in a Trastevere section that is only foot traffic. You might have to drag your luggage a couple blocks but the reward is an idyllic peaceful neighborhood. The apartment has air units for the main room and bedroom that worked fantastic to cool you off after a long day of sight seeing. Also a small washer is in unit which is nice if one is here on the last leg of a trip like we were. Getting around is easy because you can walk to most of the central Rome landmarks, take a quick tram if you want, or catch a taxi at the close by stand if you are going a little farther. Pay close attention to the photos of the apartment to find the door to the building. The door is located between two tables from the street level restaurant which is difficult to find without the visual cue lol.

This five-star apartment offers a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The amenities were outstanding - everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The apartment is clean, the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, combining luxury with a cozy atmosphere. You'll have everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely balcony for relaxation, and very comfortable beds and pillows. Last but not least, the host is incredibly kind and supportive, ensuring that your stay is as pleasant as possible. Yes, the stairs are a little higher and narrow which could be a little bit difficult if you have large suitcases, but this is compensate with stunning Trastevere! I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here every time we visit Rome! -

• Sharron (9/5): I would recommend this apartment to my friends and family. - This is a great apartment in the vibrant Trastevere neighbourhood. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Everything (appliances, shower, toilet, etc.) worked well, and we had a great stay. Thank you. This comment is not a dislike but rather a heads-up for people who may have difficulty with stairs. To reach the apartment, you need to climb two flights of very narrow and tall stairs.

• Andrea (10/5): Perfect stay in a lively neighborhood of Rome - Great neighborhood, safe and secure property, perfect 1 bedroom apartment for our family. We were grateful for the AC during a heat wave and the full kitchen was awesome. The owner provided a couple of light snacks and water which was so nice after our long day of travel to Rome from west coast US. The bathroom was great and included a washing machine that we made use of. I would definitely recommend this property to a couple or family with children. There was a winding narrow staircase going up to the apartment that could have been tricky if you had a stroller, carseat, or large suitcases. (We didn’t so it was fine)

We enjoyed having dinner in the restaurant just below the apartment, and we could walk everywhere we wanted in Rome. We were very thankful for the robust AC during our stay in July! Note that this is a walkup apartment, and the stairwell is narrow. We were happy to have backpacks instead of big roller bags.

However located directly above the restaurant, it was very quiet. All historical sites (Forum, Collosseum, Palatinum) easy to walk. Very helpful and nice host. Nice, clean appartment, perfectly suits for family with 2 teenage kids. Thank you!

It is in the heart of all the action on the side streets. You walk out the door, and you are literally in the middle of it. The stairs. The narrow, winding stairs to the second floor (technically the third floor because there is a ground level). It is difficult to get suitcases larger than a carryon up those steps. It is great exercise though!

• Baudrand (10/5): Perfect apartment in the most charming neighborhood - Thanks to our wonderful host Emmanuela, everything was smooth and perfectly organised. The street is breathtakingly charming, as is the whole neighborhood, full of life and little restaurants serving delicious food, the apartment is beautiful, safe, cosy, clean, well-equipped (AC etc), with a balcony, everything we were hoping for during our Roman escapade. Thank you, we had the best time and we can’t wait to come back !
