• Sarah (2/5): Very disappointing very overpriced very noisy despite having noise cancelling earplugs - This accomodation suited me location wise and was very well decorated, very modern decor. Otherwise it did not suit me at all, it was very noise, walls like paper, could hear everything. There was also banging all day and all night, not sure was it building work going on next door aswell as internal noises in the building. Eventually on the last night i sent a text to the contact number of apartment block and they reacted immediately however I’ve no idea if it had stopped as I’d left for a few hrs To get away from the noise this was at 8:30pm constant banging, much later the previous nights. My room was also next to a door that had a code so it was going off all night constant beepin and door openin and closing right outside my bedroom door. Door also felt unsafe there was no way of locking it from inside. I’m sure it was locked but it was a number password on the outside which was very easy so I did feel unsafe even though no one attempted to open my bedroom door. Staff member I met on the last day she was very nice and accommodating and apologised for noise. I would definitely never return here purely down to the constant noise and also thought it was very overpriced - more expensive than local hotels which I did think this was a hotel I was booking into but no they are self check in rooms almost like a B&B but no breakfast. I was very disappointed. Also there was no cutlery or anything you could cut up some fruit or eat anything in the room it was just a bed right next To the door a fridge and a coffee machine - no kettle which I had needed for a cup of tea. Noise, no kettle or basic cutlery or plates

• María (10/5): - El sitio excelente,la ubicación a 3 minutos de la playa, tiene todo cerca y la habitación muy limpia,con una terraza grande y el baño fenomenal. El trato del personal 1000% nos dejo entrar mucho antes ya que veníamos de lejos y llegamos unas 3h antes , repetiremos sin duda

• Darren (9/5): Nice little hotel - Well for my first trip to San Juan Playa, Alicante it was perfect. Literally a short walk from the hotel to the beautiful beach front. Nice single room with a mini fridge, good shower and a balcony which I liked. The 2 x female receptionists were both very professional and helpful. When I unfortunately got sunburnt and asked one of lady's about a local pharmacy she kindly gave me some sun protection and directions to the pharmacy and the other receptionist was extremely kind when I arrived and booked a taxi for me for my last day. Liked the design of the hotel aswel. The only thing I didn't like was at night time I could hear the people in the next room talking and hear them moving things around. That was a little annoying but you can't control other people's awareness and common sense for having respect for other guests.

• Karin (5/5): Short visit with possibility to upgrade to quiet room with more space work work-access. - Location, light, friendly personnel. Access with codes and flexible times. Clean and tidy. Unsure reg, if codes were working and no-one to call in case if didn't work.
• Miruna (10/5): Totul la superlativ. 10/10⭐️ - Am fost extrem de plăcut impresionați de această cazare încă din primul moment. Cele 3 zile petrecute aici au fost cu adevărat speciale, iar totul a fost la superlativ. Camera a fost amenajată superb, cu mult bun gust și atenție la fiecare detaliu. Curățenia impecabilă, atmosfera caldă și confortul oferit ne-au făcut să ne simțim ca acasă, dar într-o variantă mult mai rafinată. Patul foarte comod și liniștea din zonă au contribuit la un somn perfect în fiecare noapte. Am apreciat în mod deosebit grija pentru detalii și modul în care totul este gândit pentru confortul oaspeților. Se simte că este un loc în care se pune suflet. Am plecat de aici cu o impresie excelentă și cu siguranță vom reveni cu drag. Recomandăm din toată inima această cazare oricui își dorește o experiență deosebită! 👍 Totul a fost perfect

• GIOVANNI BATTISTA (6/5): Stanze non idonee - Posizione, terrazza Stanza claustrofobica, assolutamente non adatta a due persone. Mancano posti per abiti e seconda valigia. Idonea per una persona. Bagno piccolissimo, se si é alti 1.90, seduti sul wc ci si incastra con le ginocchia nel muro di fronte. Idem uscire dalla doccia e asciugarsi viste le dimensioni ridotte del passaggio.

