Joanna (3/5): A shame we stayed at Scarborough Loft!! - View Owners entitled and rude. Room overly hot not sufficient air conditioning it’s a loft room. No milk or water , the cheapest hand wash no shower gel. It’s too expensive for what’s on offer. Also no lighting to the premise at night had to use mobile togo down stone steps .

Chris (3/5): Distant from the beach, uncomfortable and lacking privacy and amenities - The view. Host let herself in unannounced after I’d arrived and then blamed me for being 15 mins early. The property is described as being “beachfront” but is a 15 min walk from the beach. It has uncovered windows (including only partially obscured in the shower) and no privacy whatsoever, and is like a greenhouse even in moderate warmth, with no aircon. Also no sofa, TV or o sound system (or umbrella!).
