Hotel lost the fine touch: some lights not working, no more side table lamps, forgot to put shower gel etc. The channel manager they use send misleading information. Overall quality is going down as fast as prices are rising.

Anca (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great. The free parking is a bonus point (even though it is really narrow) alongside the helpful security man. The check-in process is great and fast. It is inadmissible that there is no linen and pillow available for the third person! Even though the booking was made for 3 adults and the accommodation is advertised as being able to accommodate three people. We arrived close to midnight and we had nobody to contact to solve this. The doors from the bathroom and kitchen are really hard to open and don't close properly. They make an unpleasant noise each time, which most probably disturbs the neighbors as much as the people using the flat. The flat was quite clean, except for some spiders which apparently felt like home. For two people the property may be fine, but honestly, I won't recommend it.

Bobu (7/5): Good - the central location and the parking spot 1. the mattress was old and one would sink in the middle. 2. every time after a shower or washing hands water would infiltrate somewhere into the walls and we would get a Chinese drop for 30 or so minutes. the staff were informed of it and they did nothing. 3. the furniture is badly maintained. I understand people don’t take care but Novum is supposed to repair or replace. the living room lamp was not standing up, the furniture in the living room was marked and chipped.

Alexxandrat (9/5): Safe and comfortable - Very comfortable and safe. Easy access with pin codes for the building and apartment. The apartment has large beds and a comfortable sofa bed, and the kitchen has everything necessary - coffee maker, fridge, stove and oven. Novum ApartHotel is very close to the clubs and Parc Verdi is in the proximity. Apart from these, the neighbourhood is not so attractive.
