• Cuello (8/5): Bien,si soluciona estás pequeñas cosas, seguramente le pondrán excelente a todo. - La ubicación y las cercanías con los centros turísticos de Sarajevo Lo único, criticable,es la falta de ciertos utensilios de cocina,como x ejemplo, rollo de cocina, esponja para lavar los platos,repasador para los mismos

• Milica (4/5): - The location of the apartment is perfect and it is very convenient that behind the building is a private parking where you can leave the car for couple of days. Communication with the host Melika was satisfying regarding the problems we had when we arrived. But, we didn’t get the Superior apartment we booked and choose through the pictures, instead we got some other one. Melika gave us lower price to pay because of this mistake. The room smelled like cigarettes when we entered. We didn’t have enough towels for the three of us, but we got some extra tomorrow. It would be nice if there were some trash bins both in kitchen and in the bathroom. Boiler is small and water rans out pretty quickly, a bathmath would be nice since the shower is flooding the bathroom and power plug in the bathroom isn’t working. Room is very dark and overall the quality of the apartment doesn’t match what is shown on the pictures.
• Elif Burcu (8/5): - Temizdi. Ayrıca Melika ihtiyaçlarımız olduğunda çok hızlı bir şekilde ilgilendi. Sıcak su ile ilgili bir sorun yaşadık, suyu uzun süre bekledik.
• Devon (6/5): - Location is good and the space gets a lot of natural light. Was there for a couple weeks and the space just lacked a lot of amenities that made it a somewhat uncomfortable stay for longer than a few days. No trash can, hot water does not last long, lacking some kitchen basics, host did not communicate nor change sheets/towels for the duration of the stay and there was no washing machine to take care of it myself.
• Ivette (8/5): Oasis inesperat - Tot estava molt nou, hi ha detalls en la decoració molt bonics, no hi ha soroll, és còmode i aprop del centre. Pot ser que la part de la cuina era justeta si vols cuinar allà mateix. Finalment vam fer tots els àpats fora.

• Adzemovic (7/5): - Logement agréable, confortable et bien situé. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. L’hôte a été disponible, réactive et très agréable, ce qui a rendu le séjour appréciable. Il manquait toutefois un peu de vaisselle. Nous avions envoyé un message à l’hôte, qui a été très réactive! Mais il restait malgré tout un manque de cuillères, de bols et de saladiers... C’est un peu dommage de devoir le demander, surtout pour un logement entier, d’autant que certains avis précédents avaient déjà mentionné ce point.

• Parthena (7/5): Good - Nice location, near to the center. It was quite and safe at night. The wifi was working perfectly and the apartment was clean. Unfortunately in our staying the fridge was broken but as they informed us a new one has been ordered. There is no bin in the kitchen and a hanger for the towel in the bathroom.

• Ognjen (8/5): Almost perfect stay. - Super pleasant host, communicative, active communication. Very comfortable bed. Every facility is present. Immaculately clean. Great value for price. There was a movable electric heater. No major issues, just minor inconveniences. There wasn't any toilet paper when we arrived, had to go to the store to buy it. Apartment has a slight smokey smell. There is no trash can. No place to hang jackets in the hallway. No place to hang towels in the bathroom. It has stairs between the apartment enterance and building enterance, so it isn't wheelchair accessible and friendly. No sponge in the kitchen to wash the dishes. Apartment was a bit cold. Hoping the host will fix these minor problems!
• Q (10/5): Memorable - Property was clean thoroughly and was very spacious with the garden outside. We were solo females with kids and felt very safe here. Our kids made a cat as their friend. The lady Maleeka was very cooperative and was almost at door to help us with anything we needed and the inquiries. The best thing is the town centre nearby where we could easily go, roam around , shop, greet and meet with people. Thank you for making our trip memorable. Recommend it definitely 🥰 Everything was superb.

• Lisette (7/5): Good - Apartment at a great location. Comfortable bed, good air-conditioning and quiet place (while being situated in the old town). Communication with regard to check-in was not very smooth and we had to wait a while for the host when we arrived at the apartment. Kitchen lacked some basic essentials. Overall the apartment would be a bit more comfortable with some small adjustments: a bin (both in the kitchen and bathroom), a bathmat, and better lighting in the bathroom.

• Almir (3/5): Poor - Location was very good, 5 min from Center. Host was very polite and friendly. Hygiene was on low level, , Bathroom and Kitchen was dirty. There was no bin.

The apartment was very dirty and dark, although the host did come to clean when I complained. The bed is uncomfortable. There was a lot of moisture. Overall, the quality of the room is nothing like on pictures.

I booked 3 rooms for me and my family members. we are so much appreciated. I want to write so much things. • Khan (7/5): Fairly enjoyable with good access to city centre facilities and shops and restaurants and museums. - Location was good to get to City Centre and restaurants especially Turkish quarter. The apartment was fitted with modern kitchen and shower room. Bed was not comfortable. There was noise from upstairs a few times.