• Alisa (9/5): Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel auch wieder buchen. - Schöne Einrichtung und gute Betten. Alles ist mit Zahlencodes zu öffnen. Öfter kam ein starker Geruch aus der Dusche/Toilette. Etwas Abseits zur Innenstadt Alicante. Aber es gab in der Nähe Bahnen und Busse welche oft gefahren sind.

Pas de place pour s'essuyer, il faut aller derrière la porte pour avoir un peu d'espace. Pas représentatif des photos du tout. nous étions 2 et juste 3 dosettes de café 2 fois sur 4 nuits. Nous n'y retournerons certainement pas. Désolée. De plus nous n'avons jamais rencontré personne de l'hôtel sur les 4 jours.

Fast alles! Die Lage ist tatsächlich nicht schlecht. Aber das Zimmer selbst könnte kaum schlimmer sein – sehr klein, riecht nach Katzen und sogar mit Ungeziefer. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein; ich bin eher schlank, aber in die Duschkabine konnte man nur seitlich hineingehen

• José El Musico (6/5): NO TUVE SUERTE CON LOS RUIDOS. - La ubicación cerca de la playa,el personal de recepción y limpieza siempre dispuesto para ayudar.la cama muy cómoda,buena TV y el detalle del agua. La habitación que me tocó la 26 se escucha el ascensor ya q está al lado, había obras en el edificio con lo que eso conlleva desde las 8 de la mañana a las 18 horas ruido de martillos etc ,al lado también hay unas pistas de baloncesto q se escucha a los niños jugar y botar la pelota.se salía el agua de la ducha lo notifique dos veces.

• Marianna (3/5): - Reception stuff I was accommodated at the hotel from 21 to 28 February 2025. On 22 February 2025, I was given a room in the morning. However, when I returned in the evening, a very unpleasant surprise was waiting for me. When I wanted to lie down in bed, I noticed that the mattress smelled very bad. I realized that I had been given a room where, before my arrival, someone had vomited in the bed. The mattress smelled strongly of vomit and it was impossible to sleep on it. I am pregnant and I did not sleep the whole night because there was no one I could turn to, as the reception is closed in the evening. The next day, the receptionist gave me another room, which was fine. I have never experienced anything like this anywhere before. I consider this to be a serious failure in housekeeping, as something like this should never happen to a guest who simply wants to rest

• Trishana (7/5): Quiet and peaceful stay - The room was beautiful decor and cleaned. I like the balcony and close access to the beach and restaurants. It is located in a good area where amenities to restaurants, cafe and pharmacies and even public transportation I didn’t like the Wi-Fi. It was really slow. I think providing a fast and more efficient internet service would make this property superb. There was a minor noises from guests, but overall good.

• Shona (5/5): Enjoyed keyless entry, but room was lacking - The hotel was in a reasonable location and we liked the keyless entry. The balcony was not as expected and wasn't used once, it was rather small and you faced the wall rather than the 'view'. There wasn't enough lighting in the room, so it was pretty dark at nighttime. The bed sheets had a stain on it and there were a couple muddy marks in the bathroom. Some of the fixtures were loose such as the soap dispenser and shower, sink and shower pole. The walls are paper thin so could hear when other visitors were running water or returning to/leaving their rooms.
• Tim (9/5): - Hotel je dobrih 5min peš od plaže in 5min peš do avtobusne postaje. Sobe so čiste, dostop s kodami pa je zelo enostaven. V moji sobi je bila kopalnica zelo ozka in majhna brez odlagalnih mest. Je pa verjetno to težava najmanjše in najcenejše sobe.

Lo unico que ya es algo más de espacio, es que el baño es pequeño, pero nada del otro mundo ya que el vater pegaba casi a la pared pero es algo que no se pueda cambiar.

La ducha no tenía puerta y el inodoro tampoco, la "puerta" que tenía no cubría del todo. No había para poner el papel higiénico ni ningún lugar para colgar las toallas.
