The apartment was very clean, modern, and perfectly equipped with everything they needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the whole place felt cozy and welcoming. The self check-in process was very convenient. The apartment offers excellent value for money, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Oradea. -

• Razvan (10/5): O alegere foarte buna in Oradea - Self check in si check out (deci flexibil si comod), apartament optim, cu tot ce trebuie, inclusiv bucatarie complet echipata. Aer conditionat, jaluzele exterioare actionate cu telecomanda. Curat, pat foarte mare 180cm si saltea confortabila. Locatie buna, in 10 minute cu transport public esti in centru. Aproape de bloc ai mega, profi, penny, lidl plus brutarii, batiserii, cofetarii, restaurante, fast fooduri. Recomand. -

• Gábor (9/5): A lovely, particularly clean apartment with standout hosts - We enjoyed the fortune of a long stay at Apartment Tudor while it was like new, having undergone total renovation recently. As such, the apartment was almost unused, impressively clean, and provided plenty of comfort at a favorable price. The stay was pleasant and private, the neighborhood relatively peaceful and particularly local. The parking space was dedicated, guaranteeing parking at any time. The hosts were among the highlights of the stay, always going out of their way to be of service whenever we had any requests or issues, and overall being kind and good humans we were thankful to meet. We think fondly of our time at Apartment Tudor, and heeding the following caveats – the length of which does not represent our sentiment, they merely needed longer sentences to describe – we recommend it to travelers looking for a good quality to price ratio. The photos don't make it apparent that the bedroom does not have a door and is only separated from the kitchen by a wall between them. In spite of the best effort of the hosts, the freshly renovated facilities of the apartment do not help with the aging piping of the old socialist residential building emitting an unpleasant drain odor in the kitchen and bathroom. Though in no way under the control of the hosts, the apartment right above us burned down totally in an apartment fire during our stay, forcing us to evacuate with the help of the hosts. After the fire, we deemed the apartment unlivable due to the smoke and dust of burnt plastic and such from upstairs, irritating our lungs to a cough after minutes of exposure. For this reason, I would triple check with the hosts and from later reviews whether all hazard has been cleaned up by the upstairs neighbor, the apartment restored and purified of all toxic residue, and rendered livable again.

The attention to detail was simply outstanding. Every surface was meticulously cleaned, and the freshness in the air was unmistakable. It was evident that the owner takes immense pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The apartment was well-equipped with modern amenities, making my stay even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to my friends! /
