• João Miguel (10/5): Excelente experiência para um grupo grande - Apartamento totalmente renovado e limpo. Quartos espaçosos, 3 casas de banho completas e modernas. Localização numa zona agradável perto do metro e do Vaticano. smartv e ar condicionado em todos os quartos. Muitos aspetos positivos. Excelente alojamento para grupos. Nem todos os comandos das televisões tinham pilhas funcionais.

• Joan Manel (9/5): Excelente apartamento en Roma - Apartamento renovado con tres baños, cocina moderna con lavavajillas incluido y una terraza que a nosotros nos sirvió muchísimo para las comidas del grupo. Ideal para grupos numerosos, tiene 4 habitaciones, comedor, terraza y 3 baños así como un espacio cerrado para lavadora y secadora. Muy bien situado en zona Vaticano con una parada de metro a pocos minutos. Barrio con muy buen ambiente. Smart TV y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Wifi operativo. Muy limpio. Contacto al momento con el gerente para comentar cualquier tema que pudiera surgir. Muy recomendable. 🙌🙌 Colchones muy incómodos, es el único punto que debería mejorar y por eso no puntuamos con un 10. Tiene importancia cuando ya peinas canas...😭pero al final te acostumbras cuando caminas 10 km cada dia😅.

• Claudiu (6/5): Great location, but a few comfort issues - The best part of this place is the location — super convenient with easy access to the metro and getting around Rome was a breeze. However, the stay wasn’t without its downsides. The beds were quite small and the mattresses not very comfortable. Even more noticeable was the unpleasant sewer smell coming from the bathroom plumbing, which made it hard to fully relax. If location is your top priority, it works — just be prepared to compromise a bit on comfort.
• Lourdes (10/5): The group enjoyed the spacious property. We will use it again in case we will visit Vatican City. Accessibleyo Metto and - The property was excellent in terms of space, cleanliness, facilities and location with regard to accessibility to Metro but a bit long walks to St Peter Basilica as we are mostly 70 years old. We did not like double beds. We prefer single beds for comfort and privacy. Also the check in time should be at least from 2 pm. We arrived at 2 pm and had to stay in a restaurant and waited till 4 pm. We do not know where to leave our luggage.

• Yana (9/5): Huge, new apartment in the center of Rome that will make your stay just perfect! - This was an amazing apartment with a terrace in a great location in Rome. There is a supermarket around the corner and at least four great restaurants right outside the main door and many more around. There is a big shopping street next to the place as well. There is a small elevator to the apartment if you don't want to use the stairs which is a plus. And all the showers are walk-in so if you have people with you that are elderly or with a difficulty walking the place is accessible. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms as well. We walked to pretty much all of the tourist attractions but our street was away from the crowded noisy touristy streets. The apartment has everything that one might need - there are glasses, coffee machine, plates, cutlery, blow-dryers, towels etc. If you want to sleep in the windows have a blackout option. It was very easy to find and the self check-in was perfectly organized. There are options for late check-out as well that you can communicate with your host if nobody has booked the apartment so that was a very big plus for us since our plane was very late at night. Overall we really loved this place and will return to it if we get the chance to visit again with our friends. The place was amazing and our host was very accommodating as well so really there is nothing that we didn't like, in the rest of the space I will just suggest things that could be slightly better. The only thing we were surprised about maybe was the size of the beds which were not big enough for two people which made them uncomfortable. We were only there for three days so that was okay but if you are there for longer it might get on your nerves. I think the bed size is more "person and a half" than "double" bed. There is room for bigger beds in the rooms so I would recommend changing the beds to double beds. The people that were one person per room were super satisfied though because the beds are big for one person. Another thing was the small couch in the living room. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people and if we were to have dinner at the apartment there is no place that can fit all 8 people. The living room is also huge so if the hosts decide to put a big couch and a table there that will definitely add value to the apartment.

• Jackie (9/5): Nice place, great location, perfect for large family group. - TV in every room, outside space, kitchen appliances. Only 4 cups and not many plates considering it easily fits 12 people. Ant problem in the kitchen. Middle bathroom had a really bad smell so we didn’t use it much. Not enough hot water, cold showers. Not able to get into the property until late as not clean, but cleaners arrived dead on time when it was time to leave.

• Quynh (9/5): Nice apartment in the heart of Vatican area - Modern and new apartments in the old building. Very clean apartment, far from Vatican museum only 800m and host responses quickly All was perfect, except the incident happened in the last day of our stay, power was cut-off in 3 times during the dinner time until mid night, host blamed the problem to be caused by the local electricity company, but the neighbors did not have same problem. We were requested to reduce the electricity consumption by turning off washing machine, oven, increasing degree of AC… we believe that the electricity consumption capacity of the apartment was not designed properly which caused the power off whenever we use more electricity equipment in the apartment

Communication was always very easy over booking.com or Whatsapp. - Good location near the Vatican, metro/bus stops, supermarkets and restaurants.

• Jennifer (8/5): Well located apartment in Prati - Modern apartment in a great location. Easy walking distance from Ottaviano metro stop. Spotless. 3 super bathrooms, 5 spacious bedrooms with good aircon. Our host was very accommodating - we could check in early. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Not equipped for making meals - not even a bread knife! (But plenty of restaurants in street below.) Tourist tax was a shock - 6 euros per person per night, children included (only infants are free).
• Stefan (10/5): Great apartment to stay - The collection of the keys is very easy with the locker outside. The apartment is huge with a living room, 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms and a kitchen plus terrace. The location in the Vatican are is perfect and you can make a nice walking tour to all attractions or take the metro which is close. Also a good place to stay for business travelers. Iron is working good. Would book again this place if I have to go to Rome

• Michalf15 (9/5): Family trip to Rome - approach of the host - friendly and helpfull location very good, close to the airport shuttle bus stop. shopping possibilities including street market with fresh products (vegetables, fishes, seafood) nearby for such big appartment I would expect more chairs in the living room and some furniture for terrace

Great stay in Rome! - The apartment was extremely clean, well finished, wide and modern. 5 bedrooms served by 3 bathrooms make it ideal for families or groups. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, hoover, microwave, smart TVs, flat iron and hair dryers increase the house comfort set. Location very easy to reach by subway A (5 stops from Termini train station with 5 minutes walk). Super hosts constantly helpful and careful, always available by mobile chatting with timely replies.
• William (10/5): Great stay - would definitely use again. - It was clean, modern and in a fantastic location. Very easy to get onto the metro and into the centre. It's the perfect size for our group of 5 and very comfortable. The local area has great restaurants and cafes. The host also sent a very nice message with all sorts of places we might want to visit and eat at which was helpful. The duvets could do with a duvet cover as it was a bit chilly at night.
